Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zum Ausführen eines Reliefmotivs gemäß einer vorgegebenen Zeichnung auf einem Gewebe (10), das Kammbärte (11) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte Verfahren darin besteht, diejenigen (13) unter den besagten Kammbärten zu pressen,die sich auf der besagten Zeichnung befinden, dies mit Hilfe von mindestens einem Preßmittel (14, 15, 16), wobei das besagte Preßmittel mindestens einen Teil des besagten Motivs darstellt.
  2. Verfahren gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das besagte Preßmittel aus einem anstoßenden, genähten Faden (14) besteht.
  3. Verfahren gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das besagte Preßmittel aus einem genähten Bortenelement (15) besteht.
  4. Vorrichtung für die Anwendung des Verfahrens entsprechend eines beliebigen Patentanspruchs von 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die besagte Vorrichtung beinhaltet:
    - zwei ortsfeste, parallele Seitenschienen (101, 102), die jeweils mindestens zwei Längsnuten (111, 121, 112, 122) aufweisen , die sogenannten Schienenträgernuten,
    - mindestens ein Paar bestehend aus zwei parallelen, anstoßenden Querschienen (201, 202), die sich gemeinsam bewegen und deren Enden (211, 212) in den entsprechenden Schienenträgernuten (111, 121) unter der Wirkung von ersten Antriebsmitteln gleiten können, wobei die besagten Querschienen (201, 202) durch einen Steg (210) getrennt sind, der mindestens gleich der Dicke des besagten Gewebes (10) ist, und jeweils eine Werkzeugträgerlängsnut (221, 222) aufweisen,
    - mindestens einen Nähkopf (310), der mindestens eine Nadel aufnimmt, und eine Spule (320), die mit dem Nähkopf zusammenwirkt, wobei sich der Nähkopf (310) und die Spule (320) gemeinsam bewegen und unter der Wirkung von zweiten Antriebsmitteln in einer entsprechenden Werkzeugträgernut gleiten können,
    - Steuermittel (400) zur Steuerung der besagten ersten und zweiten Antriebsmittel, so daß der Nähkopf (310) und die Spule (320) das besagte Preßmittel durch Nachziehen der Zeichnung des besagten Motivs bilden.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß mindestens eine Werkzeugträgerschiene Antriebsmittel (601, 602) des besagten Gewebes beinhaltet.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß eines der Patentansprüche 4 und 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die besagten ortsfesten Seitenschienen (101, 102) jeweils an der Höhe des Stegs eine dritte Zwischenlängsnut (131, 132) aufweisen, die sich zwischen den beiden Schienenträgerlängsuten (111, 121, 112, 122) befindet.
  7. Vorrichtung für die Anwendung des Verfahrens gemäß eines beliebigen Patentanspruchs von 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die besagte Vorrichtung beinhaltet:
    - mindestens ein Paar bestehend aus zwei parallelen, anstoßenden Querschienen, die durch einen Steg (210) getrennt sind, der mindestens gleich der Dicke des besagten Gewebes (10) ist, und jeweils eine Werkzeugträgerlängsnut (221, 222) aufweisen,
    - mindestens einen Nähkopf (310), der mindestens eine Nadel aufnimmt, und eine Spule (320), die mit dem Nähkopf zusammenwirkt, wobei sich der Nähkopf (310) und die Spule (320) gemeinsam bewegen und unter der Wirkung von Antriebsmitteln in einer entsprechenden Werkzeugträgernut gleiten können,
    - Mittel zum Abspulen des Gewebes (10) über den Steg (210),
    - Steuermittel zur Steuerung der besagten Abspul- und Antriebsmittel, so daß der Nähkopf (310) und die Spule (320) das besagte Preßmittel beim Abspulen des Gewebes (10) bilden.
  8. Vorrichtung für die Anwendung des Verfahrens gemäß eines beliebigen Patentanspruchs von 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die besagte Vorrichtung beinhaltet:
    - einen ersten Rahmen (401), der eine erste Armatur (411) beinhaltet, die mit ersten Rollmitteln (421) auf dem besagten Gewebe (10) an der Seite der Kammbärte und einem ersten Hebel (431) ausgestattet ist, der mit der besagten ersten Armatur fest verbunden ist und in der sich ein Nähkopf (310) befindet, der mindestens eine Nadel aufnimmt,
    - einen zweiten Rahmen (402), der eine zweite Armatur (412) beinhaltet, die mit zweiten Rollmitteln (422) auf dem besagten Gewebe (10) an der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Kammbärte und einem zweiten Hebel (432) ausgestattet ist, der mit der besagten zweiten Armatur (412) fest verbunden ist, und in der sich eine Spule (320) befindet, die mit dem Nähkopf (310) zusammenwirkt,
    - Mittel zur Verbindung, damit die gemeinsame Bewegung der besagten ersten (401) und zweiten (402) Rahmen möglich gemacht wird,
    - Antriebsmittel (442) des zweiten Rahmens (402) und Fernbedienungsmittel zur Fernsteuerung, so daß der Nähkopf (310) und die Spule (320) das Preßmittel beim Nachziehen der Zeichnung des besagten Motivs bilden.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 8, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die besagten Verbindungsmittel magnetische Mittel sind.
