Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Drehgestell gemäß dem Oberbegriffs des ersten Anspruchs.The invention relates to a bogie according to the preamble of the first claim.
Bei einem bekannten Drehgestell (GB-A-1 148 003), das für ein Schienenfahrzeug vorgesehen ist, befindet sich zwischen der Achse eines Schienenrades und dem zugehörigen Drehgestell ein hydropneumatisches Federelement, das aus einem Zylinder und einem darin dicht geführten verschiebbaren Kolben besteht. Innerhalb des Federelements befindet sich ein geschlossener Gasraum, während der übrige Teil des Volumens mit Flüssigkeit gefüllt ist. Um dabei den Abstand zwischen der Achse und dem Drehgestell konstant halten zu können, sitzt die Achse an einem zweiarmigen Wiegehebel, auf dessen einen Arm das Federelement und auf dessen anderem Arm eine hydraulische Stützeinrichtung einwirkt. Die hydraulische Stützeinrichtung, wie das Flüssigkeitsvolumen des Federelements, ist an eine hydraulische Steuereinrichtung angeschlossen, welche eine eigene Pumpe und eine Vielzahl von Steuerelementen aufweist. Von Nachteil ist hierbei der erhebliche mechanische und hydropneumatische Aufwand, wobei die Steuerung auf gleichen Abstand zwischen Radachse und Drehgestell keine Erhöhung der Entgleisungssicherheit bringt.In a known bogie (GB-A-1 148 003), which is intended for a rail vehicle, there is a hydropneumatic spring element between the axis of a rail wheel and the associated bogie, which spring element consists of a cylinder and a displaceable piston sealed therein. Bei einem Aufbau eines Drehgestells gemäß der Erfindung wird die angestrebte Dreipunktlagerung durch die gleichzeitige Anwendung von separaten Federelementen und von zusammengeschalteten Federelementen erreicht, wodurch die Entgleisungssicherheit erhöht wird, da keine Unterschiede mehr in den Radaufstandskräften an dem (theoretisch) mittig gelagerten Radpaar auftreten können. Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, wenn ein gemeinsamer Gasspeicher für die beiden zusammengeschalteten Federelemente an die Verbindungsleitung angeschlossen ist. Auch ist es zweckmäßig, die zusammengeschalteten Federelemente mit einer Dämpfung in Form einer Drossel am Übergang zur angeschlossenen Leitung zu versehen, während die separaten Federelemente mit einer Dämpfung in Form einer Drossel unmittelbar am Kolben versehen sein können. Das Gasvolumen kann in den Federelementen angeordnet sein, oder es sind an den Federelementen Gasspeicher als externe Elemente angeschlossen, wobei in den Gasspeichern ein Teil des Flüssigkeitsvolumens und das Gasvolumen angeordnet ist. Es sind hier die Federelemente 1, 3 eines Drehgestells gezeigt, wobei die oberen Federelemente 1 an einer Drehgestellseite (längs) und die unteren Federelemente 3 an der anderen Drehgestellseite angeordnet sind. Alle Federelemente 1, 3 bestehen aus einem Zylinder 2 und einem darin geführten Kolben 8 und wirken auf hydropneumatischer Basis. Während die oberen Federelemente 1 über eine Verbindungsleitung 15 miteinander verbunden sind und an diese Verbindungsleitung 15 ein gemeinsamer Gasspeicher 12 angeschlossen ist, ist der Gasspeicher 11 bei den unteren, separat angeordneten Federelementen 3 in diesen integriert. Entsprechend sind die Dämpfungsventile 9, 10 unterschiedlich, nämlich bei den verbundenen Federelementen 1 an dem Übergang zur Verbindungsleitung und bei den separaten Federelementen 3 am Kolben angeordnet. Die separaten Federelemente 3 weisen eine Gas- und Ölbefüllung 5 auf, während bei den verbundenen Federelementen 1 getrennte Gas- und Ölbefüllungen 6, 7 vorhanden sind. - A bogie for railway vehicles having a primary suspension associated with the wheels, and hydropneumatic spring elements (1, 3) comprising a cylinder (2) and a piston (8) with associated liquid and gas volumes, wherein at least a part (13) of the liquid volume is disposed in the spring elements (1, 3), characterized in that at least two axles for wheel sets or loose wheel pairs are provided, and in that on the one hand both spring elements (1) of a wheelset or loose wheel pair, or the spring elements (1) of one side of the bogie, are interconnected by way of a line (15), and on the other hand the remaining spring elements (3) are separate.
- A bogie according to claim 1, characterized in that the interconnected spring elements (1) are provided with damping in the form of a throttle (9) at the transition to the connected line (15).
- A bogie according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the separate spring elements (3) are provided with damping in the form of a throttle (10) on the piston (8).
- A bogie according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the gas volume (11) is disposed in the separate spring elements (3).
- A bogie according to claim 1 or one of the following, characterized in that gas reservoirs (12) are connected as external elements to the interconnected spring elements (1), wherein a part (14) of the fluid volume and the gas volume are disposed in the gas reservoirs (12).
- A bogie according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a common gas reservoir (12) for both interconnected spring elements (1) is connected to the connecting line (15).
- A bogie according to claim 1 or one of the following, characterized in that the separate spring elements (3) have a gas and oil inlet (5).
- A bogie according to claim 1 or one of the following, characterized in that the interconnected spring elements (1) have separate gas and oil inlets (6, 7).
