Abstract

Die Verpackung für Getränkedosen hat die Form einer Palette aus Karton. Der Boden (11) der Palette ist mit einem Bogen aus hygienischem Material, insbesondere aus hygienischem Papier (3), ausgelegt. Auf den Bogen sind die Getränkedosen (2) mit ihrer einen aufzureißenden Verschluß enthaltenden Decke (22) gestellt. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung in der Form einer Palette aus Karton für Getränkedosen.
  • Verpackungen der vorgenannten Art sind bekannt. Auf den Boden der Palette werden die Getränkedosen mit ihrem Boden, also mit der einen aufzureißenden Verschluß aufweisenden Decke auf der dem Boden der Palette abgewandten Seite, gestellt. Die gesamte Palette ist mit einer durchsichtigen Kunststoffolie umgeben.
  • Aus Gründen des Umweltschutzes verzichten neuerdings einige Hersteller von in Dosen vertriebenen Getränken auf die Kunststoffolie. Das führt jedoch zu Problemen hinsichtlich der Hygiene. Die Getränkedosen können auf vielfache Weise verschmutzen, insbesondere auf der mit dem Verschluß versehenen Decke. Bei Ingebrauchnahme muß der in der Decke angeordnete Verschluß geöffnet werden. Vielfach wird ohne Verwendung eines Trinkgefäßes die Getränkedose mit dieser Seite - mit der Außenfläche der Decke - an den Mund geführt.
  • Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung der eingangs genannten Art für Getränkedosen so auszubilden, daß der durch den Wegfall der Folie gegebene Umweltschutz erhalten bleibt, die Getränkedosen aber hygienisch zweckmäßig verpackt sind. Gemäß der Neuerung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß der Boden der Palette mit einem Bogen aus hygienischem Material, insbesondere Papier, ausgelegt ist, auf den die Getränkedosen mit ihrer einen aufzureißenden Verschluß enthaltenden Decke gestellt sind.
  • Die Verpackung nach der Erfindung kann als "Getränkedosen-Drehverpackung" bezeichnet werden: Die Getränkedosen werden "verkehrtherum", nämlich nicht mit ihrem Boden, sondern mit ihrer Decke, die den aufzureißenden Verschluß enthält, auf das hygienische Papier gestellt. So bleiben die Getränkedosen jedenfalls in ihrem kritischen Bereich sauber. In der Handhabung tritt gegenüber den Verpackungen, bei denen die Getränkedosen mit ihrem Boden auf den Boden der Palette gestellt sind, keine Änderung ein.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird nachfolgend im einzelnen beschrieben. Die einzige Figur zeigt eine Seitenansicht einer Verpackung, bei der der zugewandte Rand teilweise entfernt ist.
  • Die als Ausführungsbeispiel gewählte Palette besteht aus einem Verpackungskarton 1. Der Verpackungskarton 1 weist einen Boden 11 sowie einen umlaufenden Rand 12 auf. Die Palette stellt sich also dar als Unter- oder Behälterteil eines deckelfreien Kartons mit relativ niedrigem Rand.
  • Der Boden 11 des Verpackungskartons 1 ist mit hygienischem Papier 3 ausgelegt. Das Papier 3 füllt den gesamten Boden 11 des Verpackungskartons 1 aus.
  • Der Verpackungskarton 1 nimmt Getränkedosen 2 auf. Die Getränkedosen 2 weisen einen Boden 21 sowie eine Decke 22 auf, die mit einem nicht dargestellten, aufzureißenden Verschluß versehen ist. Im übrigen weisen die Getränkedosen 2 den üblichen hohlzylindrischen Mantel 23 zwischen dem Boden 21 und der Decke 22 auf.

Claims (2)

  1. Verpackung in der Form einer Palette aus Karton für Getränkedosen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (11) der Palette mit einem Bogen aus hygienischem Material ausgelegt ist, auf den die Getränkedosen (2) mit ihrer einen aufzureißenden Verschluß enthaltenden Decke (22) gestellt sind.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (11) der Palette mit einem Bogen aus hygienischem Papier (3) ausgelegt ist.
