Then the two partial surfaces (5a / 5b) are moved apart in the direction of the arrows (6) so that the wound winding spool (7) can fall down onto a lifting pallet (18). After bringing the two partial surfaces together (5a / 5b) is then released via a separating device (19) an empty coil (21) from a coil storage (20) arranged above the sliding / rolling plate (5), so that it falls on the sliding / rolling surface (5) and there between the guide rollers (10) can in turn be rotated by the drive roller (8).

Claims (8)

  1. A winding-on apparatus for winding strips (12) arriving from a processing unit by way of a decoupling bans (11) on to winding reels (7) preferably comprising a lost reel body with reel discs at both sides, formed from a strip feed means (2) with strip advance(3) and severing means (4), a feed passage (13) for further feed of the strip, which can be pivoted into position between the reel discs, a winding reel receiving means (5) with winding reel drive (8) and a paper strip feed which withdraws a paper strip (14) from a paper strip roll (15) and guides it between the strips (12) to be wound on, characterised in that the winding reel receiving means is a horizontally disposed sliding/rolling plate (5) with guide rollers (10) for laterally guiding the reel discs and a drive roller (8) for laterally acting on the reel discs, on which are mounted on the one hand the strip feed means (2) with strip advance (3) and severing means (4) and also the decoupling means (11), and on the other hand the paper feed (14, 15, 16), that the sliding/rolling plate (5) is divided and the surface portions (5a/5b) are movable away from each other as far as the dimension of the outside diameter of the winding reel (7), and that the winding reels (7) are arranged in a horizontally lying position above and below the winding reel receiving means (5).

A winding-on apparatus according to claim 1 characterised in that the empty reels (21) are disposed above the winding reel receiving means (5) in a reel storage means (20) and that a separating device (19) is provided between the winding reel receiving means (5) and the reel storage means (20).
  3. A winding-on apparatus according to claim 1 characterised in that a lift pallet (18) is arranged beneath the winding reel receiving means (5).
  4. A winding-on apparatus according to claim 1 characterised in that the paper strip (14) of the paper strip feed is guided by way of a guide arm (16) which holds the paper strip (14) by means of reduced-pressure nozzles and which can be pivoted into position between the reel discs.
  5. A winding-on apparatus according to claim 4 characterised in that an adhesive dispenser (17) for delivering adhesive to the paper strip (14) is arranged between the paper strip roll (15) and the guide arm (16).
  6. A winding-on apparatus according to claim 1 characterised in that a plurality of paper strip rolls (15) are disposed beside and/or above one another.
  7. A winding-on apparatus according to claim 1 characterised in that the decoupling means (11) is a horizontally disposed roller system with dancer roller (22).
  8. A winding-on apparatus according to claim 1 characterised in that the decoupling means (11) is a vertically disposed roller system with dancer roller (22).
