Selon la figure 1, une embase désignée par le repère général 1, présente un corps d'embase 11 solidaire, en particulier par vissage, un manchon 5 logé d'une manière étanche dans une paroi à traverser 4, le corps d'embase 11 présentant, à sa partie arrière, un câble de liaison 12, et à sa partie avant, une fourche de préguidage 15 ainsi que des joints d'étanchéité 14. La fourche 15 présente, ainsi qu'il est connu, une branche supérieure 16 et une branche inférieure 17. La branche inférieure 17 comporte, selon l'invention, un prolongement 18 s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale de l'embase et en-dessous de l'axe longitudinal de celle-ci. La fiche désignée par le repère général 2 comporte une partie avant 21 dans laquelle sont ménagés des crans de verrouillage 29, un manchon de déverrouillage 22 présentant des méplats 25 de déverrouillage permettant la manipulation du manchon 22 par un équipement de télémanipulation, et une partie cylindrique arrière 23 pourvue de méplats 26 de télémanipulation par une pince de télémanipulation.
