Die Erfindung betrifft eine Lochstanze, bei welcher das Werkstück auf einer Auflagerplatte eines Arbeitstisches oder dergleichen aufgelagert und dort relativ zum Werkzeug verschiebbar ist, wobei mehrere Öffnungen oder Löcher hintereinander in das Werkstück mittels wenigstens eines senkrecht von oben nach unten bewegbaren Lochstempels einstanzbar sind, der in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung einer Matrize während und nach dem Stanzvorgang eintritt, wobei zwischen Stempel und Matrize eine Schneidkante gebildet ist, die die Öffnung oder das Loch aus dem Werkstück ausschneidet. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Lochstanzen nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 6. - Punching machine, in which the workpiece is mounted (1) on a mounting plate of a worktable or the like and can be displaced there relative to the tool (21), it being possible for a plurality of openings or holes to be punched one behind the other into the workpiece (17) by means of at least one punch (21) which can be moved vertically from the top downwards and enters into a corresponding cutout (28) in a die (20) during and after the punching operation, a cutting edge being formed between the punch (21) and the die (20), which cutting edge cuts the opening or the hole out of the workpiece, characterized in that the mounting plate and/or the worktable top (1) can be raised so that the workpiece (17) can be subjected to an upwardly directed stroke relative to the die (20) before and during the displacement after a prior punching operation.
- Punching machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the stroke has a magnitude of about 2 mm.
- Punching machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mounting plate and/or the worktable top (1) is provided with an articulated bearing (22, 23) at its end facing away from the die (20) and the tool (21).
- Punching machine according to Claim 4, characterized in that the end of the mounting plate and/or of the worktable top (1) is pivotable about a horizontal axis (24).
- Punching machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the punching machine is provided with a stop rail (2) which is provided with holders (11, 12) which can be attached to the rail in different positions thereof, the stop rail (2), in addition to its transverse movement, being movable relative to the worktable (1) and in the direction of its longitudinal axis.
- Method for hole-punching, in which the workpiece (17) is mounted on a mounting plate of a worktable or the like (1) and is displaced there relative to the tool (21), a plurality of openings or holes being, punched one behind the other into the workpiece (17) by means of at least one punch (21) which can be moved vertically from the top downwards and enters into a corresponding cutout (28) in a die (20) during and after the punching operation, a cutting edge being formed between the punch (21) and the die (20), which cutting edge cuts the opening or the hole out of the workpiece (17), characterized in that the workpiece (17) is subjected to an upwardly directed stroke relative to the die (20) before and during the displacement after a prior punching operation.
