Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schnellwechselvorrichtung für an dem Hubgerüst eines Trägerfahrzeuges zu verlagernde Anbaugeräte.The invention relates to a quick-change device for attachments to be moved on the mast of a carrier vehicle.
Durch die DE-OS 39 24 313 ist ein Adapter für Frontladeranbaugeräte bekannt, mit dem ein Werkzeug, wie beispielsweise eine Schaufel oder eine Gabel an einen Fahrzeugkörper gekoppelt werden kann. Der Adapter kann für die Koppelung von Werkzeugen unterschiedlichster Art und Größe verwendet werden. Der Adapter beinhaltet Seitenkonsolen sowie eine mittlere Konsole, die durch einen Stützrahmen starr miteinander verbunden sind und in Geradeausrichtung mit einem Hubarmpaar und einem vom Fahrzeugkörper hervorstehenden Dreharm drehbar verbunden sind. Nachteile dieses Adapters werden im wesentlichen darin gesehen, daß hier durch den Einsatz vielfältiger Bauelemente eine verhältnismäßig aufwendige Konstruktion geschaffen wird, die sich letztendlich in einer nicht unbeträchtlichen Gewichtserhöhung bemerkbar macht.From DE-OS 39 24 313 an adapter for front loader attachments is known, with which a tool, such as a shovel or fork, can be coupled to a vehicle body. Dieses Ziel wird erfindungsgemäß bei einer Schnellwechselvorrichtung für an dem Hubgerüst eines Trägerfahrzeuges zu verlagernde Anbaugeräte dahingehend erreicht, daß das Hubgerüst aus zwei im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufenden Hubarmen gebildet ist, deren eine Enden am Trägerfahrzeug gelagert sind und deren andere Enden zwischen sich einen als Traverse ausgebildeten Hohlkörper aufnehmen, an welchem ein Zuglenkerpaar gelenkig gelagert ist, dessen freies Ende mit Elementen des jeweiligen Anbaugerätes verbindbar ist und im Bereich seiner Erstreckung mit mindestens einer gelenkig gelagerten Zugstange zusammenwirkt, die wiederum mit weiteren im Bereich des Hubgerüstes vorgesehenen Bauteilen verbunden ist, und wobei die Verriegelungseinrichtung zur Arretierung des Hubgerüstes am jeweiligen Anbaugerät innerhalb des Hohlkörpers vorgesehen ist.This aim is achieved according to the invention in a quick-change device for attachments to be relocated to the lifting frame of a carrier vehicle in such a way that the lifting frame is formed from two essentially parallel lifting arms, one end of which is mounted on the carrier vehicle and the other ends of which are designed as traverses Take up the hollow body on which a pair of tension links is articulated, the free end of which can be connected to elements of the respective attachment and, in the area of its extension, interacts with at least one articulated tie rod, which in turn is connected to other components provided in the area of the mast, and the Locking device for locking the mast on the respective attachment is provided within the hollow body.

Mit der rohrförmig ausgebildeten Traverse, die vorzugsweise im Bereich der Drehachse des jeweiligen Anbaugerätes vorgesehen ist, werden folgende wesentliche Funktionen erfüllt:
- das tragende Teil des Hubgerüstes ist fest eingeschweißt,
- innerhalb der Rohrtraverse werden sowohl der Verriegelungszylinder als auch die Verriegelungsbolzen samt Führungen und Dichtelemente aufgenommen,
- außerhalb der Rohrtraverse wird auf dem Außendurchmesser das Zuglenkerpaar nahe der Zugstange gelagert.

Infolge des konstruktiven Aufbaus kann gegenüber herkömmlichen Schnellwechseleinrichtungen eine beträchtliche Gewichtsersparnis erreicht werden, wobei infolge der geometrischen Verhältnisse der einzelnen Bauteile zueinander nur verhältnismäßig geringe Gewichte bewegt werden und ihre Lage verändern müssen. Figur 1 zeigt das Hubgerüst 1 samt schaufelförmigem Anbaugerät 2 eines nicht weiter dargestellten Trägerfahrzeuges. Das Hubgerüst 1 wird gebildet aus zwei Hubarmen 3, die im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordnet sind, deren eine Enden am nicht weiter dargestellten Trägerfahrzeug gelagert sind. Die anderen Enden 4 nehmen eine rohrförmig ausgebildete Traverse 5 zwischen sich auf, die in Figur 3 näher dargestellt ist. An der Rohrtraverse 5 greift ein Zugstangenlenkerpaar 6 an, das im Bereich seines freien Endes 7 mit bolzenförmigen Ansätzen 8 versehen ist, die in entsprechende Augen 9 des schaufelförmigen Anbaugerätes 2 eingreifen. Im Bereich seiner Erstreckung ist zwischen dem Zugstangenlenkerpaar 6 eine Zugstange 10 gelenkig gelagert, die mit einem weiteren Hebel 11 verbunden ist, an dessen freien Ende ein nicht weiter dargestellter Zylinder (Kippzylinder) angreift. Dieser Hebel 11 weist wiederum einen Schwenkpunkt 12 auf, der über einen weiteren Hebel 13 zwischen den Hubarmen 3 des Hubgerüstes 1 gelagert ist. Die Traverse 5 ist hierbei in der Drehachse 14 des Anbaugerätes 2 stationär, d.h. nicht verdrehbar, angeordnet.Figure 1 shows the
