Claims (2)

  1. Fil filamentaire à base de Polyamide-POY (Polyamide partiellement étiré) avec une viscosité relative du fil RV comprise entre 40 et 55 et une ténacité de 30-45 cN/tex, en particulier pour la texturation, caractérisé par un titre au filament unitaire < 1.5 dtex, calculé sur le titre nominal, une régularité de teinture avec un coefficient de variation < 2 et un rapport largeur/longueur (B/L) de la section des filaments unitaires compris entre 0.5 et 0.7.
  2. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un fil filamentaire en polyamide composé de filaments fins à section trilobale avec une ténacité de 30-45 cN/tex, caractérisé en ce que la masse de polyamide fondu est extrudée avec une vitesse de 8-14 m/mn au travers d'une filière dont les capillarités ont une section comprise entre 0.05 et 0.1 mm2 et que les filaments refroidis sont bobinés à une vitesse comprise entre 3700 et 5000 m/mn.
