The known atomizing devices, as they are in particular are known for perfume bottles and perfume bottles due to their from the atomizing attachment according to the invention deviating functional principle a complex structure on and are connected to the liquid container. Except that the complex structure of the known Atomizing devices making their assembly difficult, stands the firm connection of the atomizing device with the Liquid container also an efficient recycling of the in usually liquid containers made of glass opposite.

The present invention has for its object a Atomizer to create, due to a simple Structure easy to assemble and disassemble as well is reusable and a delicate spray of Container liquid, especially from fragrance samples Perfume sample containers, allows.

This task is accomplished by an atomizing attachment according to the Invention solved in that the riser on the opposite End is provided with a head plate, the one Pressure relief valve is assigned, the top plate of the Inner part on the underside of the head wall of the outer part is held and a between the pressure relief valve of the Inner part and the head wall of the outer part trained Valve space via a swirl channel with one in the outer part arranged outlet opening is in fluid communication.

The atomizing attachment according to the invention consists of only two assembly parts, namely the inner part and the outer part, which are easy to connect and to the Opening area of the liquid container can be placed, the outer part through its cap-like design for provides a closure of the liquid container. The Inner part has a riser tube designed as a piston rod on that at an insertable end into the container opening with a piston and at the opposite end with a Head plate and a pressure relief valve is provided. For training a valve space between the one with the Pressure relief valve provided end of the inner part and Head wall of the outer part is the inner part in the outer part applicable. Here, an interference fit between the head wall ensures of the outer part and the valve head plate of the inner part for a coherent, firm connection both parts of the atomizing attachment. Between the valve room and an outlet opening arranged in the outer part a spinal canal is provided, which ensures that if the outer part is moved relative to the liquid container and thus the inner part with its piston against the Liquid level one in the liquid container liquid is pressed, this in the riser reaches the valve chamber via the pressure relief valve and in which Spinal canal swirls outwards through the outlet opening is sprayed.

After the liquid container has been emptied, the atomizing attachment can be used removed from this and onto a new one containers filled with liquid must be placed. Of the emptied liquid containers can of course also be new filled and then again with the atomizing attachment sealed or recycled.

The one in the transition from the valve chamber to the outlet opening provided vertebral canal can be in different ways and Formed way and either the outer part or the inner part be assigned. Preferably the one with the valve provided, annular head plate of the inner part with a vortex duct radially directed outwards from the valve chamber Mistake. The spinal canal can be used as a spinal canal be formed in the case of assignment of the spinal canal to the inner part in the valve's top plate Can be used inside.

The functional design of the spinal canal, in particular the design of the flow cross section, can also be done in different ways. A crescent-shaped flow cross-section has generally proven itself, as he also from the spinal canal training conventional atomizing devices is known.

Of course, it is also possible to provide several spinal canals, fluidically designed the same or different can be combined with each other to make particularly good ones To achieve atomization effects.

In a preferred embodiment of the atomizing attachment is the outer part on the inside of it Provide the head wall with a protrusion that connects to the inner part is firmly insertable into the valve chamber.

A particularly simple pressure relief valve can be opened by a Achieve slit valve. This slit valve that preferably is provided at the upper end of the riser can with form a unit on the inside. Here you make the Elasticity of the made from an elastic plastic Take advantage of atomizing attachment, which push apart Slit edges for opening the valve when there is a Overpressure in the riser pipe allows. The valve can of course also in other ways, such as a flap valve, be trained.

As a support base, the tilting of the inner part in the liquid container prevents above the at the end of the Riser provided piston preferably with the Standpipe serve as a one-piece support ring.

In order to activate the atomizing attachment sliding the outer part as easily as possible on the outer wall of the liquid container to allow the outer part in its end provided with the container opening with a Be provided with sliding guide.

If the sliding guide of the atomizing attachment according to the invention with an axial stop to secure the Outer part behind a sealing edge of the opening of the liquid container is provided, the atomizing attachment is suitable for miniaturization especially for use with a cylindrical container known per se for Perfume samples. The atomizing attachment can be used instead a conventional cap closure for closing the Perfume sample container are used so that the unactuated atomizing attachment like a conventional cap works. The atomizing attachment also serves however sprayed to deliver one or more samples Perfumes.

When using the atomizing attachment together with a perfume sample container, it is advantageous if that External part with a fastening device for fastening on a garment, such as a clip. This makes it possible to use a larger number of Atomizing attachment provided fragrance sample containers on Wear garment, so the quick availability to enlarge the individual perfume samples during a fragrance presentation.

1 shows, in one embodiment, an atomizing attachment 10 which is placed on a sample container 11 which contains a perfume sample (not shown). The atomizing attachment 10 has an outer part 12 and an inner part 13.

The inner part 13 consists of a riser pipe 14, which on his has an inner end of a piston 15 over which in the axial distance, a support ring 31 is arranged. The Inner part 13 is at its opposite end with a Provided head plate 17, which is assigned a pressure relief valve 16 is. The pressure relief valve 16, the piston 15 and the support ring 31 are in one piece with the head plate 17 and the riser pipe 14 educated.

The pressure relief valve 16 is shown as a slit valve, whose slot edges 18 the upper end of a riser duct Seal 19 in the riser pipe 14 sealing. The Pressure relief valve 16 is used to form a valve chamber 20 opposite a top stop surface 21 of the head plate 17 slightly axially set back in the axial direction of the riser pipe 14.

A vertebral channel 22 runs radially in the top plate 17 a fluid connection between the valve chamber 20 and one Outlet opening 23 in a cylinder jacket 24 here formed wall of the outer part 12 forms. This is the Outer part 12 with its outlet opening 23 coaxial with Spinal canal 22 aligned. The spinal canal 22 is again a integral part of the head plate 17; but he can also from a pin with a helical groove exist in a radial outlet channel in the Head plate 17 is inserted.

To connect the inner part 13 to the outer part 12 is Outer part 12 with a projection 25 on the inside of it Head wall 26 in an axial, upper opening 35 of the valve chamber 20 in the head plate 17 of the inner part 13 with a press fit used. In addition, there is also an interference fit between the Outer periphery of the annular head plate 17 and the cylindrical inner wall 36 of the outer part 12 is preferred intended. If necessary, the fixed connection between Outer part 12 and inner part 13 also by gluing or Welding.

The end of the outer part 12 opposite the top wall 26 is provided with a container receiving opening 27 with which the outer part 12 onto a cylindrical opening area 28 of the inside and outside cylindrical sample container 11 can be placed is. 1 shows the container receiving opening 27 axially set back somewhat relative to the piston 15 in order to do that Place the atomizing attachment 10 on the sample container 11 to facilitate.

The outer part 12 is provided in the region of its container receiving opening 27 with a slide guide 29 which, in the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1, is designed as a thickened cylinder jacket 24 at the lower end of the outer part 12. The cylindrical inner wall of the cylinder jacket 24 is preferably provided with annular ribs, not shown, which slide against the cylindrical surface of the sample container 11 in order to reduce the sliding friction between the outer part 12 and the sample container 11.

To secure the atomizing attachment 10 or Outer part 12 on the opening area 28 of the sample container 11 is the slide guide 29 with an inner, as Axial stop serving annular shoulder 30 provided with an outer sealing edge 31 of the sample container 11 cooperates. 1, this inner ring shoulder 30 arranged above the support ring 32 of the inner part 13, so that a secure, radial support of the lower end of the Atomizing attachment 10 on the sample container 11 and thus one perfect axial guidance of the same on the inner wall and Outer wall of the sample container 11 are guaranteed.

A particularly simple assembly of the two-part Atomizing attachment 10 is, first of all Inner part 13 in the outer part 12 so far with the head plate 17 to insert until the projection 25 in the opening 35 for fixed connection between inner part and outer part engages. First after this assembly of the atomizing attachment, this is on attached the sample container. As the piston 15 down protrudes, this is at the beginning in the opening of the Sample container 11 used, so that the atomizing attachment is centered with respect to the sample container. Subsequently the lower end of the slide guide 29 on the Opening area 28 pushed until the annular shoulder 30 below the closure edge 31 of the sample container 11 engages.

Simultaneously with or after this snap-in process, the Connection by means of a press fit or the like between the head wall 26 of the outer part 12 and the top plate 17 of the inner part 13 manufactured. The protrusion 25 of the head wall 26 penetrates here into the axial opening 35 of the valve chamber 20 in the outer part 13 a so that a fluid connection between the vertebral canal 22nd of the inner part 13 and the outlet opening 23 of the outer part 12 is ensured.

To provide the sample container 11, which, as shown in FIG. 1 , is closed by the atomizing attachment 10 in its starting position, the sample container 11 can be attached to a garment together with the atomizing attachment by means of a retaining clip 37 provided on the outer part 12 of the atomizing attachment 10.

To carry out the atomization function, the sample container 11 shown in FIG. 1 and sealed with the atomization attachment 10 can be taken between the thumb and index finger, a pressure being exerted on the head wall 26 by the index finger, which causes the atomization attachment 10 to be transferred into the one shown in FIG. 2 shown position relative to the sample container 11 causes. This sliding movement, in which the sliding guide 29 of the outer part 12 slides along the outer wall of the sample container 11, can be carried out continuously to dispense the entire sample container contents or, divided into movement sections, to dispense metered quantities of the sample container contents.

The pressure applied to the top wall 26 of the outer part 12 is transferred by the piston 15 to the surface of the liquid received in the sample container 11 and causes the liquid in the riser duct 19 to rise up to the pressure relief valve 16. When a threshold pressure value given depending on the elasticity of the slot edges 18 is reached the slot edges 18 are pressed apart to release a valve slot 38 and the liquid penetrates into the valve chamber 20, which already causes a swirling of the liquid due to the arrangement and shape of the slot valve and the valve chamber. The liquid then flows into the swirl channel 22, in which the liquid is swirled before it emerges from the outlet opening 23. When the inner part 13 is axially displaced into the sample container 11, the support ring 32 ensures that the piston 15 remains in its essentially horizontal position in FIGS. 1 and 2 and that the piston edges rest in an elastically sealing manner on the inner wall of the container.

FIG. 3 shows the area of the atomizing attachment 10 encircled in FIG. 1 in an enlarged representation, through which the sections shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 are placed.

Fig. 4 shows the pressure relief valve 16 in a plan view, wherein one can look into the valve chamber 20 and clearly see the slit edges 18 of the slit valve 16 which, when the valve slit 38 is closed, lie sealingly against one another with their contact surfaces 39 arranged approximately perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.

FIG. 5 shows a crescent-shaped configuration of the flow cross section from the swirl channel 22 which is known per se and which is provided in the top plate 17 of the inner part 13. The crescent-shaped and, if necessary, additionally helical design of the flow through the swirl channel cross section, due to the acceleration of liquid particles in the edge regions of the swirl channel 22, causes the liquid particles to swirl so that they pass through the outlet opening 23 provided in the adjacent outer part 12 (FIG. 3) as a simple through hole can be output in atomized form.
