Durch ein Signal aus der nicht dargestellten Maschinensteuerung wird der Arbeitszylinder 32 wirksam und drückt die als Klebewalze fungierende Leitwalze 22 gemäß Pfeilrichtung E nach Fig. 3 kurzzeitig an die ablaufende Papierbahn 24 und gegen die vorbereitete Klebespitze der ebenfalls auf entsprechende Umlaufgeschwindigkeit gebrachten neuen Papierrolle 4. Durch das Andrücken der Leitwalze 22 wird der Hebel 13 um seine Drehachse 12 gedreht, so daß durch die Ausgleichsbewegung der Leitwalze 21 in Pfeilrichtung F ein Spannungsanstieg in der Papierbahn 24 vermieden wird. Die Leitwalze 21 wird nachfolgend durch die Arbeitszylinder 37 bewegt, so daß die Messerleiste 23 die Papierbahn der zu Ende gehenden Papierrolle 3, die bereits mit dem Anfang der neuen Papierrolle 4 verklebt ist, abschlägt, so daß nur noch die neue Papierrolle 4 abläuft. Nun kann der Tragrahmen 7 mit der Ausgleichseinrichtung 15 wieder von der Arbeitsstellung über die Vorbereitungsstellung zur Ruhestellung B zurückgefahren werden.The operation of the device is summarized as follows. Claims (5)

Vorrichtung zum Verbinden zweier Papierbahnen mittels eines automatischen Rollenwechslers an einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit Mitteln für den Papierlängenausgleich, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein aus einer Ruhestellung (B) heraus schwenkbarer Tragrahmen (7) mit einer darauf angeordneten Ausgleichseinrichtung (15), die aus auf Drehachsen (12) gelagerten doppelarmigen Hebeln (13) besteht, deren beide Enden jeweils Leitwalzen (21; 22) tragen, daß die Ausgleichseinrichtung (15) um einen Winkel (α) in die Nähe einer neuen Papierrolle (4) schwenkbar ist, daß die Hebel (13) mit der Leitwalze (22) durch Arbeitszylinder (32) an die neue Papierrolle (4) anstellbar ist (E), so daß durch die in Gegenrichtung (F) bewegbare Leitwalze (21) eine Ausgleichsbewegung erfolgt.Device for connecting two paper webs by means of an automatic reel changer on a web-fed rotary printing press with means for paper length compensation, characterized in that a support frame (7) which can be pivoted out of a rest position (B) and has a compensation device (15) arranged thereon, which extends from axes of rotation (12 ) mounted double-armed levers (13), both ends of which each carry guide rollers (21; 22), that the compensating device (15) can be pivoted by an angle (α) in the vicinity of a new paper roll (4), that the lever (13 ) can be adjusted with the guide roller (22) by working cylinder (32) to the new paper roll (4) (E), so that a compensating movement takes place due to the guide roller (21) movable in the opposite direction (F).
