Description

The invention relates to a holder with at least one resilient, in particular band, plate or web-shaped section, with which flat material laid on the floor, e.g. Parquet boards, boards, laminate flooring or the like., Pressed at a distance from a wall or held at a distance from this or pressed against each other.

Such a holder is known from GB-PS 376.352.

When laying parts of flat materials for floors, the problem arises that joints caused by movements or by expansion and contraction of the floor must be covered by a cover strip, it being always difficult to fix this cover strip in such a way that it and takes part in the shrinking process without creating gaps to the wall. Elongation and shrinkage processes mainly occur due to the different air humidity in summer and the heating period in winter. The aim of the invention is therefore to combine the attachment of the end or chair bar with the laying of the floor and to create a simple and quick way to attach chair bars in close contact with the laid floor and wall and a possibility of movement for to ensure the floor in contact with chair slats, while the installed material remains spring-loaded.

This object is achieved in a holder according to the invention in that the resilient section is carried by a wall part, in particular a flat, plate-shaped or web-shaped back part, which back part has at least one clamping part for holding or snapping one in contact with the wall and / or the surface of the flat material standing end strip carries. The installed floor remains in contact with the end strip during its movement, the laying becomes faster because the end strips are easy to assemble, and the holder is structurally simple to manufacture and use. The end strip is pressed resiliently against the wall and against the installed material by the clamping part, but allows movement of the installed material against the spring action without further ado, while the position of the clamping part remains invariant on the holder.

A simple embodiment of the holder results from the fact that at least one resilient section extending down to the bottom area extends or is bent down from the back part, in particular from its upper area. Alternatively, a sufficient spring action can also be used can be achieved in order to keep the sheet material at a distance from the wall if it is provided that at least one resilient section extends from the back part to the side or is bent to the side substantially parallel to the floor, which section is curved in the direction of the laid material and to which section a possibly flat end region connects for support on the wall.

A stable arrangement of the holder according to the invention is achieved if at least one, preferably elongated, in particular web-like or plate-shaped, leg extends in the lower end region of the back part, which leg is to be arranged below the material to be laid. The stability of the holder and its resilient effect is increased according to the invention in that a bend adjoins the resilient section in connection with its abutment area on the side faces of the material to be installed, said bend running essentially parallel to the floor or to the leg and below the material to be laid.

The end strip to be fastened to the holder is particularly characterized in that the end strip to be fastened with the clamping part has a longitudinal groove in its rear wall, the cross section of which increases with increasing depth to a maximum value, the distance between the two outer edges of the groove being less than the greatest cross-sectional thickness of the clamping part. A favorable connection between the clamping part and the end strip is achieved if the clamping part has at least two mutually resilient clamping or compressible clamping surfaces that can be placed on the sloping side surfaces of the groove, or that the clamping part has diamond-shaped, square, round or. Like., Made by bending or edging cross-section and optionally formed by a attached to the back part or one-piece outgoing metal band or by an elastically deformable clamping head attached to the back part made of plastic material or the like, or that the clamping part a projecting from the back part forward Web with a downward extension includes, and that the end of the extension is pressed against the lower side surface of the groove, possibly with simultaneous deflection or tensioning of the web due to the abutment of the upper edge of the groove against the web. Ultimately, an end strip according to the invention is characterized in that it has a number of lengthways for fastening with a holder on its rear side has extending grooves or a continuous longitudinal groove, which groove or grooves to expand or expand inwards, and that the lower side surface of the end strip is optionally beveled, preferably at an angle of 5 ° to 30 °, in particular from 10 ° to 20 °, to the surface of the end strip is inclined towards the groove.

At the bottom of the room 3 is at best on an insulating base 6 flat, made of individual flooring material 4, such as Parquet boards, laminate floor boards or the like, placed on top, which is optionally provided with an upper wear layer 5. In order to press this material against one another or away from the wall 2, the resilient section 7 is used. When the material 4 is laid, it is laid so close to the wall 2 that the resilient section 7 exerts a corresponding pressure on the material 4 . In the upper area, the back part 1 also carries a clamping part 8, with which a chair bar or a cover bar 14 can be held firmly or resiliently by pushing it on.

2 shows an advantageous embodiment of the multi-purpose holder according to the invention; from the back part 1 there is an elongated web or plate-shaped leg 9 which is laid below the flat material 4 and thereby offers the multi-purpose holder stable hold against lateral tilting. The leg 9 and the back part 1 essentially form a right angle.
3 shows a further embodiment of a multi-purpose holder according to the invention, in which a further bend 10 adjoins the resilient section 7 below its contact area 25 and the material 4 to be installed, said bend being substantially parallel to the floor 3 or to the leg 9. In this way, the resilient section 7 is also guided to a certain extent or avoidance is avoided. The spring action of the resilient section 7 or its length or the angle of the bend 10 are dimensioned such that no lifting of the flat material 4 occurs when the bend 10 is supported.

Fig.4 zeigt eine Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Mehrzweckhalters, bei dem an den Klemmteil 8 nach oben zu eine Wandabstützfläche 11 anschließt; diese Wandabstützfläche 11 erstreckt sich im wesentlichen in derselben Ebene wie der Rückenteil 1 und hat den Zweck, den Klemmteil 8 nach seiner Einführung in eine Nut 15 der Abschlußleiste 14 in einer definierten Lage zu halten bzw. einem Verbiegen des Klemmteiles 8 nach oben entgegenzuwirken.4 shows an embodiment of a multipurpose holder according to the invention, in which a wall support surface 11 is connected to the clamping part 8 upwards; this wall support surface 11 extends substantially in the same plane as the back part 1 and has the purpose of holding the clamping part 8 after its insertion into a groove 15 of the end strip 14 in a defined position or to counteract a bending of the clamping part 8 upwards.

Fig.5 zeigt eine Ausführungsform ähnlich Fig.1 mit einem Klemmteil 8 in Form eines Klemmkopfes, der am Rückenteil 1 angebracht ist.5 shows an embodiment similar to FIG. 1 with a clamping part 8 in the form of a clamping head which is attached to the back part 1.

It should be noted that the clamping parts can have a wide variety of shapes; the clamping parts can be formed in one piece with the back part 1 and / or with the resilient section 7. Essentially, the clamping parts, as e.g. 1, 2, 4, 4, 6, 6, 7, 8, 14, 16 and 18, corresponding to elastic or resilient behavior, in order to be inserted into a groove 15 of an end strip 14, as is e.g. is shown in Fig. 11. For this reason, the clamping part 8 either has an elastically bendable shaft 20, e.g. 7 and 8, or an elastically deformable clamping head (right in Fig. 14), which can be inserted into the groove 15, which widens inwards, or a clamping part with spring surfaces 22, 23, e.g. the Fig.11. The clamping parts 8 have larger average diameters than the width of the groove in order to be able to give the end strip 14 a corresponding hold after an elastic deformation inside the groove 15.

It is advantageous to design the clamping part 8 in such a way that it has two clamping surfaces 22 and 23 which can be moved resiliently relative to one another and which allow the thickness of the clamping part 8 to be reduced when it is inserted into the groove 15 of the end strip 14 and then spring apart. As can be seen on the right in FIG. 11, the surfaces 22 and 23 are behind the insertion into the groove 15 in the direction of the arrow 24 has sprung apart and pull the end strip 14 in the direction of the wall 2 or the corner between the floor 3 and the wall 2 when in contact with the mutually inclined groove inner surfaces 22 'and 23' .

The end strip 14 is chamfered on its lower narrow side. The oblique angle 19 is 5 ° to 30 ° and causes the end strip 14 to rest on the laid material 4 with its front lower edge 17 and to rest against the wall 2 with its upper rear edge 16. This concern is made possible by the tension of the clamping part 8 on the cover strip 14 and by the bevelling of the lower side surface of the end strip 14.

If the clamping parts 8 have resilient webs 20 and in the front area a downwardly projecting bend 21, a bent-back extension part 26 (FIG. 8) can be provided on the downward bend 21 in addition to FIG Web 20 is movable to or away from this.

In both cases, the upper edge of the groove 15 rests on the web 20 and deforms it elastically or deflects it resiliently. The lower end of the bend 21 lies on the lower inner surface of the groove, as a result of which the end strip is pressed down onto the material 4.

Im oberen Bereich des Rückenteiles 1 ist ein Klemmkörper 8, ähnlich Fig. 4, vorgesehen.6 shows an embodiment in which the resilient section 7 extends from the back part 1 essentially parallel to the floor and is punched out of it in the form of a spring band. In its end region, the resilient section 7 carries a wall contact surface 13, so that the resilient section 7 is supported at its two end regions and, with its spring section, can offer sufficient resistance to the installed material 4. With a plate-shaped leg 9, this holder, shown in FIG. 6, extends beneath the flat material and lies firmly against the floor or against the wall. A clamping body 8, similar to FIG. 4, is provided in the upper region of the back part 1.

In Fig. 6a shows an alternative embodiment of the clamping head 8, e.g. 6 could be provided in the cold. A cold or web 20, which is resilient, is connected in a corresponding manner to the back part 1, e.g. riveted. The clamping head of the clamping part 8 can then, as described in connection with FIG. 14, be inserted into the groove 15 of the end strip 14 by elastic deformation.

Wiederum trägt der Rückenteil 1 in seinem oberen Bereich einen Klemmteil 8.Fig. 9 shows an embodiment in which from one to the wall created back part 1 with a leg 9 of the resilient section 7 goes away to the side or parallel to the floor and ends in a wall contact surface 13. Again, the back part 1 carries a clamping part 8 in its upper region.

Die Halteflächen 22 und 23 sind federnd gegeneinander bewegbar aufgrund des Abstandes D.10 shows a particularly advantageous embodiment of a holder according to the invention. In this holder, which is formed from a single band-shaped spring metal part (band), one end of this part is divided into three by punching; the two outer legs of this band are bent down to form the resilient sections 7 and ultimately bent into the bend 10. The middle part of the starting material is bent forwards or forwards below, obliquely upwards in front, obliquely upwards in backwards and obliquely in backwards downwards to form the clamping part 8 and ultimately bent upwards to form the wall contact surface 11. This bending is done with appropriate bending machines. The holding surfaces 22 and 23 are resiliently movable against each other due to the distance D.

Die Nut 15 kann z.B. durch entsprechendes Nieten und folgendes Ausfräsen mit schiefgestellten Sägeblättern ausgenommen werden.11 shows, as already mentioned, a cover strip 14 held with a holder according to FIG. 10, which is chamfered at an angle 19 on its lower narrow side. The groove 15 can e.g. by appropriate riveting and subsequent milling with inclined saw blades.

Fig.12 zeigt eine Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Halters, der nicht symmetrisch aufgebaut ist; von einem band- bzw. plattenförmigen Federmetallteil wird das eine Ende zweigeteilt; der eine Teil wird zur Ausbildung des federnden Abschnitts 7 rückgebogen; der andere Teil wird zur Ausbildung des Klemmteiles 8 in entsprechender Weise abgekantet bzw. gebogen.12 shows an embodiment of a holder according to the invention which is not constructed symmetrically; the one end is divided in two by a strip or plate-shaped spring metal part; one part is bent back to form the resilient section 7; the other part is bent or bent in a corresponding manner to form the clamping part 8.

Der erfindungsgemäße Halter kann somit in entsprechend gewählten Abständen von z.B. einem halben Meter oder einem Meter verlegt werden; berücksichtigt wird dabei allenfalls die Stärke der Federwirkung des Abschnitts 7, die insbesondere form- und materialbedingt ist.13 shows the rear view of a cover strip 14 according to the invention; the cover strip 14 is provided on its rear side either with a continuous groove 15 or with a number of groove sections 15 ', so that no special considerations have to be taken with regard to the arrangement of the holder with respect to the cover strip. The holder according to the invention can thus be used at appropriately selected intervals of e.g. half a meter or one meter; At most, the strength of the spring action of section 7 is taken into account, which is particularly due to shape and material.

Der federnde Abschnitt 7 wird von zwei Schenkeln gebildet, die in ihrem Endbereich miteinander verbunden sind und gemeinsam die Abbiegung 10 tragen, die im wesentlichen parallel zum Schenkel 9 verläuft.15 shows a further embodiment of a multi-purpose holder according to the invention; this multi-purpose holder is in its middle area a punched-out has been made, the punched-out band-shaped part being bent upward toward the clamping device 8 and ultimately being extended upward to form a wall contact surface 11. The resilient section 7 is formed by two legs which are connected to one another in their end region and together carry the bend 10 which runs essentially parallel to the leg 9.

In this embodiment, the back part 1 is riveted to the resilient section 7; riveting is carried out using the holding web 20 for the clamping head 8. Also in the other embodiments, e.g. 15, the back part 1 and the resilient section 7 and / or the clamping part 8 could be riveted together, as shown in FIG. 18.

Fig. 17 shows an embodiment in which, starting from a back part 1, the resilient section 7 initially goes to the side of the back part 1 essentially parallel to the floor and is then bent back in front of the back part 1 and ends in a wall contact surface 13.

It is preferred if the holder according to the invention is made in one piece from a metal strip or a metal plate, which consists in particular of spring metal, in order to impart corresponding spring action to the resilient section 7. It is also possible that the holder is molded or injection molded from plastic. The clamping part 8 is either integrally formed with the holder or can be the like by welding, riveting, gluing, plugging or the like. be attached.

It is essential on the holder that the clamping part 8 is resiliently or resiliently deformable, so as to penetrate into the groove 15 under resilient deformation and there return to its original shape or essentially its original shape and by the resilience of its surfaces 22, 23 to be able to pull the cover strip 14 towards the wall. For this purpose, it is provided in particular that the lateral inner surfaces 22 ', 23' of the groove 15 are inclined at an angle to one another, which angle is between 20 ° and 60 °, preferably between 25 ° and 40 °, and can be produced well with conventional machine tools is. In principle, other groove shapes are also possible, such as those formed in FIG. 7 (asymmetrical groove) and 8 (circular groove); Such grooves also offer the possibility that the clamping part 8 is inserted into the groove and presses the end strip 14 downwards and simultaneously pulls in the direction of the wall 2.

As can be seen more clearly in FIG. 14, the section of the clamping part extending from the back part 1 to the surface 22 and the section of the clamping part returning from the surface 23 in the direction of the base body are at a distance D from one another; this distance D can be provided in addition to or instead of any resilient deformability of the material in the direction of the clamping part 8 in order to be able to insert the clamping part 8 more easily into the groove 15.

It is also expedient if the height of the center line of the clamping part above the surface of the material 4 is less than the height between the front lower edge 17 of the end strip 14 and the center line of the groove 15.

In this way, care is taken that the end strip 14 is pressed in a corresponding manner with its front edge 17 against the laid material 4.

Another advantage of the holder according to the invention is that it can be arranged without screws; it is sufficient to fix the position, insert the holder below the material 4 to be installed with its bend 10 or the leg 9.

As can be seen in FIG. 14, the cross-sectional shape of the clamping part 8 can be realized in any shape; it is essential that the cross-sectional shape mentioned can exert tension on the end strip 14 in the direction of the clamping part 8. It is only important for the resilient section 7 that it can exert a pressure directed away from the back part 1.
