Abstract
Description

Die Durchbrechungen in dem Revisionsrahmen sollen eine einfache Unterbringung und Befestigung des Laminatstreifens ermöglichen (vgl. Diese Aufgabe löst die Erfindung bei einer gattungsgemäßen Revisionsabdeckung dadurch, daß das Dichtungsprofil auf der Innenseite der Rahmenprofile des Revisionsrahmens und/oder des Revisionsdeckels angeordnet ist, und daß die spaltbildenden Rahmenschenkel der Rahmenprofile mit einem umlaufenden Z-Profil eine Kammer zur Aufnahme des Dichtungsprofils bilden, wobei das Z-Profil mit seinem einen Z-Schenkel auf der in den Revisionsdeckel bzw. Revisionsrahmen eingesetzten Dämmplatte aufliegt, mit seinem anderen Z-Schenkel gegen die Rahmenschenkel anliegt bzw. gerichtet ist und mit seinem Querschenkel die Dämmplatte übergreift. - Diese Maßnahmen der Erfindung haben zunächst einmal zur Folge, daß das auf der Innenseite der Rahmenprofile von entweder Revisionsrahmen oder Revisionsdeckel angeordnete Dichtungsprofil gegen Beschädigungen geschützt und gegen ein selbständiges Lösen gesichert ist. Das im Brandfalle aufquillende bzw. aufschäumende Dichtungsmaterial kann durch die vorhandenen Durchbrechungen unschwer hindurchtreten, um den Spalt zwischen Revisionsrahmen und Revisionsdeckel abzudichten. Diese Durchbrechungen ermöglichen eine Sichtkontrolle, ob nämlich das Dichtungsprofil tatsächlich eingelegt worden ist. Insoweit wird eine optische Qualitätskontrolle sowohl für die Fertigung als auch für den Benutzer verwirklicht. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind im folgenden aufgeführt. So lehrt die Erfindung, daß die spaltbildenden bzw. begrenzenden Rahmenschenkel der Rahmenprofile mit einer in den Revisionsdeckel bzw. Revisionsrahmen eingesetzten Dämmplatte eine Kammer zur Aufnahme des Dichtungsprofils bilden, insoweit also eine einwandfreie Positionierung des Dichtungsprofils auf der Innenseite der Rahmenschenkel gewährleistet ist. Vorzugsweise sind die Durchbrechungen in den spaltbildenden Rahmenschenkeln als Lochreihen oder Schlitzreihen ausgebildet, wobei vorgegebene Lochdurchmesser bzw. Schlitzbreiten gewählt sind, die im Brandfall ein einwandfreies Hindurchtreten des aufquillenden bzw. aufschäumenden Dichtungsprofils gewährleisten.Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are listed below. Nach einer anderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß zumindest auf einem Rahmenprofil des Revisionsrahmens zumindest eine in Rahmenebene aufspreizbare Sicherungsfeder angeordnet ist, daß das zugeordnete Rahmenprofil des Revisionsdeckels eine Tasche zur Aufnahme eines aufgespreizten Federschenkels der Sicherungsfeder aufweist, und daß der aufspreizbare Federschenkel auf dem Rahmenprofil des Revisionsrahmens mittels eines Schmelzlotes in Ausgangsstellung zurückgehalten bzw. gespannt ist. Zwar ist es bereits bekannt, daß der Revisionsdeckel auf seiner Rückseite zumindest im Bereich eines stählernen Eckwinkels ein aufspreizbares Federblatt aufweist, welches in Ausgangsstellung mittels eines Schmelzriegels zurückgehalten ist und bei aufgeschmolzenem Schmelzriegel über den betreffenden Eckwinkel des Revisionsrahmens aufspreizt, jedoch wird dadurch eine einwandfreie Halterung des Revisionsdeckels im Brandfalle dann nicht erreicht, wenn die Revisionsabdeckung beispielsweise in eine Wand eingebaut ist. Denn dann kann der Revisionsdeckel unkontrolliert nach innen oder außen öffnen. Das wird im Rahmen der erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen vermieden. Stets wird der Revisionsdeckel unabhängig von seinem Scharnier und dem Deckelverschluß einwandfrei arretiert.
