Definitions
- the invention relates to a backpack with a body protection device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a device for protecting the body for example a rain cape (DE-GM 84 30 627.0), or a cover for the backpack itself (DE-GM 87 01 313.4) can be removed from a bag.
- the bag is accessible from the outside.
- the object of the invention is to provide a backpack with a body protection device which is designed so that it can be attached very quickly and easily in the correct position on the body of the backpack wearer.
- the main advantage of the invention is that the body protection device which can be removed from the outside of the backpack is designed in such a way that it can be quickly and easily attached to the body in the correct position without the backpack carrier having to remove the backpack. It is of particular importance that the opening behind which the body protection device is located in the backpack is arranged at the upper end of the backpack and that the body protection device can be removed through this opening and can be pulled forward over the head of the backpack wearer in such a way that the The neckline of the body protection device is automatically located approximately above the head of the backpack wearer, so that the user can simply put his head through the neck section of the body protection device, because a slot opening into the neckline opens automatically and the neckline enlarges or the neckline widens itself.
- the slot has a simple locking device which can be quickly closed again after the body protection device has been put on.
- the body protection device is particularly advantageously connected in one piece to a protective hood, which can also be removed through said opening and with which the outside of the backpack can be covered like a hood.
- the body protection device of the present backpack protects cyclists in particular from wind and rain, so that a health-damaging hypothermia of the chest area can be prevented, in particular on long descents, as can also be caused by the wind.
- the protective hood With the protective hood, the outside of the backpack can be protected from rain and splash water, especially when cycling. Protection against splashing water is of particular importance because today's racing bikes often have no mudguards.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of the present backpack 1, which has at its upper end an opening 12 which is accessible from the outside and which can lead directly into the pack space of the backpack 1 or into an inner pocket separated from the pack space.
- the opening 12 runs in the transverse direction of the backpack 1 and is located in particular in the vicinity of the back of the backpack 13.
- the opening 12 can be opened and closed by an easily and quickly actuated locking device 14.
- This closure device 14 is preferably a zip fastener or Velcro fastener parts which overlap parts of the upper side of the backpack which overlap in the area of the opening 12.
- the shoulder straps of the backpack are shown schematically and designated 11.
- the body protection device 2 which has the shape of a flat part, can be removed from the backpack 1 after opening the opening 12 toward the backpack carrier. that can preferably cover the front of the upper body of the backpack carrier up to about the waist.
- a neck cutout 22 on the side facing the opening 12.
- a slot 23 preferably extends centrally from the neckline 22 in the direction of the side facing away from the opening 12.
- the neck cutout 22 and the slot 23 opening into it which is achieved by a fast and easy-to-operate closure device 24, which is preferably a Velcro fastener, which can connect edge areas of the body protection device 2 which overlap in the area of the slot 23, is achieved that the body protection device 2 is particularly easily attached to the body of the backpack carrier.
- a fast and easy-to-operate closure device 24 which is preferably a Velcro fastener, which can connect edge areas of the body protection device 2 which overlap in the area of the slot 23, is achieved that the body protection device 2 is particularly easily attached to the body of the backpack carrier.
- the neckline 22 is spaced from the attachment point of the body protection device 2 to the backpack 1 so that after the removal of the body protection device 2 through the opening 12 and the pulling of the body protection device 2 to the front, it automatically reaches over the head of the backpack wearer, so that the body protection device 2 only has to be pulled down, the Velcro fastener 24 or the slot 23 automatically opening and the head passing through the neckline 22 and the slot 23
- the body protection device 2 has band devices 25, 26 extending beyond the end, the free ends of which, e.g. are provided with buckles 27, 28 as locking devices, so that the lower end of the body protection device 2 can be easily attached to the waist region of the backpack carrier by closing the buckles 27, 28 in the back area.
- the lower end of the body protection device 2 can have a device 29 gathering the lower end in the transverse direction, preferably in the form of an elastic band or the like. This ensures that the lower end is as tight and tight as possible against the front of the body of the backpack carrier.
- a hood-like protective device 3 for the outside of the backpack can also be removed from the opening 12, which is preferably produced in one piece with the body protective device 2.
- the hood-like protective device 3 preferably has on its opening edge a pulling device 31 which elastically reduces the opening, which is preferably formed by a rubber band or the like. It is thereby achieved that the hood-like protective device 3 engages over both the outside of the backpack and the edge region of the back of the backpack, so that the pockets, seams and Zippers etc. of the backpack are completely protected from moisture and splash water.
- FIG. 3 shows the initial cut both for a body protection device 2 and for a hood-like protection device 3, which are integrally connected to one another along the line 35. Details of Figure 3, which have already been explained in connection with Figure 2, are designated in the corresponding manner.
- the end region 36 of the body protection device 2 is fastened to the inside of the backpack 1, preferably to the inside of the back of the backpack 13 along a line running in the transverse direction, preferably sewn by several seams.
- the corresponding end of the hood-like protective device 3 can be attached to the inside of the backpack at the same time. If both devices 2 and 3 according to FIG. 3 are made in one piece from a blank, the blank for fastening the devices 2 and 3 to the backpack 1 together is preferably folded along the line 35, the resulting overlap area corresponding to the end area 36 of FIG. 4, which is attached to the backpack 1.
- the body protection device 2 and optionally the hood-like protection device 3 preferably consist of a plastic material, such as e.g. Nylon.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a backpack with a body protection device according to the preamble of claim 1.
Various types of backpacks are known in which a device for protecting the body, for example a rain cape (DE-GM 84 30 627.0), or a cover for the backpack itself (DE-GM 87 01 313.4) can be removed from a bag. The bag is accessible from the outside.
The object of the invention is to provide a backpack with a body protection device which is designed so that it can be attached very quickly and easily in the correct position on the body of the backpack wearer.
This object is achieved by a backpack as mentioned at the outset, which is characterized by the features specified in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
The main advantage of the invention is that the body protection device which can be removed from the outside of the backpack is designed in such a way that it can be quickly and easily attached to the body in the correct position without the backpack carrier having to remove the backpack. The slot has a simple locking device which can be quickly closed again after the body protection device has been put on.
The body protection device is particularly advantageously connected in one piece to a protective hood, which can also be removed through said opening and with which the outside of the backpack can be covered like a hood. The body protection device of the present backpack protects cyclists in particular from wind and rain, so that a health-damaging hypothermia of the chest area can be prevented, in particular on long descents, as can also be caused by the wind. With the protective hood, the outside of the backpack can be protected from rain and splash water, especially when cycling. Protection against splashing water is of particular importance because today's racing bikes often have no mudguards.

In der Figur 1 sind die Trageriemen des Rucksackes schematisch dargestellt und mit 11 bezeichnet.FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of the present backpack 1, which has at its upper end an
According to FIG. 2, the
At the end facing away from the access opening 12, the
In the manner shown in FIG. 2, a hood-like
According to FIG. 4, the
It is also conceivable to omit the
Nylon. The
