Abstract

On transforme les données destinées à une unité modèle en réseau de la méthode du chemin critique (CPM) adapté à l'ensemble des travaux, en déterminant les tâches répétitives (2) ainsi que leurs durées respectives et les rapports de priorité pour chaque unité supplémentaire impliquée dans les travaux. On prend également en compte les rapports de priorité entre les tâches identiques mais effectuées dans des unités différentes (1100-1145). Ces derniers rapports de priorité prennent en compte les déplacements des équipes dans les unités et/ou les déplacements des unités dans les postes de travail. On peut intégrer au réseau des limitations spéciales afin d'assurer aux équipes (1201-1213) un travail ininterrompu. On utilise le réseau CPM pour calculer les dates de démarrage et d'achèvement les plus avancées et les plus tardives possibles pour chaque tâche effectuée sur chaque unité (6). Le calendrier de planification se présente sous forme abrégée et facilement assimilée et constitue donc une amélioration par rapport aux diagrammes de Gantt traditionnels (7).
