Claims (1)

  1. Horizontale Zentrifuge zum Abscheiden von Öl aus Ölschlämmen, bestehend aus einer Trommel (1) mit einem konischen und einem zylindrischen Teil und zwei Verschlussköpfen (14, 15), einem Zufuhrrohr (3) für den Ölschlamm, der sich durch den ersten (14) der beiden Verschlussköpfe erstreckt und nahe dem ersten Verschlusskopf (14) innerhalb eines Hohlkörpers (2a) mündet, welcher zusammen mit den schraubenförmigen Windungen (2) die Zentrifugenschnecke bildet, einer Reihe von Durchbrüchen (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d) längs des Hohlkörpers (2a), Düsen (6) zur Wasser- und Festkörperentnahme, und mechanischen Mitteln, die eine unabhängige Rotation der Trommel (1) und der Schnecke (2, 2a) erlauben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es umfasst: verstellbare Dürsen (4) für den Ölabfluss, eine Blende bzw. Trennscheibe (13), die fest mit der Trommel (1) verbunden ist und nahe der Düsen (6) für den Wasser- und Festkörperabfluss angeordnet ist, wobei letztere Düsen ihrerseits an den zweiten Verschlusskopf (15) angebracht sind, zwei weitere Blenden bzw. Trennscheiben (11, 12), die mit dem Hohlkörper (2a) fest verbunden sind, von denen die erste (11) zentrale Durchgänge (16) und eine grössere Ausdehnung als die zweite (12) aufweist, wobei die genannte erste Blende (11) in der Übergangszone liegt, wo die Form der Trommel (1) von der zylindrischen in die kegelstumpfartige Form übergeht, während die zweite Trennscheibe bzw. Blende (12) zwischen der ersten Trennscheibe (11) und der mit der Trommel (1) fest verbundenen Trennscheibe (13) liegt.
