Claims (15)

  1. A pourer for bottles, comprising a base (1) adapted to be sealingly fitted to the bottle neck and having an outlet tube (7), and comprising a closure member (2) which has a pourer spout and which is guided for longitudinal movement between a closed position in which an inlet opening (19) of an outlet of said pourer spout is closed by a plug (12) retained at the outlet tube by transverse webs (8, 9) bridging the opening, and an outlet position in which the inlet opening is not closed by the plug (12), and with an inlet opening (17), provided in the base and closable by the closure member, of an air supply conduit (10) leading into the bottle, characterised in that the closure member is guided on the outlet tube so as to be captive and in that in the closed position the air supply conduit (10) discharging at the outside of the outlet tube is closed by the inner wall of the pourer spout.
  2. A pourer according to claim 1, characterised in that the air supply conduit (10) is held in the outlet tube (7) of the base (1) by way of the transverse webs (8, 9), is connected, via a hollow transverse web (9), to an air inlet opening (17) provided externally on the outlet tube, and has a closed end portion forming the plug (12) for the inlet opening (19) of the outlet of the closure member (2).
  3. A pourer according to claim 2, characterised in that the hollow space (14) of the air supply conduit (10) is extended towards the plug (12) beyond an opening (15) leading into the hollow cross-member (9).
  4. A pourer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that an end (11) of the air supply conduit (10) situated in the bottle has an end outlet opening which has a smaller cross-section than the remaining zone of the conduit.
  5. A pourer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that an outer cap (3) adapted to be fitted sealingly on the base (1) has a retaining edge (26) for captive fixing of the and a guide for the pourer spout (2) and the guide gap formed between the cap (3) and the base (1) for the pourer spout is connected to an air inlet opening (28) provided externally on the cap.
  6. A pourer according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the pourer spout (2) has an outlet bore (19, 20) leading to an inclined end face (22) which is angled for deflection of the stream into the zone leading towards the outlet opening (21) in the end face (22).

  8. A pourer according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the pourer spout (2) has on the outside a profiled surface (24) which improves the grip and is preferably flattened on two opposite sides.
  9. A pourer according to any one of claims 5 to 8, characterised in that the pourer spout (2) is guided in the cap (3) so as to be non-rotatable but slidable.
  10. A pourer according to any one of claims 5 to 8, characterised in that the pourer spout (2) is guided for adjustment between the open and closed position by means of a guide projection in a coarse-pitch screwthread of the cap.
  11. A pourer according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the base (1) is made from relatively soft, more particularly elastomeric, material and the cap (3) and pourer spout (2) are made of harder material.
  12. A pourer according to claim 11, characterised in that the outer cap (3) has at its opening edge at least one catch bead (30) engaging in an annular groove (29) of the base (1).
  13. A pourer according to claim 11 or 12, characterised in that a base outer part (4) situated at least partially in the outer cap (3) is constructed as a closure cap with a cap screwthread (5) for glass bottles.
  14. A pourer according to any one of claims 11 to 13, characterised in that a conical hollow plug (6) adapted to be introduced into the bottle is integrally formed on the base (1) in extension of the outlet tube (7).
  15. A pourer according to claim 14, characterised by an adapter for adaptation to other bottle necks, said adapter being fittable on the hollow plug (6) and also constructed as a hollow plug.
