Claims (8)
- Tissu à couches à distance (3), notamment tissu de velours, ce tissu à couches à distance comportant une première et une deuxième couches (4, 5) et ces couches (4, 5) présentant des fils intercalés (7) de raccordement et étant constituées d'un fil technique tel que fibres aramide, fibres de carbone, fibres céramique, ou en particulier fibres de verre, une force de redressement inhérente au fil intercalé (7) ayant tendance à écarter automatiquement les unes des autres les couches (4, 5) du tissu à couches à distance (3) après un durcissement, caractérisé en ce que les couches (4, 5) du tissu à couches à distance (3) adhèrent l'une à l'autre de façon amovible.
- Tissu à couches à distance (3) selon la revendication 1. caractérisé en ce que l'adhérence est susceptible de disparaître par action de la chaleur.
- Tissu à couches à distance (3) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les couches (4. 5) sont rendues adhérentes ou cousues l'une par rapport à l'autre au moyen d'un fil fusible (6).
- Tissu à couches à distance (3) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les couches (4, 5) sont cousues ou aiguilletées l'une contre l'autre au moyen de fils fusibles (6).
- Tissu à couches à distance (3) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'adhérence est obtenue par des fils distincts du tissu à couches à distance (3) et/ou par des fils introduits dans le tissu à couches à distance (3) qui sont enduits d'une colle perdant son pouvoir d'adhérence ou subissant une réduction de son adhérence à une température déterminée.
- Tissu à couches à distance (3) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la résine avec laquelle le tissu à couches à distance (3) est totalement imprégné libère la force de redressement des fils intercalés (7) pour une élévation de température, mais cependant avant le durcissement de la résine et dans un état de moindre force collante.
- Tissu à couches à distance (3) sous forme d'un tissu préimprégné (8) préimprégné de résine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6.
- Procédé de traitement d'un composant (1) par un liquide, notamment en vue d'une application de peinture sur une tôle à parois minces qui, pour son renforcement, est revêtu d'un tissu à couches à distance (3) susceptible de se redresser automatiquement, caractérisé en ce que le traitement par le liquide est entrepris lorsque la force de redressement du tissu à couches à distance est provisoirement supprimée et qu'au cours d'un traitement thermique subséquent la force de redressement est libérée.
