  • a hair clip frame of the kind comprising a generally curved sole and a clasp articulated at one end of the sole and which can be immobilized at the other end, said clasp comprising an outer blade and, opposite of the sole, a pressure element constituted by a first curvilinear pressure blade and a second curvilinear pressure blade together reproducing the shape of the sole and comprising overlapping end portions and thus defining an overlap zone, the two blades being movable longitudinally with respect to each other, characterized in that there is provided in said overlap zone a connection between the two blades so that they form a continuous loop opposite said sole.
  • one of the blades has a transverse zone which is able to cooperate with a support element of the sole so as to ensure the function of return spring for the automatic opening of the clasp.
  • the bar with the frame according to the invention is more easily placed in the hair, it is above all easily readjustable.

  • the clasp forms an outer blade 50 ending in a latch 31 with a hooking light 32 surmounted by a cover plate 33 cut and stamped, and ending in a terminal tongue operating 34.
  • the material constituting the clasp is cut to form a pressure blade 35 bent substantially at right angles to the internal face of the clasp which is turned towards the sole and following the rooting zone 36 thus formed, it is bent according to a circular profile extending over a quarter of a circle. It will be noted that the rooting zone 36 is located in the immediate vicinity of the lock 31.
  • This second blade 37 ends with a return 42 formed by folding inward the clasp almost at right angles to the free end of the blade and which in turn ends with two hooks 43, one facing the 'other. These two hooks partially close a passage 44 for the blade 35 arranged in the return 42.
  • the dimensions of the passage 44 are provided so that the blade 35 can be engaged and guided with lateral and transverse play.
  • the return 42 comprises, opposite the opening defined by the hooks 43, a slight notch 46 widening the passage 44.

  • the edge of the wall 44Adu passage 44 located opposite the opening defined between the hooks 43 will serve as a support for bending the blade 35. This will also have the effect of ensure a perfect junction between the blade 35 and the wall formed by the return, so that no hair can be introduced into the passage 44.

  • the hair is in contact, on the side of the blades, with a continuous loop which begins in the articulation zone 29, continues with the curved portion of the blade 37, then the straight wall formed by the return 42 which connects the two blades and finally by the curved portion of the blade 35 and ends in the rooting zone 36 of the blade 35, the hair thus being unable to slip between the two blades.
