Claims (1)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines trilobalen feinfibrilligen Polyamid-Filamentgarns mit einer Fadenviskosität RV von 40 bis 55, einer Festigkeit von 30-45 cN/tex, insbesondere als Vorlagegarn zum Texturieren, mit einem Einzelfibrillentiter <1,5 dtex, bezogen auf den Nominaltiter, ein Breiten/Längenverhältnis B/L des Fibrillenquerschnitts von 0,5 bis 0,7 und einer Titerregelmässigkeit von Uster % <1, wobei die Polyamidschmelze mit einer Spritzgeschwindigkeit von 8-14 m/min durch eine Düse mit einer Kapillarfläche von 0,05 bis 0,1 mm2 extrudiert und die erstarrten Filamente zwischen 3700 und 5000 m/min aufgespult werden.
