Claims (18)
- Équipement de creusement de sols en atmosphère confinée, du type comprenant, un outil de forage (1) dont, la cloison arrière (8) de la chambre (9) de réception des déblais, l'avant et l'arrière du disque excavateur (7), la vis (10) d'évacuation des déblais, et la jupe périphérique (6) de l'outil de forage, sont pourvus d'orifices d'injection (21) de mousse sous pression, et des moyens de génération de mousse sous pression reliés à ces orifices, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de génération de mousse sont constitués d'une pluralité de dispositifs (24) alimentés chacun, en solution moussante par une conduite (25), et en air comprimé par une autre conduite (26), chaque dispositif (24) générateur de mousse sous pression étant situé à proximité immédiate d'un orifice d'injection (21), ou d'un groupe d'orifices d'injection (21), qui lui est associé.
- Équipement selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte :au moins un dispositif (24) situé dans le voisinage immédiat de la cloison arrière (8) de la chambre (9) de réception des déblais, de façon à injecter la mousse sous pression dans ladite chambre (9); et/ouau moins un dispositif (24) situé dans le voisinage immédiat de l'arbre creux (23) relié aux orifices d'injection (21) placées sur le disque excavateur, de façon à injecter la mousse sous pression dans ledit arbre creux (23); et/ouau moins un dispositif (24) situé dans le voisinage immédiat de la vis (10) d'évacuation des déblais, de façon à injecter la mousse sous pression dans ladite vis (10); et/ouau moins un dispositif (24) situé dans le voisinage immédiat de la jupe préiphérique (6) de l'outil de forage (1), de façon à injecter la mousse sous pression dans vers l'extérieur à travers ladite jupe (6).
- Équipement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte pour chaque dispositif (24) générateur de mousse sous pression une commande indépendante de fonctionnement.
- Équipement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs (24) générateurs de mousse sous pression sont regroupés en une pluralité d'ensembles de dispositifs, chaque ensemble étant équipé d'une commande indépendante de fonctionnement.
- Équipement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs (24) générateurs de mousse sous pression sont regroupés en une pluralité d'ensembles de dispositifs, chaque dispositif au sein d'un ensemble étant équipé d'une commande indépendante de fonctionnement.
- Équipement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un train suiveur (2) de l'outil de forage (1), portant sur une remorque (3A) une cuve d'équilibre (12) partiellement remplie de solution moussante, un collecteur (28) d'alimentation en solution moussante et un collecteur (29) d'alimentation en air comprimé, desdits dispositifs (24) générateurs de mousse sous pression, le collecteur (28) et le collecteur (29) partant respectivement du fond et du sommet de cette cuve.
- Équipement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le train suiveur (2) porte, de préférence sur la même remorque (3A) que la cuve d'équilibre (12), un ou plusieurs réservoirs (11) de produit moussant, des pompes (15, 17) de transfert de produit moussant et d'eau vers la partie inférieure de la cuve d'équilibre (12), et un compresseur d'air (19) relié à la partie supérieure de cette cuve éventuellement par l'intermédiaire d'un réservoir tampon (20).
- Dispositif (24) de génération et d'injection de mousse sous pression pour un équipement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :un corps (44) d'alimentation en solution moussante et en air comprimé;une chambre d'expansion (45) emplie d'un garnissage (56); et,une buse de sortie (46) de forme convergente.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le corps d'alimentation (44) comporte deux conduits d'alimentation, à savoir un conduit (47) d'amenée de solution moussante équipé d'un régulateur de débit (50) et de préférence d'un détecteur de débit (49), et un conduit (48) d'amenée d'air comprimé équipé de préférence d'un détecteur de pression (52), ces deux conduits débouchant dans un conduit unique (54) qui débouche lui-même dans la chambre d'expansion (45).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le conduit unique (54) est muni d'un capteur de contrôle (61) d'expansion de la solution moussante dans la chambre (45), relié à un tableau de commande par la ligne (60).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la chambre d'expansion (45) comporte à son entrée et à sa sortie une grille calibrée (55).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le garnissage (56) est un garnissage en vrac, notamment constitué d'éléments (57) de forme à peu près torique.
- Procédé d'utilisation d'un équipement de creusement de sols en atmosphère confinée du type comprenant un outil de forage (1) dans lequel on injecte de la mousse sous pression à travers une pluralité d'orifices d'injection (21) placées, sur la cloison arrière (8) de la chambre (9) de réception des déblais, à l'avant et à l'arrière du disque excavateur (7), sur la vis (10) d'évacuation des déblais et sur la jupe périphérique (6), caractérisé en ce qu'on véhicule de la solution moussante par une conduite (25) et de l'air par une autre conduite (26) jusque dans l'outil de forage (1) où l'on génère ladite mousse sous pression par :au moins un dispositifs (24), situé dans le voisinage immédiat de la cloison arrière (8) de la chambre (9) de réception des déblais, et l'on injecte la mousse sous pression dans ladite chambre (9); et/ou,au moins un dispositif (24) situé dans le voisinage immédiat de l'arbre creux (23) relié aux orifices (21) placées sur le disque excavateur (7), et l'on injecte la mousse sous pression dans ledit arbre creux (23); et/ou,au moins un dispositif (24), situé dans le voisinage immédiat de la vis (10) d'évacuation des déblais, et l'on injecte la mousse sous pression dans ladite vis (10); et /ou,au moins un dispositif (24) situé dans le voisinage immédiat de la jupe périphérique (6) de l'outil de forage (1), et l'on injecte la mousse sous pression vers l'extérieure à travers ladite jupe (6).
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'on commande indépendamment la génération de la mousse sous pression au niveau de chacun des dispositifs (24), ou au niveau d'une pluralité de groupes de ces dispositifs (24).
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'on effectue ladite commande en fonction d'au moins l'un des paramètres suivants : pression de confinement, couple du disque excavateur (7), couple de la vis (10) d'évacuation des déblais, vitesse d'avancement de l'outil de forage (1).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisé en ce que l'on assure, au niveau de chaque dispositif (24) générant la mousse sous pression, un débit constant de solution moussante, et une pression d'air déterminée.
- Procédé de creusement de sols en atmosphère confiné, où l'on équilibre la pression du terrain au moyen d'une mousse envoyée sous pression au niveau de l'outil de forage (1), caractérisé en ce que l'on qu'on véhicule de la solution moussante par une conduite (25) et de l'air par une autre conduite (26) jusque dans l'outil de forage (1) où l'on génère ladite mousse sous pression par :au moins un dispositifs (24), situé dans le voisinage immédiat de la cloison arrière (8) de la chambre (9) de réception des déblais, et l'on injecte la mousse sous pression dans ladite chambre (9); et/ou,au moins un dispositif (24) situé dans le voisinage immédiat de l'arbre creux (23) relié aux orifices (21) placées sur le disque excavateur (7), et l'on injecte la mousse sous pression dans ledit arbre creux (23); et/ou,au moins un dispositif (24), situé dans le voisinage immédiat de la vis (10) d'évacuation des déblais, et l'on injecte la mousse sous pression dans ladite vis (10); et /ou,au moins un dispositif (24) situé dans le voisinage immédiat de la jupe périphérique (6) de l'outil de forage (1), et l'on injecte la mousse sous pression vers l'extérieure à travers ladite jupe (6).
- Procédé de creusement de sols en atmosphère confiné selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise un équipement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 événtuellement muni d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12.
