Claims (6)

  1. Pompe à engrenages comportant un carter et une extrémité de carter située côté frontal, dans laquelle l'un au moins des arbres de rotors est guidé vers l'extérieur à travers l'extrémité de carter pourvue d'un palier et d'un joint-labyrinthe, étant précisé que le palier (29) de l'arbre (5) est disposé à l'intérieur, axialement, avec une section de palier séparée (27, 29) de l'extrémité de carter (7, 91), et que le joint-labyrinthe (21) fait suite à la section de palier axialement vers l'extérieur, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité de carter située côté frontal se compose d'un élément de carter (91) qui est vissé au carter (9) à l'aide de tiges filetées (25) et qui comporte la section de palier (29), et d'un couvercle de carter (7) qui est relié à l'élément de carter (91) et qui comporte le joint-labyrinthe (21).
  2. Pompe à engrenages selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une douille est placée, par exemple soudée, collée ou enfoncée, dans un perçage (31) du couvercle de carter (7) et le joint-labyrinthe (21) est usiné sur le côté intérieur de la douille.
  3. Pompe à engrenages selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le joint-labyrinthe (21) est usiné directement dans un perçage du couvercle de carter (7).
  4. Pompe à engrenages selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'un système de conduits est prévu pour un agent de refroidissement dans le couvercle de carter (7), de préférence sous la forme de rainures (35) ouvertes vers l'extérieur, avec une plaque d'extrémité (35a).
  5. Pompe à engrenages selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la section de palier (29) et le joint-labyrinthe (21) sont disposés tous les deux dans une plaque d'extrémité de carter (40).
  6. Pompe à engrenages selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le joint-labyrinthe (21) est conçu comme un joint d'étanchéité fileté.
