Abstract

In a shoe with a shaft which surrounds the forefoot of a wearer and is connected to a sole part, the shaft upper part and shaft lower part and a strip-shaped insert part, which extends in the connection region along the outline lines of the shaft parts, are interconnected by means of at least one hand-braided seam. In this case, the insert part can be received between the edges of the shaft parts or also overlap the edge of the shaft lower part on the outside of the shoe. A particular embodiment also envisages a two-ply insert part, in which two edge strips are sewn together along a cut edge. Description

The invention relates to a shoe with a shaft which completely surrounds the front foot of a wearer and is connected to a sole part. In particular, the invention relates to a moccasin shoe with a shaft which consists of an upper part and a lower part sewn together.

Moccasin shoes of this type are already known and are described, for example, in DE-OS 39 34 080.

The shoe according to this publication is a moccasin shoe with a lower part of the upper which forms a tread for the forefoot of a wearer and is sewn to an upper part of the upper and which is connected on the underside in an adhesive surface to a sole part. The lower part of the upper is designed as an insert which is adapted to the shape of the forefoot of a wearer and is sewn to the upper part of the upper along a dividing line corresponding to the outline of the sole part. The outer edge of the upper part of the shaft extends to the sole part and encloses the outside of the insert forming the lower part of the shaft and glued to the sole part.

Moccasin shoes according to the above-mentioned document have proven themselves, but appear to be still improveable with regard to the use of materials, which in particular saves upper leather.

Accordingly, a shoe design is to be created by the present invention, which ensures a particularly economical upper leather consumption and a particularly simple processing when producing such a shoe.

This object of the invention is achieved in that, in the shoe according to the preamble of claim 1, a strip-shaped insert part is arranged at least in sections between an upper shaft part and a lower shaft part and that the lateral edges of the insert part are overlapped by the adjacent edges of the upper part and lower part of the shaft and with these in at least one hand braid seam or a corresponding machine seam are connected.

In the shoe according to the invention, in contrast to the shoe according to the above-mentioned laid-open publication, the upper part of the shaft does not reach the sole part, but is sewn to the strip-shaped insert part by means of an overlapping hand braid seam, the other edge of which is also in an overlapping hand braid or machine seam the lower part of the shaft is connected.

A shoe design has proven to be advantageous in such a way that one side edge of the strip-shaped insert part below the adjacent edge of the upper shaft part and its other lateral edge above the corresponding edge of the lower shaft part are connected to the upper shaft part and lower shaft part in at least one hand braid or machine seam .

If, on the other hand, the connection of the strip-shaped insert part to the upper shaft part is to be emphasized more clearly, one side edge of the strip-shaped insert part above the adjacent edge of the upper shaft part and its other edge below the adjacent edge of the lower shaft part with the upper shaft part and lower shaft part in at least one Hand braid or machine seam.

Depending on the particular design sought, the strip-shaped insert part connected in at least one hand braid seam to the upper shaft part and the lower shaft part can only be provided in sections, while the upper shaft part and the lower shaft part can be connected directly to one another, preferably again by means of at least one hand braid. or machine seam.

A sensible development of the invention, however, provides that the insert part is formed at least in the area of the front shoe as a continuous insert strip connected to the upper part and the lower part of the shaft in at least one hand braid or machine seam. According to another important refinement of the invention, the strip-shaped insert part connected to the upper shaft part and the lower shaft part in at least one hand braid or machine seam can be a rectilinear cutting strip with a width dimension that is less than its length. It can be seen that such a design of the strip-shaped insert has an extremely material and thus cost-saving effect.

As an alternative to this, the strip-shaped insert part connected to the upper shaft part and the lower shaft part in at least one hand braid or machine seam can also be a blank adapted to the shape of the outer contour of the upper shaft part and / or the lower part of the shaft.

An equally important embodiment of the invention provides that the seams connecting the upper shaft part and the lower shaft part to the strip-shaped insert part are braided by perforations of rows of holes which extend along the overlapping lateral edges of the insert part and the two shaft parts.

In the context of the invention it can also be provided that a row of holes extends along only one edge of the strip-shaped insert part and that one the insert with the shaft parts connecting braided seam is braided through perforations of the aforementioned row of holes and holes in a row of holes running in the adjacent edge of the adjacent shaft part and around the other side edge of the insert part and through holes in a row of holes extending along the adjacent edge of the other shaft part.

Finally, a further embodiment provides that a braided seam connecting the strip-shaped insert part to the upper part of the shaft and the lower part of the shaft successively through perforations, one hole in each case extending along one edge of the insert part and the overlapping edge of the one shaft part, then around the other edge of the insert part and is braided by perforations of a row of holes extending along the adjacent edge of the other shaft part and in between each by holes of a row of holes running along the edge of the insert part facing the latter shaft part.

In the context of the shoe design according to the invention, the strip-shaped insert part connected to the upper part and the lower part by means of at least one braided seam can also protrude beyond the edge of the lower part and, according to a further development, extend into the sole area and be glued to a sole part. In a further development of the invention, the shaft parts with the cut edges forming their outline in the forefoot area and the insert part with at least one cut edge directed towards the side pointing away from the sole part and connected to one another by means of at least one hand braid seam or a corresponding machine seam.

It is characteristic of this configuration that in the area of the braided seam mediating the connection of the upper part of the shaft to the lower part of the shaft, in view of the cut edges projecting towards the side facing away from the sole part, both the edges of the mentioned shaft parts and the insert part have a pronounced peripheral bead. This type of connection of the shaft parts to one another and to the insert part by means of at least one braided seam enables particularly simple and fast, and therefore also inexpensive, shoe production.

The latter is particularly the case if, according to a further development, the insert part is accommodated between the edge of the upper part of the upper which is raised after the side pointing away from the sole part and the edge of the lower part of the upper.

However, according to yet another further development, the edge of the upper upper part raised after the side pointing away from the sole part can lie directly against the edge of the lower part of the upper and the latter can be overlapped on the outside by the insert part. In this embodiment too, the cut edge of the lower edge of the upper part faces towards the side facing away from the sole part, but is not visible in view of the overlap by the insert part placed on the outside on the lower part of the lower part of the upper.

The moccasin shoe illustrated in its entirety in FIG. 1 is a lace-up shoe 10 with a central lacing 11.
