Description

The present invention is a special shoe to be worn during gymnastics such as rhythmic gymnastics that covers toes and covers with straps or rubber straps on the upper and the heel, so-called half shoes, in particular, improvement of athletic performance, holdability, comfort and durability. The present invention relates to a jumping shoe and a method for manufacturing the jumping shoe.

Conventionally, for example, shoes worn during rhythmic gymnastics exercises or exercises have been used in which a bag body, which is a shoe body, is constructed of knitted fabric such as pile fabric and fibers as disclosed in Patent Document 1. It was. However, in this case, the bag body is made of knitted fabric such as pile fabric and fibers, so when performing rhythmic gymnastics exercises and exercises with wooden flooring, due to the characteristics of the material, it is easy to slip and balance There was a risk of breaking. In particular, when jumping or rotating, there is a risk of falling, and stability and safety are difficult. In addition, due to the characteristics of the material, it was easy to be worn out by friction with the flooring, and there was a difficulty in durability.

In addition, artificial leather shoes are also provided, but the artificial leather shoes provided are hard and inferior to the fit and fit on the foot. In particular, the toe portion did not fit into the shoes and caused pain to the wearer, possibly even having a negative effect on performance and practice.

For the purpose of solving such inconveniences of shoes, as disclosed in Patent Document 2, by using natural soft leather that is soft and extensible for the bag body, stability and safety are ensured by appropriate frictional force with the flooring. Proposals have been made to ensure the durability and to improve the durability. However, in this natural cowhide shoe, the rubber strap attachment part is in direct contact with the wearer's back, so the wearer feels uncomfortable or feels painful after wearing for a long time. There was a risk of damaging the skin.

Japanese Patent No. 4643756

As described above, in a shoe in which the bag body is made of knitted fabric such as pile fabric or fiber, there is a risk of slipping and the balance may be lost, and stability and safety are difficult. Moreover, the durability was also difficult. In addition, conventional artificial leather shoes have difficulty in wearing and fitting due to their hardness, which may adversely affect performance and practice.

Furthermore, in the recently proposed shoes in which the bag body is made of soft and extensible natural cowhide, stability and safety are ensured by appropriate frictional force, and in terms of durability. Although there is a possibility of improving performance, there is a risk of exerting an extra load on the wearer due to the uncomfortable feeling or pain caused by the attachment part of the rubber strap, or damaging the skin of the instep, which may affect performance or practice Met. In addition, in this shoe, since the planar shape of the bag body is formed in a substantially elliptical shape, when the bag body wraps the wearer's foot due to the characteristics of the leather used, the thumb side of the foot is Since the pressing force is stronger than the little finger side and the force acts in the direction of the inner crotch, it is necessary to pay extra attention not to become the inner crotch, which is one of the deducted points for rhythmic gymnastics during performance and practice there were. In addition, leather shoes are difficult to wash and difficult to deodorize and dry.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, eliminates the above-mentioned problems, fully utilizes the function due to the softness and extensibility of natural leather, and is excellent in durability, exercise characteristics, holdability and wearing feeling, The purpose of the present invention is to provide jumping shoes that can contribute to high stability and safety in acting, competition, practice, etc., as well as significant hygiene, and a method for manufacturing the jumping shoes.

According to the above configuration, the function can be fully utilized without damaging the function due to the softness and extensibility of natural leather, contributing to the improvement of high stability and safety for performance, competition, practice, etc., and hold performance, High durability can be provided. It also eliminates the discomfort and pain of wearing shoes and damaging the skin of the upper, and it does not cause any additional load on the wearer because there is no force in the direction of the wearer's foot. As a result, it is possible to concentrate on acting, competition and practice. Furthermore, it has a practical effect in terms of hygiene that it is excellent in deodorizing properties and drying properties.

Further, according to the above configuration, the insole portion is attached to the upper portion of the lower surface portion by rubber glue, and is sewn with a V-shaped seam from one end portion side to the other end portion of the lower surface portion. The insole is less likely to be peeled off than conventional insoles attached by heat welding, is resistant to friction and sweat, and the insole is in close contact with the foot and is difficult to slip.

Furthermore, according to the above configuration, since the shoe body is formed by sewing the edges of the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion with a seam allowance of about 2.5 mm, the shoe body softly wraps the wearer's foot and fits the foot, Even if the seam hits the toe, there is no unnecessary pressure, pressure, or pain compared to the conventional case, and a soft feel can be obtained.

Further, according to the above configuration, by using a soft and stretchable material with a thickness of the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion of about 0.4 mm, a shape close to the foot can be formed and an appropriate hold for the foot can be obtained. It can be held and is excellent in wearing feeling and fitting feeling.

Further, according to the above configuration, since the front side of the natural leather is the upper part of the upper surface portion, the upper surface side looks good and is difficult to get dirt, and even if dirt is attached, it can be easily removed. Further, since the back side of the natural leather is the lower part of the lower surface part, some functions as a non-slip and has a practical effect.

Furthermore, according to the said structure, since the tag which has a deodorizing function was provided in the insole part, it can contribute to the bad smell prevention of the shoe body which is hard to wash.

Furthermore, according to the said structure, since this invention is realizable, without preparing an exclusive manufacturing apparatus and installation, it is economical and useful.

According to the present invention, it is possible to make full use of the soft and stretchable functions of natural leather or an equivalent material, which excels in exercise characteristics, holdability and wearing feeling, and practice, performance, competition, etc. in flooring It can contribute to high stability and safety. It also has excellent durability and economic effects. Furthermore, it has excellent deodorizing properties and drying properties, is hygienic, and is easy to use.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

The jumping shoes according to the present embodiment belong to a so-called half-shoe that is worn exclusively during gymnastics such as rhythmic gymnastics in which a toe is covered and a rubber string as an elastic body is fastened on an instep and a heel.

In the jumping shoe, an upper surface portion 110 made of natural leather having a soft and stretchable shoe body 100 and a lower surface portion 120 made of natural leather having a soft and stretchable shape have openings 130 at one end portions 110a and 120a, respectively. Each edge 110b, 120b is formed into a bag shape by sewing together with a seam allowance of 2.5 mm to form. The flat shape of the shoe body 100 is that the half on the thumb side and the half on the little finger side of the shoe body 100 are asymmetrical, and the thumb side is compared to the little finger side so that the shoe body 100 can softly wrap the entire toes. It is greatly formed. Further, the width W110 (see FIG. 5) of the upper surface portion 110 is formed to be larger than the width W120 (see FIG. 6) of the lower surface portion 120 so that W110> W120. The seam allowance is set to 2.5 mm, which is suitable considering as much as possible the reduction in load on the wearer's foot, particularly the toe, due to the seam. However, the seam allowance is not strictly limited to this 2.5 mm, and it is a matter of course that the shoe main body 100 can be manufactured with a slight numerical range.

The upper surface portion 110 and the lower surface portion 120 are made of natural leather with a thickness of about 0.4 mm that is soft and stretchable as natural leather. Since it is suitable in terms of easiness and easiness of sewing, it is the thickness, and is not limited to the thickness as long as it has an equivalent function. Although artificial material having the same function as natural cow leather may be used, natural cow leather is advantageous and practical in terms of cost and softness of seams at the toe portion. Natural pig leather and deer leather may be used, but since natural pig leather is thick, processing to make it thin and soft is necessary. Not suitable. Although natural deer leather is soft, it is easy to tear and has difficulty in durability and is expensive. Therefore, at present, natural cowhide is preferable because it is excellent in durability and inexpensive in terms of cost and has the merit that its performance varies depending on the processing method.

In addition, it is possible to solve the problem of feeling uncomfortable wearing shoes, pain, or hurting the skin of the upper. Also, the half on the thumb side and the half on the little finger side of the shoe body 100 are asymmetrical, and the shoe body 100 is formed larger on the thumb side than the little finger side so that the entire foot finger is wrapped softly. Since no force is generated in the direction of the inner crotch on the wearer's foot as shown in FIG. 5, there is no additional load on the wearer, and in addition, a V-shaped seam 150 is provided on the lower surface portion 120. The attachment power of the insole portion 140 to the lower surface portion 120 is remarkably improved, and as a result, it is possible to concentrate on acting, competition, practice and the like. Moreover, since the cover 160 is designed, the aesthetic appearance is improved and shoes with various industrial designs can be provided. In addition, since the insole portion 140 attached to the lower surface portion 120 absorbs moisture such as odor and sweat, it has a hygienic practical effect of being excellent in deodorizing properties and drying properties. . Moreover, the lower surface side of the shoe body 100 has a double structure with the insole portion 140 and is resistant to the effects of friction, sweat, etc., and is less likely to peel off than conventional insoles attached by thermal welding. The floor is in close contact with the foot and is difficult to slip. In addition, by using a soft and stretchable material with a thickness of about 0.4 mm, it is possible to make a shape close to the foot, hold an appropriate hold on the foot, and is excellent in wearing feeling and fitting feeling. is there. Even if the seam hits the toe, there is no unnecessary pressure and pressure as compared with conventional ones due to the characteristics of natural cowhide, and a soft feel can be obtained. And since the front side of the natural leather is the upper part of the upper surface part 110, the upper side of the upper surface part 110 looks good and does not easily get dirt, and even if dirt is attached, it can be easily removed. Moreover, since the back side of the natural leather is made to be the lower part of the lower surface part 120, it functions as an anti-slip and has a practical effect. Further, since the rubber string 180 is attached to the upper side of the lower surface part 120 by gathering so as to be positioned inside the opening 130 and the cover 160 is attached to the opening 130 by gathering, the wearer's Appropriate frictional force is generated on the soles and ankles, and the shoe main body 100 can be prevented from being inadvertently removed during the gymnastic performance. Such an effect is economical and useful because a jumping shoe can be realized without preparing a dedicated manufacturing apparatus or equipment.

In the above embodiment, the rubber cord 180 is sewn inside the opening 130 of the lower surface portion 120. However, as shown in the modified example of FIG. You may comprise so that it may sew on the outer side of the opening part 130 via the seams 182,184,186,188. By comprising in this way, the rubber string 180 does not touch the back side of the foot more, and the load can be further reduced.

The jumping shoe manufacturing method is not limited to the order of the steps shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 described above, and the tag 190 may be provided after the insole portion 140 is attached to the lower surface portion 120. Further, the cover 160 may be attached to the rubber cord 170 after the rubber cords 170 and 180 are sewn to the opening 130 by gathering, and can be appropriately changed. It goes without saying that the present invention can be variously modified without departing from the gist thereof.
