Das transportgerechte stapelbare Verpackungsbinde 1 besteht aus einem Eimerbehälter 2 mit Eimerboden 3 und Eimerwand 4 sowie einem Deckel 5. Die Eimerwand 4 erweitert sich vom Eimerboden 3 aus zum Eimerrand 6 hin konisch. Der Eimerrand 6 ist nach außen in der Art einer Randkrempe 7 umgebogen. Der Deckel 5 hat eine eingezogene Deckelplatte 8. Der Randbereich 9 des Deckels 5 ist als ein nach unten offenes U ausgebildet, dessen äußerer Schenkel 10 mit einer nach innen umlaufenden vorspringenden Nase 11 versehen ist. Diese Nase 11 umfaßt die äußere Randkrempe 7 der Eimerwand 4. Der innere Schenkel 12 legt sich im Schließzustand an die innere Eimerwand 4 abdichtend an.
Am inneren Schenkel 12 befindet sich ein umlaufender Bund 13 , der sich etwa in Höhe des Randbereiches 9 waagerecht erstreckt und in eine zur Deckelplatte 8 hin verjüngende Deckelwand 14 übergeht. Die Deckelwand 14 ist gegenüber Eimerwand 4 derart geneigt ausgebildet, daß ihre Konizität 15 leicht größer, aber in der Ebene der Deckelplatte 8 mit der Neigung von Deckelwand 14 und Eimerwand 4 annähernd übereinstimmt.
Zwischen dem inneren Schenkel 12 und der Deckelwand 14 ist ein Ringraum 16 ausgebildet, der nach unten offen ist und der Querstege 17 aufweist, die im gleichmäßigen Abstand zueinander beabstandet sind. Die gängigen Hochregallager haben eine nutzbare Höhe von 1,08 m. Durch die extreme Einziehtiefe 19 der Deckelplatte 8 des Deckels 5 können bei dieser Fachtiefe im Regal insgesamt 4 Behältereimer 2 aufeinander gestapelt werden. Diese ineinandergestapelten 4 Eimer einschließlich Holzflachpalette 24 erreichen eine Höhe von etwa 1,03 m.
