Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung befaßt sich mit abriebfesten, porösen, hochsaugfähigen Reinigungstüchern aus Vliesstoff, wie sie zum Beispiel in DE-B 1 560 783 beschrieben sind. Dort wird ein mehrstufiges Herstellungsverfahren beschrieben, welches im wesentlichen umfaßt das zweimalige Imprägnieren mit dazwischengeschaltetem Trocknen eines Wirrfaservlieses, vorzugsweise aus hydrophilen Naturfasern, mit einer schaumförmigen, wäßrigen Bindemitteldispersion aus vulkanisierbarem Kautschuk, das beidseitige, flächige Beschichten des imprägnierten Faserflächengebildes mit einer koagulierbaren, geschäumten Kautschukdispersion, das anschließende Trocknen mit Vulkanisieren, Auswaschen der enthaltenen Porenbildner der Beschichtung und das erneute Trocknen.The invention is concerned with abrasion-resistant, porous, highly absorbent cleaning cloths made of nonwoven, as are described, for example, in DE-B 1 560 783.
