Abstract

In a fixing device for fixing furnishing objects on a building wall (1), in particular a tiled wall, in which plugs (11) and plug screws (4) are used for the fixing, it is proposed, for improvement, that a disc (2) made of elastic material with relatively good adhesion or braking action be arranged between the surface of the building wall and the object to be fixed, the drilled holes (10) in the building wall being protected against penetrating moisture by the disc when the object is screwed on tight. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für Ausstattungsgegenstände an einer Gebäudewand, insbesondere an einer Fliesenwand in Duschräumen, Badezimmern, Küchen etc, wobei die Befestigung mit in Bohrlöchern in der Gebäudewand angeordneten Dübeln und Dübelschrauben erfolgt.
Es ist bekannt, Ausstattungsgegenstände und Zubehörteile an Fliesenwänden mit Dübeln und Dübelschrauben zu befestigen. Hierbei kann jedoch nicht ausgeschlossen werden, daß über die Bohrlöcher Feuchtigkeit in die Gebäudewand gelangen kann, was unbedingt zu vermeiden ist. Auch kann es auftreten, daß der Ausstattungsgegenstand oder das Zubehörteil auf der glatten Fliese nicht spielfrei befestigt werden kann oder nur partiell an der Fliese anliegt. Darüber hinaus ist es häufig nicht zu vermeiden, daß mit dem Festschrauben des Ausstattungsgegenstands die Fliesenoberfläche beschädigt wird.The invention relates to a fastening device for items of equipment on a building wall, in particular on a tiled wall in shower rooms, bathrooms, kitchens etc., the fastening being carried out with dowels and dowel screws arranged in boreholes in the building wall.

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebene Vorrichtung zu verbessern und insbesondere so zu gestalten, daß eine Abdichtung der Bohrungen in der Gebäudewand sichergestellt und eine feste, Beschädigungen vermeidende Verbindung zur Gebäudewand gewährleistet wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß eine Scheibe aus elastischem Material mit relativ guter Haftung bzw. Bremswirkung zwischen der Oberfläche der Gebäudewand und dem zu befestigenden Gegenstand angeordnet ist, wobei die Bohrlöcher in der Gebäudewand gegen eindringende Feuchtigkeit von der Scheibe bei festgeschraubtem Gegenstand gesichert sind.

Der in Figur 1 und 4 der Zeichnung gezeigte Gegenstand 3 dient als Brausehalter und wird in Duschräumen und Bädern an einer gefliesten Gebäudewand 1 befestigt. An einem vorstehenden Bereich des Gegenstands 3 ist ein gabelförmiger Brauseaufnehmer 32 ausgebildet, in den beispielsweise eine Handbrause eingesteckt werden kann. Der Gegenstand 3 besteht aus einem Brauseaufnehmer 32 und einem Befestigungssockel 31, wobei die beiden Teile mit einer Befestigungsschraube 40 miteinander verbindbar sind. Die der Gebäudewand 1 zugekehrte Stirnseite des Befestigungssockels 31 ist flanschartig ausgebildet und weist zwei diametral gegenüberliegende rechtwinklig zueinanderstehende Langlöcher 310 auf. Zwischen der Stirnseite des Befestigungssockels 31 und der Gebäudewand 1 ist eine aus elastischem Material hergestellte Scheibe 2 vorgesehen. Die Scheibe 2 weist dabei eine Kreisfläche auf, die der Kreisfläche des Flansches des Befestigungssockels 31 entspricht. Darüber hinaus sind in der Scheibe 2 den Langlöchern 310 im Befestigungssockel 31 entsprechende Langlöcher 20 vorgesehen.
Die Anmontage des Gegenstands 3 an der Gebäudewand 1 kann in folgender Weise vorgenommen werden:
Zunächst wird die Scheibe 2 auf der Gebäudewand 1 an der gewünschten Stelle, an der der Gegenstand 3 befestigt werden soll, angelagert und durch die Langlöcher 20 die Bohrstellen in der Gebäudewand 1 markiert. Danach können in der Gebäudewand 1 die beiden Bohrungen 10 eingebracht und die Dübel 11 in die Bohrungen 10 der Gebäudewand 1 eingeschoben werden. Nunmehr kann die elastische Scheibe 2 zusammen mit dem Befestigungssockel 31 auf die Gebäudewand 1 aufgesetzt und mit den beiden Dübelschrauben 4 nach einer Justierung festverbunden werden. Hierbei wird im Bereich der Bohrungen 10 nach dem festen Anziehen der Befestigungsschrauben 4 eine gute Abdichtung erzielt, so daß die Feuchtigkeit nicht mehr ins Mauerwerk eindringen kann. Außerdem werden Unebenheiten im Bereich der Gebäudewandoberfläche (Fliesen) ausgeglichen und Beschädigungen durch die Nachgiebigkeit der Scheibe 2 vermieden. Auf den so gehalterten Befestigungssockel 31 kann dann der hülsenförmige Brausenaufnehmer 32 aufgeschoben und in der Stecklage mit der Befestigungsschraube 40 gesichert werden.
Die elastische Scheibe 2 ist hierbei aus Gummi mit einer Härte von etwa 65 Shore A ausgebildet und weist eine Dicke von etwa 1 mm auf.

In addition, elongated holes 20 corresponding to the elongated holes 310 in the mounting base 31 are provided in the disk 2.
The object 3 can be attached to the building wall 1 in the following manner:
First, the pane 2 is deposited on the building wall 1 at the desired location at which the object 3 is to be fastened and the drilling points in the building wall 1 are marked by the elongated holes 20. Then the two holes 10 can be made in the building wall 1 and the dowels 11 inserted into the holes 10 of the building wall 1. Now the elastic washer 2 can be placed together with the mounting base 31 on the building wall 1 and firmly connected with the two dowel screws 4 after adjustment. Here, a good seal is achieved in the area of the bores 10 after the fastening screws 4 have been firmly tightened, so that the moisture no longer penetrates into the masonry can. In addition, unevenness in the area of the building wall surface (tiles) is compensated for and damage caused by the flexibility of the pane 2 is avoided. The sleeve-shaped shower holder 32 can then be pushed onto the mounting base 31 held in this way and secured in the plug-in position with the mounting screw 40.
The elastic disk 2 is made of rubber with a hardness of about 65 Shore A and has a thickness of about 1 mm.
Alternatively, the disc 2 can also be made of foam rubber.
