Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Biegen von profiliertem Blech quer zur Längsrichtung von Rippen und Mulden in dem Blech, umfassend:
    a) erste Klemmittel (3), die aus zwei Klemmelementen (6, 7) mit entsprechenden komplementär geformten Klemmflächen (8, 12) für den Eingriff mit den Rippen und Mulden in dem Bleck bestehen, wobei die ersten Klemmittel so angeordnet sind, daß sie das Blech an einer ersten Längsstelle einklemmen, wobei eines der Klemmelemente mit einem ausgedehnten Formstempelelementteil (11) versehen ist, das eine gekrümmte Oberfläche besitzt, die von der Hauptebene des Blechs fort gekrümmt ist, wobei die ersten Klemmittel um eine erste Drehachse drehbar sind, die quer zu der genannten Längsrichtung verläuft, so daß die gekrümmte Oberfläche des gekrümmten Formstempelelements veranlaßt wird, mit dem Blech in Eingriff zu kommen und dessen Verformung zu bewirken;
    b) zweite Klemmittel (4), die aus zwei Klemmelementen (22, 24) mit entsprechenden komplementär geformten Klemmflächen für den Eingriff mit den Rippen und Mulden in dem Blech bestehen, wobei die zweiten Klemmittel so angeordnet sind, daß sie das Blech an einer zweiten Längsstelle einklemmen, die in Längsrichtung einen Abstand von der ersten Klemmstelle hat, wobei die zweiten Klemmittel um eine zweite Drehachse drehbar sind, die etwa parallel zur ersten Drehachse verläuft, und wobei die zweiten Klemmittel und die zweite Drehachse in Längsrichtung relativ zu den ersten Klemmitteln (3) und der ersten Achse bewegbar sind; und
    c) Spannmittel (28, 28a), um auf das Blech in der Längsrichtung eine Zuglast auszuüben, während das Blech zwischen den ersten und zweiten Klemmitteln eingeklemmt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der dich das Formstempelelementteil (11) von den ersten Klemmitteln in Richtung auf die zweiten Klemmittel erstreckt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der entweder die erste oder die zweite Drehachse so angeordnet ist, daß sie etwa auf der Hauptebene des Bleches liegt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die zweiten Klemmittel (4) drehbar in einer Trägerkonstruktion (19, 26) gelagert sind, die entlang länglicher Führungselemente (27) relativ zu den ersten Klemmitteln (3) bewegbar ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Spannmittel aus einer oder mehreren hydraulisch betätigbaren Zylinder- (28) und Kolben- (28a) Einheiten bestehen, um eine auf die zweiten Klemmittel wirkende Kraft auszuüben.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei der die Spannmittel so betätigbar sind, daß bei Bewegung der zweiten Klemmittel in Richtung auf die ersten Klemmittel die Spannung in dem Blech etwa konstant bleibt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der Drehmomentmittel (14, 15, 16, 17) vorgesehen sind, um den ersten Klemmitteln (3) wahlweise ein Drehmoment derart zuzuführen, daß die Klemmittel sich um die erste Drehachse drehen können.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der die Drehmomentmittel aus einer hydraulischen Zylinder/Kolben-Einheit (17) und einem Drehmomentarm (15) bestehen.
  9. Verfahren zur Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8, um profiliertes Blech quer zur Längsrichtung der Rippen und Mulden in dem Blech zu biegen, umfassend:
    a) Einklemmen des Bleches an zwei in dessen Längsrichtung einen Abstand voneinander aufweisenden Stellen zwischen den ersten bzw. zweiten Klemmmitteln (3, 4);
    b) Ausüben einer Zuglast auf das Blech in dessen Längsrichtung; und
    c) Biegen des profilierten Blechs um die gekrümmte Fläche des Formstempelelements (11), wenn die ersten Klemmittel (3) sich drehen, so daß dem Blech ein plastisch verformtes Längsprofil verliehen wird, während die Zuglast in dem Blech auf einem etwa konstanten Wert gehalten wird.
