Definitions

  • the invention relates to a bearing block of a swimming pool cover system according to claim 1.
  • swimming pool cover systems are known in various forms and are attached to the floor, a wall or a ceiling. Such systems generally have a winding shaft mounted between two pedestals, which is used for winding and unwinding a swimming pool cover. The pool cover is rolled up when the pool is in operation and unwound when the pool is not in use. Due to the different sizes of the swimming pools, both in terms of width and length, there are always changing sizes of the pool cover wound on the winding shaft, both in terms of their length and their diameter. This requires bearing blocks or bearing blocks of very different sizes, which are aimed at the largest possible formation of the winding. In the first case, numerous custom-made bearing blocks are required, which makes production and storage difficult and expensive. In the second case, production and warehousing are simplified, but a large pedestal must be used even for the smallest pool cover systems.
  • Another problem is that the alignment of the bearing blocks is difficult with the generally uneven surface.
  • such pedestals cannot be adjusted, so that such pedestals can practically not be adapted to changed foundation conditions.
  • the object of the invention is to eliminate the above difficulties. This is achieved through: a bearing block of a swimming pool cover system according to claim 1.
  • the bracket is described below for the sake of simplicity in the upright position, although it is also possible to arrange it lying on a wall or hanging on a deck.
  • the pedestal can consist of the base element.
  • Add-on elements of various types can be attached to such a base element in order to adapt the bearing block to the respective requirements, for example in relation to the required size (cover length), the use (for example as a bench), the shape (for example round or angular). to adjust the placement (on the floor, on the wall or on the ceiling) and the like.
  • the bearing block or the individual elements can consist of the same or different materials, such as metal, plastic or the like.
  • the base element made of metal in the form of an injection molded part and the add-on elements made of plastic can also be designed in the form of an injection molded part. All elements are preferably made of plastic.
  • the base element has at least two bores lying one above the other in the central plane, which can be used on the winding shaft in accordance with the diameter of the winding.
  • the base element can be enlarged as desired by designing the pedestal according to claim 3.
  • the base element can be used as a bench.
  • a further development of the bearing block according to claim 5 is particularly advantageous since the sealing webs prevent water from reaching the front of the bearing block. Otherwise, water reaching the front of the pedestal could lead to damage and malfunctions in the storage and, in particular, in the electrical drive of the system.
  • tooth profile and the corresponding counter profile there are various possibilities for the formation of the tooth profile and the corresponding counter profile.
  • An embodiment according to claim 6 is particularly advantageous since it provides the most stable connection between the base part and the attachment part.
  • An embodiment according to claim 7 is also possible, in particular if the attachment is slats attached to the bearing block can be scheduled.
  • the attachment of slats advantageously also serves as an assembly aid when setting up and aligning the bearing blocks.
  • a further development according to claim 8 is also advantageous, whereby the bearing block can be closed by means of a cover hood.
  • the bearing block defined in claim 9 enables the bearing block and thus a swimming pool cover system to be adjusted and adjusted at any time, for example after floor or building subsidence, and thus serves to simplify installation and to compensate for uneven floors.
  • FIG. 1 shows a swimming pool cover system 2 in floor mounting on a swimming pool 4.
  • the system comprises two bearing blocks 6 which are vertically erected at the edges of the swimming pool, only the right one being shown, in which a winding shaft 8 is mounted.
  • the winding shaft 8 is used for winding and unwinding the swimming pool cover 10.
  • slats 16 are fastened and form a housing around the winding from the swimming pool cover 10 on the winding shaft 8.
  • the housing can also be used as a bench seat be used.
  • FIGS. 20 to 23 show such a bearing block 6 of the system according to Figure 1.
  • the bearing block has a base element B1, on the vertical end faces 18 toothed profiles 20 are arranged in the form of a dovetail-shaped groove.
  • the upper end face 22 is semicircularly curved and also contains a tooth profile 20, which is designed as a dovetail-shaped groove.
  • the base element is supported at the bottom on a base 24, which is shown in more detail in FIGS. 20 to 23.
  • the base element B1 contains in its central plane 26 two bores 28 1 , 28 2 lying one above the other for receiving the winding shaft 8.
  • a drive device 32 is indicated by dash-dotted lines.
  • the base element B1 contains a circumferential sealing web 34 on the end faces 18 and 22.
  • An extension element E1 is attached to the base element B1, which is divided along the central plane 26 into two parts E1a, E1b.
  • the extension element contains counter profiles 36 which engage in the tooth profile 20 of the base element. The connection is made by pushing it sideways in the direction perpendicular to the image plane of FIG. 2, ie in the axial direction the winding shaft 8.
  • the extension element E1 is applied to the sealing web 34.
  • the extension element E1 in turn contains, along the end faces 38, 40, toothed profiles 42 in the form of webs, on which in turn add-on elements in the form of slats L of the type shown in FIG. 4 are attached.
  • the slats L contain counter profiles 44 in the form of profiled grooves which interact with the tooth profile 42.
  • the bearing block 6 is provided with a cover 46.
  • the toothing profiles 42, 44 can be designed to be pushed together laterally or like a push button.
  • FIGS. 6 to 9 show a further bearing block 48 which is supported on a base 52 via a base 50 of the type shown in FIGS. 20 to 23.
  • the base element B2 contains three bores 54 1-3 arranged one above the other, which in turn lie in the vertical central plane 26.
  • the rectangular base element B2 has two vertical end faces 56 and a horizontal upper end face 58, each of which is provided with toothed profiles 60 which consist of profile webs which run in the direction of the winding shaft.
  • An extension element E2 is attached to the base element B2, which in turn is divided along the central plane 26 into the parts E2a, E2b.
  • the extension element contains counter profiles 62 on the inside, which interact with the tooth profiles 60 of the base element B2.
  • the extension element E2 is in turn provided with toothing profiles 64, on which in turn mounting profiles in the form of slats L are attached via a counter profile 68 of the type shown in FIG.
  • a cover 66 serves to cover the bearing block.
  • the bearing block shown in Figures 6 to 9 can in turn be provided with a sealing web, not shown, which on the one hand on the end faces 56, 58 of the base element B2 and on the other hand on the outer circumference of the extension element E2 in a manner not shown, but analogously to the example in FIG Figures 2 and 3 can be arranged.
  • FIGS. 2 to 5 show different basic elements and extension elements as well as combinations thereof.
  • the base element B1 of FIG. 10 can be combined with an extension element E3 from the parts E3a and E3b according to FIG. 11 to form the bearing block of FIG. 12.
