Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for squeezing liquid from the liquid-containing substances, in particular for juicing fruit mash, with an endless screen press belt, which in the device of press rolls and deflecting rolls, which are provided between the press rolls mounted in a frame of the device, guided like a serpentine is, the substance can be applied to the side of the screen press belt facing the press rolls, and the ends of the deflecting rolls are mounted on supports which in turn are pivotally mounted in the device.
  • Devices for squeezing liquids out of substances are known in which the substance, e.g. Fruit mash is passed between sieve press belts over drainage drums, the sieve press belts wrapping around the drainage drums over part of their circumference.
  • Such devices are known for example from AT-B-363 872 (or EP-B-0 013 549).
  • a device with the features of the preamble of independent claim 1 is known from JP-A-59 185 598.
  • a fruit juicer is known in which the fruit to be juiced is received between two sieve belts.
  • the sieve belts are guided like a serpentine between press rolls and deflection rolls.
  • the deflection rollers are mounted on handlebars that are loaded by pneumatic cylinders in order to adjust the pressure between the sieve belts to the desired value.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a device of the type mentioned, with which an efficient juicing of fruit mash and generally an efficient squeezing of liquid from liquid-containing substances is possible even when using a single, endlessly rotating screen press belt.
  • this object is achieved in that the pivot axis of the carrier of at least one deflecting roller is offset from the axis of this deflecting roller in such a way that under the action of the tension in the screen press belt, which is generated by a belt tensioning device, there is a moment acting on the deflecting roller, that this presses against the press roll arranged in front of it in relation to the running direction of the screen press belt.
  • the pressing force of the deflection roller on the adjacent press roller in particular at the end of the wrapping of the press roller by the screen press belt, can be adjusted to the desired additional pressure on the substance to be pressed (fruit mash) will.
  • the resultant of the forces exerted by the screen press belt on the deflection roller either goes through the pivot axis of the carrier (neutral position) or the resultant is at a distance from the pivot axis, so that a the deflecting roller against the adjacent press roller oppressive moment results.
  • the axes of the press rolls and the deflecting rolls are aligned horizontally and arranged essentially in one plane.
  • a device according to the invention has proven itself in practice, in which it is provided that the press rolls have a decreasing diameter in the running direction of the screen press belt.
  • a preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention is that the carrier of the deflecting roller is mounted on bearings which are adjustable in the frame.
  • the contact pressure i.e. the pressure with which the at least one deflecting roller under the action of the tension of the screen press belt on the screen press belt is applied to the press roll assigned to it is adjusted to the respectively desired value by changing the position of the bearings and thereby the position of the resultants mentioned above Pivot axis of the carrier of the deflection roller is selected accordingly.
  • the adjustment of the carrier for the deflecting roller and thus the selection of the contact pressure of the same with the press roller assigned to it is particularly simple if, according to a proposal of the invention, it is provided that the carriers of the deflecting roller are mounted on bearing carriers which are essentially at perpendicular to the axes of the press rolls extending parts of the frame of the device can be clamped.
  • the carriers have, for example, one leg which projects vertically from them and on which the deflecting roller is mounted.
  • the deflecting roller is additionally loaded under the action of the tension of the screen press belt on the press roller and thus increases the contact pressure of the screen press belt on the press roller, which is arranged on the side which the axis of the carrier from that going through the pivot axis of the carrier Level is adjacent. It is preferred that the carrier of the deflecting roller lie in a plane in which the pivot axis of the carrier is also, and that the axis of the deflecting roller is arranged on the side of this plane which is adjacent to the press roller, which is related to the running direction of the screen press belt is arranged in front of this deflecting roller.
  • the belt filter press has a frame 1, in which a mash container 2 with mash feed is mounted at the top.
  • Press frames 3, 3 ', 3''and3''' are mounted in the frame 1 around horizontally aligned axes of rotation which are essentially in a horizontal plane in the exemplary embodiment shown.
  • the press rolls 3, 3 ', 3''and3'' are in Bearing supports 20 are mounted, which are fastened to a substantially horizontally extending main support 21 of the frame 1.
  • a drive roller 5 for a screen press belt 22 is provided on the far left in FIG. 1. This drive roller 5 is driven by a motor, not shown.
  • the screen press belt 22 is guided in a serpentine manner between the press rolls 3 and the deflection rolls 4.
  • a band sensor 6, which detects the lateral alignment of the screen press belt 22, is assigned to the run back of the screen press belt 22 below the press rolls 3 and deflection rolls 4. Furthermore, this strand of the screen press belt 22 is assigned a belt straightening roller 7, which is adjustably mounted in the frame 1 perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in FIG. 1.
  • adjustment devices designed as pneumatically actuatable actuators are provided for adjusting the strip straightening roller.
  • the screen press belt 22 runs back to the mashing task 2 around a belt tensioning device, which is also actuated by pneumatic bellows 8.
  • Each press roller 3 is also assigned a stripping device 9, which is assigned to the section moving upward - the screen press belt 22 runs counterclockwise in FIG. 1 (arrow 34).
  • the stripping device 9 brushes on the press rolls 3 any adhesive, dewatered or juiced substance, e.g. Fruit mash, from the press rolls 3 and brings the material back to the rotating screen press belt 22.
  • the liquid squeezed out of the substance to be dewatered, in the case of fruit mash, the fruit juice, is collected by guide devices and supplied to juice collecting trays 11.
  • the deflection rollers 4 are mounted on supports 30 so as to be rotatable about axes 31.
  • the supports 30 are on horizontal main supports 21 of the frame 1 of the pressing device, perpendicular to the axes 31, about horizontal, i.e. to the axes 31 of the guide roller 4 parallel axes 32 pivotally mounted in bearing supports 33.
  • the axis 31 of the deflecting roller 4 is offset from the plane 35 passing through the axis 32 of the carrier 30 and is arranged so offset that the axis 31 is arranged on the side relative to the plane 35 which passes through the pivot axis 32 of the carrier 30 which, based on the running direction of the screen press belt 22 (arrow 34 in FIG. 2), faces the press roll 3 arranged in front of the deflecting roll 4.
  • the bearing brackets 33 of the brackets 30 carrying the deflection roller 4 are clamped to the horizontally running main brackets 21 of the frame 1 of the device by means of tensioning screws 36. So it is possible to change the position of the carrier 30, which carry the deflection roller 4, between adjacent press rollers 3 and thus also the size of the moment and thus the contact pressure with which the deflection roller 4 on the screen press belt 22 on the press roller arranged in front of it 3 should be pressed to set the desired dimension. A position is also possible in which the Deflection roller 4 does not press on either of the two press rollers 3 adjacent to it.
  • the deflecting roller 4 is between the press rollers 3 and 3 'or its supports 30, more precisely their bearing supports 33, are set on part 21 of the frame 1 in such a way that the deflecting roller 4 is referred to the tape running direction (arrow 34 in Fig. 2) - press roller lying in front of it - exerts less pressure than the deflection roller 4 'between the press rollers 3' and 3 ''.
  • the pressure with which the endless screen press belt 22 is passed to the press rollers 3 in the region of the end of the wrapping of the press rollers 3 the screen press belt 22 can be adjusted to the desired value, for example depending on the properties of the substance from which liquid is to be squeezed.
  • the invention can be represented in one exemplary embodiment as follows:
  • an endless screen press belt 22 is guided in a serpentine manner between press rolls 3 and deflection rolls 4 arranged between press rolls 3.
  • the deflecting rollers 4 are mounted on supports 30 and bearing supports 33 in frame 1 of the device so as to be pivotable about pivot axes 32.
  • the bearing supports 33 of the supports 30 for the deflecting rollers 4 are adjustable, so that the distance of the resultant from the screen press belt 22 onto the deflecting roller 4 forces applied to the pivot axis 32 of the carrier 30 can be changed.
  • the magnitude of the moment by which the deflecting roller 4 is pressed onto one or the other of the adjacent press rollers 3 can be adjusted to the most favorable value in order to adjust the contact pressure between the screen press belt 22 and the press roller 3 at the end of a wrapping area between Screen press belt 22 and press roll 3 to increase.
