Claims (7)
- Procédé permettant de réaliser des charnières, caractérisé en ce qu 'il comprend au moins une étape consistant à obtenir un corps unitaire (2) à partir d'un profilé, ledit corps étant inscrit dans une surface cylindrique (13), et comportant deux parties d'extrémités (4, 5), une percée traversante (6, 7) réalisée dans chaque partie d'extrémité suivant la génératrice de ladite surface cylindrique, deux parties de parois (8, 9) respectivement solidaires des deux dites parties d'extrémités, et une portion de paroi (10) solidaire des deux dites parties de parois, ladite portion de paroi présentant au moins un point de faiblesse dans sa liaison avec les deux dites parties de parois (8, 9), permettant de séparer celles-ci sous un effort de rupture relativement faible.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les longueurs, suivant la génératrice de ladite surface cylindrique (13), des deux dites parties de parois (8, 9) et des deux dites parties d'extrémités (4, 5) sont égales et que leurs bords respectifs (14-17,18-21), situés du même côté, sont dans un même plan.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que les longueurs des deux dites parties de parois (8, 9), suivant un plan perpendiculaire à la génératrice de ladite surface cylindrique (13), sont égales.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les deux dites parties de parois (8, 9) sont coudées.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ladite portion de paroi (10) est d'une longueur, suivant la génératrice de ladite surface cylindrique, inférieure à la longueur, suivant ladite génératrice, desdites parties de parois (8, 9).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit corps unitaire (2) est soumis à un traitement de surface.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit corps unitaire (2) est en aluminium.
