Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine durch zwei Haftverschlußteile gebildete Haftverbindung und betrifft zunächst einen ersten Haftverschlußteil für diese Haftverbindung, der auf einer aktiven Seite eines folienförmigen Trägers mit einer Vielzahl von aus dem Träger vorstehenden Verhakungsmitteln versehen ist, die an den freien Enden von biegsamen Stoppeln Verdickungen aufweisen und sich beim Andrücken an die aktive Seite eines zweiten Haftverschlußteils mit an diesem vorgesehenen gleichartigen Verhakungsmitteln verhaken.The invention relates to an adhesive connection formed by two adhesive fastener parts and initially relates to a first adhesive fastener part for this adhesive connection, which is provided on an active side of a film-shaped carrier with a plurality of hooking means protruding from the carrier and thickening at the free ends of flexible stubble have and when pressed against the active side of a second adhesive fastener part with the same hooking means provided thereon.
Durch die europäische Patentschrift 37 652 ist eine Haftverbindung dieser Art bekannt, bei der die Stoppeln auf jedem Haftverschlußteil in jeder Richtung in im wesentlichen gleichen Abständen voneinander angeordnet sind und in jeder Richtung die Anzahl der auf einem Haftverschlußteil pro Längeneinheit vorhandenen Stoppeln sich von der Anzahl der auf dem anderen Haftverschlußteil pro Längeneinheit vorhandenen Stoppeln unterscheidet und kein ganzteiliges Vielfaches dieser Anzahl beim anderen Haftverschlußteil bildet. Dadurch soll erreicht werden, daß beim Einwirken von zum folienförmigen Träger parallelen Scherkräften auf die Haftverbindung die beiden Haftverschlußteile sich nicht gegeneinander verschieben können. Diese Aufgabe ist gemäß der Erfindung durch die Kombination der folgenden Merkmale gelöst:
- a) Die Verhakungsmittel sind nach einem Rapport angeordnet, der sich in zwei zueinander senkrechten Richtungen beliebig oft wiederholt.
- b) Jedem Rapport liegt ein Raster zugrunde, das von zwei einer ersten Richtung und von vier einer zweiten Richtung parallelen Rastergeraden gebildet ist, die sich in 2 × 4 = 8 Kreuzungspunkten schneiden und dadurch an jedem Kreuzungspunkt vier Winkel bilden.
- c) An jedem Kreuzungspunkt ist nur ein Verhakungsmittel so angeordnet, daß die Stoppeln neben jeder der ersten und zweiten Rastergeraden abwechselnd an verschiedenen Seiten der Rastergeraden liegen.
- d) Die Abstände der Rastergeraden voneinander sind gleich groß und jeder Abstand ist kleiner als die Summe der in Richtung dieses Abstandes gemessenen doppelten Dicke einer Stoppel des ersten Haftverschlußteiles und einer Verdickung des zweiten Haftverschlußteiles.

Da bei dem zweiten Haftverschlußteil auf einer dem Rapport nach Fig. 1 entsprechenden Flächeneinheit in der ersten Richtung statt zwei doppelt so viele, also vier Rastergeraden und in der zweiten Richtung statt vier doppelt so viele, also acht Rastergeraden angeordnet sind, ergeben sich für die gleiche Flächeneinheit 32 Kreuzungspunkte, von denen nur die Hälfte mit Verhakungsmitteln besetzt sind, so daß der Anzahl von acht Verhakungsmitteln auf dem ersten Verschlußteil, sechzehn Verhakungsmittel auf dem zweiten Verschlußteil zugeordnet sind. Das hat zur Folge, daß jede Verdickung des zweiten Haftverschlußteiles bei einem Versuch, sie in jeweils einer Richtung parallel zu den beiden einander senkrechten Rastergeraden zu bewegen, an die Stoppeln des ersten Verschlußteiles anstößt, wobei diese Richtungen, in denen die Stoppeln des ersten Verschlußteiles Anschläge für die Verdickung des zweiten Haftverschlußteils bilden, bei jeder Verdickung des zweiten Haftverschlußteiles verschieden sind. Die beiden Haftverschlußteile sind dadurch gegen Bewegungen parallel zu dem Träger gesichert. Es kommt also im wesentlichen darauf an, daß die Abstände der Rastergeraden des ersten Verschlußteils voneinander kleiner sind als die Summe der in Richtung dieser Abstände gemessenen doppelten Dicke einer Stoppel des ersten Haftverschlußteils und einer Verdickung des zweiten Haftverschlußteiles.If the two adhesive fastener parts are pressed against one another with their active sides, then the hooking means 21 of the second locking part press between the hooking means 11 of the first locking part. Aus diesem Grunde sollte der Abstand der Rastergeraden 15 und 16 des ersten Haftverschlußteiles voneinander mindestens so groß sein, wie die Summe der in Richtung dieser Abstände gemessenen Dicke einer Stoppel 13 des ersten Haftverschlußteiles und einer Verdickung 21 des zweiten Haftverschlußteiles.
