Description

The invention relates to a trilobal, fine fibrillated filament yarn with a thread viscosity RV of 40-55 and a strength of 30-45 cN / tex, especially as a master yarn for texturing, as well as a method for manufacturing thereof.

Profiled polyhexamethylene adipamide games are known (US-A-4801503). With the well-known Gam it is a smooth filament with ribbon-shaped Fibril cross-section with a one-time titer of 2.8 dtex, which because of its high flexural strength as Spandex replacement suitable for the production of stockings is. The deep bending module is mainly due to the special Profiling traced. The well-known gam becomes a so-called polyamide LOY-Gam in two stages manufactured.

A polyamide LOY is a filament which at spinning take-off speeds is wound up to about 1800 m / min; Polyamide POY is between by spinning take-off speeds 3700 and 5000 m / min generated.

Sie sind für den textilen Einsatz in der Weberei ungeeignet.JP-A-58081609 are trilobal ultrafine Game made of polyester with a single titer <1.5 dpf known. The known yarns are extremely high Melt viscosities serve for the production of for example artificial leather. The production takes place at spinning speeds greater than or equal to 2500 m / min. They are for textile use in weaving not suitable.

A disadvantage of polyamide LOY for the planned one Use of the present chamois is mainly in the low spinning speeds to see which one economic production not guaranteed. On Another disadvantage is the poorer processing (Thread breaks) of polyamide LOY at high speeds.

A method is known from WO 91/19839 for the production of a trilobal polyamide filament yarn known.

According to example 6 (S69), the thread with a winding speed wound up from 3909 mpm.

The yarn is made from a polyamide 6.6 made with a RV ron ∼50. The obtained thread has a titer of 55/17 on.

It is also known that so far it has not been successful is, finer, profiled filaments, with sufficient coloring homogeneity in the textile fabric with acceptable Establish titer regularity (U%). The Production of profiled filaments in the titer range of smooth hosiery with subtleties of dtex 22 f 8, d. H. a single titer of about dtex 2.8 does not Trouble.

In contrast, the production of a fine fibrillated profiled master yarn made of polyhexamethylene adipamide (Nylon 66) POY considerable difficulty. The may be due to the fact that a round cross section of the fibril energetically represents an ideal state of which one strays away considerably in professional spinning. With increasing Fine fibrility is the result of melt spinning Thread formation process more unstable. This manifests itself all in the fact that the regularity of the treadle decreases strongly and an uneven one on the finished fabric Dyeability results. These disadvantages occur reinforced when melt spinning polyamide POY.

The thread viscosity is known in a known manner as relative Viscosity (RV) measured in formic acid.

To determine the color uniformity, several arbitrary spinning reels of a solder Stocking section knitted. The stocking section is in a bath with the 4GL alizarin light blue dye Sandoz AG, Basel stained in a known manner and after drying colorimetrically on the different Remissions (brightness) of the different sections originating from spinning reels measured. Of the remissions is known in Way the coefficient of variation is calculated.

The object of the invention is a fine profiled Original yarn for texturing or post-stretching To make available, especially in the weaving mill is suitable for warp threads and the dyeing disadvantages does not have the known profile threads.

Another task is to use a filament yarn To provide that in the finished textile fabric no gloss known as "greasy", one has an improved very soft feel.

The object is achieved according to the invention with a profile thread solved by a single fibril titer <1.5 dtex, high color uniformity (coefficient of variation) of <2 and a width / length ratio B / L of the fibril cross section from 0.5 to 0.7.

A profile thread with a single fibril titer of < 1.5 dtex, surprisingly shows no visible bears Irregularities such as streakiness in the colored fabric. For the first time such a fine fibril titer, with a POY starting material produce a color uniformity with a coefficient of variation of <2 and a titer regularity of Uster% <1. Also the width / length ratio of the filament cross section of 0.5 up to 0.7, especially around 0.6, is for the textile requirements particularly suitable in terms of gloss and grip. For numerical recording of the profile characteristics serves the ratio of width and length B / L, at trilobal threads measured from the beginning of the leg.

Filament yarn is particularly useful to be provided with a trilobal profile. In the field of application Texturing / stocking can also be made with threads generally flat profile can be used.

In the production of the profiled polyamide filament yarn with a strength of 30-45 cN / tex with spray speeds of 8-14 m / min, in particular of 8.5-10 m / min, preferably 12m / min. They contribute significantly to an improved chamois cleanliness at.

The invention will be explained in more detail by means of examples become.
