Eine geschlossene Wand (16) des Leimbeckens (9) befindet sich zwischen den zwei Hälften der Magnetkupplung (4a). Die eine treibende Hälfte ist dabei außerhalb des Leimbeckens, die andere, angetriebene Hälfte im Leimbecken in der Leimwalze integriert. Zwischen den zwei Kupplungshälften (4a) und der Leimbeckenwand (16) befinden sich die zwei Luftspalte (14) und (15), damit keine schleifende Berührung entstehen kann. Dadurch werden die beiden Kupplungshälften soweit voneinander getrennt und damit die Magnetkraft so stark reduziert, daß keine Drehmomentübertragung mehr stattfindet. Die Leimwalze (8) steht still und kann ungestört durch die sonst zwischen den beiden Kupplungshälften wirkende Axialkraft allein durch Abnehmen des Rahmens (6) oder zusammen mit dem Leimbecken (9) durch Herauslösen des Beckens aus der Leimbeckenfixierung (10) aus der Maschine zum Zweck der Reinigung entnommen werden. Claims (8)

  1. Gluing device for adhesive bonding machines with a gluing roller mounted rotatably in a glue tank, characterized in that the gluing roller (8) can be driven via a magnetic coupling consisting of two coupling halves (4a), wherein one of the coupling halves (4a) which oppose one another with their magnetized end faces is connected to a drive (3a) outside the glue tank (9) while forming an air gap (15) directly at the exterior of a wall (16) of the tank (9) and the other coupling half (4a) connected to the gluing roller (8) is arranged in axial alignment with the first half on the interior of the tank wall (16) also while forming an air gap (14) relative to this wall face.
