Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorreduktionseinrichtung zum Führen einer Rohrluppe und Reduzieren ihres Endes vor dem Einlauf und ein unmittelbar nachgeordnetes Asselwalzwerk, bestehend aus mehreren gleichmäßig um die Rohrluppe verteilt angeordneten und zentrisch gegen die Rohrluppe anstellbaren, beidrehbaren Walzen, deren Anstellbewegung in Abhängigkeit von der erfaßten Lage der Rohrluppe steuerbar ist. In der DE 38 23 135 C 2 wird zur Vermeidung dieser trompetenförmigen Rohrenden vorgeschlagen, den Durchmesser des Endteils der Rohrluppe vorzureduzieren, ehe er in die Reduktionszone des Asselwalzwerkes einläuft. Als Vorreduktionseinrichtung werden frei drehbare Walzen benutzt, die in Walzrichtung gesehen vor dem Asselwalzwerk in einem Gerüst angeordnet sind, wobei die über den Umfang der Rohrluppe verteilten vier Walzen gegen die Rohrluppe zentrisch verstellbar sind. Kurz vor dem Einlaufen des Endteils der Rohrluppe in diese Vorreduktionseinrichtung werden die Walzen angestellt und dadurch das Endteil der Rohrluppe reduziert. Nachteilig ist es, daß die so geklemmte Rohrluppe, wenn sie nicht rechtzeitig losgelassen wird, in der Klemmung verdrallt. Es ist weiterhin bekannt, an der Dornstange eine Anlageschulter vorzusehen, über die die Rohrluppe in den Walzspalt eingeschoben wird. Nach Klemmung der Rohrluppe 4 fahren die beiden seitlich angeordneten hydraulischen Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten 8 die gesamte Vorreduktionseinrichtung 6 zusammen mit der Rohrluppe 4 um einen Hub von ca. 200 mm in Richtung Asselwalzwerk 5 und schieben dabei die Rohrluppe 4 zum Anwalzen zwischen die Walzen des Asselwalzwerkes 5.
