Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Scharnieren,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß es mindestens einen Schritt zum Erzeugen eines einstückigen Grundkörpers (2) aus einem Profilmaterial umfaßt, wobei der Grundkörper von einer Mantelfläche (13) umgeben ist und zwei Endteile (4, 5), jeweils eine durch die Endteile hindurchführende, entlang der Mittellinie ausgeführte Bohrung (6, 7), zwei Wandteile (8, 9), die jeweils mit den zwei Endteilen fest verbunden sind, und einen Wandbereich (10), der mit den zwei Wandteilen fest verbunden ist, aufweist,
    wobei der Wandbereich wenigstens eine Schwachstelle an seiner Verbindung mit den beiden Wandteilen (8, 9) aufweist, welche erlaubt, diese unter relativ schwacher Bruchbelastung abzutrennen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Längen der beiden Wandteile (8, 9) und der beiden Endteile (4, 5) entlang der Mantellinie der Mantelfläche (13) gleich sind, und daß ihre jeweiligen auf der gleichen Seite gelegenen Ränder (14 - 17, 18 - 21) sich in derselben Ebene befinden.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Längen der beiden Wandteile (8, 9) entlang einer zu der Mantellinie der Mantelfläche (13) senkrechten Ebene gleich sind.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die beiden Wandteile (8, 9) abgewinkelt sind.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Wandbereich (10) eine Länge längs der Mantellinie der Mantelfläche aufweist, die geringer ist als die Länge der Wandteile (8, 9) längs der Mantellinie.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das einstückige Grundkörper (2) einer Oberflächenbehandlung unterzogen wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das einstückige Grundkörper (2) aus Aluminium ist.
