Abstract

In the case of manhole coverings and road frames subject to heavy and fast traffic, quiet seating of the manhole cover or inlet grating is essential. Durch das Beschichten in einer Präzisionsform ergibt sich an beiden zusammenwirkenden Flächen eine Ebenheit, die einer Bearbeitung gleichkommt und für eine absolut ruhige Lage des Einlegteils sorgt. Die Beschichtung kann so weit um den Rand des Einlegteils herumgezogen werden, daß Schmutz nicht mehr bis zur Auflagefläche vordringen und dort inkorporiert werden kann.Another disadvantage of these covers and street attachments are the high manufacturing costs. Verfahren zum Herstellen von aus Rahmen und Einlegteil bestehenden Kanalisationsartikeln, insbesondere Schachtabdeckungen und Straßenaufsätze, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusammenwirkenden Auflageflächen im Rahmen und am Einlegteil vollflächig mit einem durch Gießen in einer Dauerform aufgebrachten Belag aus einen dauerelastischen Elastomer beschichtet sind.1.
