Claims (6)
- Installation pour le finissage de conteneurs (400) faits d'un matériau souple ou flexible, comprenant une machine d'alimentation en conteneurs (100, 500), une machine pour le remplissage et la fermeture hermétique (200), et une unité (304) pour la synchronisation de l'alimentation en conteneurs, dans laquelle ladite machine d'alimentation pour l'alimentation en conteneurs de ladite machine pour le remplissage et la fermeture hermétique est une unité (100) pour la production des conteneurs (400), ou un dispositif de charge (500) pour l'alimentation en conteneurs préformés (400), ladite machine pour le remplissage et la fermeture hermétique (200) comprenant au moins une première roue (201) pour l'avance rotative continue desdits conteneurs, ayant des moyens individuels pour la capture (201c, 201d) et le remplissage (201g, 201h) de chaque conteneur, lesdits moyens tournant en continu coaxialement et en synchronisation avec ladite avance de chaque conteneur sur ladite première roue (201),
caractérisée en ce que,
ladite machine pour le remplissage et la fermeture hermétique (200) comprend de plus au moins une seconde roue (203) pour l'avance rotative continue desdits conteneurs, ayant des moyens individuels pour la capture (203d), la fermeture hermétique (203e) et le refroidissement (203f) de chaque conteneur, lesdits moyens tournant en continu coaxialement et en synchronisation avec chaque conteneur à ladite seconde roue (203). - Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite machine pour le remplissage et la fermeture hermétique (200) comprend au moins une autre roue (202) pour le transport des conteneurs remplis depuis ladite première roue (201) jusqu'à ladite seconde roue (203).
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de capture des conteneurs tournant en synchronisation avec ladite première roue (201) consistent en des coupelles de succion (201d) disposées aux extrémités de bras radiaux (201f) qui sont mobiles linéairement dans une direction perpendiculaire aux surfaces latérales (400a, 400b) du conteneur pour permettre que lesdites surfaces latérales soient capturées et séparées pour créer une ouverture de remplissage.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de capture et de fermeture hermétique des conteneurs consistent de préférence en des mâchoires (203d) mobiles dans les deux directions verticales pour l'abaissement et l'élévation, et aussi dans les deux directions horizontales pour la fermeture et la réouverture des mâchoires, lesdites mâchoires étant munies de résistances (203e) susceptibles de souder à la chaleur l'ouverture du sommet du conteneur et de conduits (203f) pour le passage d'un liquide réfrigérant capable de refroidir le conteneur.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de remplissage comprennent un dispositif de mesure (201g) qui fournit la quantité programmée de liquide à un injecteur (201h) qui introduit à force la dose dans le conteneur.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la machine d'alimentation consiste en un dispositif de charge (500) pour l'alimentation en conteneurs préformés individuels.
