Description

The invention relates to a cable tensioning system for elevators with separate cable and cable hoists according to the driving and carrying function, both of which act on both a car and a counterweight.

In conventional elevator systems, in which the carrying cable and the driving cable are separated, the driving cable is driven by a traction sheave provided between the car and the counterweight and deflected via one or more deflection rollers, while the carrying cable only fulfills the carrying function and is not driven. When operating the elevator systems, particularly in elevator systems installed in high-rise buildings, in which the rope length of the traction rope can be a few 100 m, considerable rope elongations occur in the traction rope, which can have a disadvantageous effect on the force relationships between the traction sheave and the traction rope, the so-called rope pull ratio. In order to maintain a defined cable pull ratio in spite of the rope elongations that occur, a rope tensioning system must be provided which either acts directly on the driving rope or on a pulley that deflects it and retracts the driving rope according to the rope elongations.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a rope tensioning system for lifts so that it can compensate for the rope elongations occurring in the operation of the elevator in a closed rope system, that the rope forces can be kept as low as possible and that the rope tension ratio required to maintain the driving ability is ensured can.

The object is achieved according to the invention in a rope tensioning system specified by the preamble of protection claim 1 by the features specified in its characterizing part.

Accordingly, the cable tensioning system has a rocker arm mounted on the counterweight or car, on which the drive cable and the suspension cable are fastened at a distance from one another such that the spacing ratio a: b of the fastening points of these cables on the rocker is based on the mounting point of the Swing arm on the counterweight or car determines the cable pull ratio required for driving ability.

As a result, the driving ability is advantageously no longer determined directly by the weight of the car and counterweight, which enables lighter cars. Because the swing arm of the rope tensioning system is mounted on the counterweight or car, the already existing counterweight is used for rope tensioning and rope length compensation.

In the event that the drive pulley of the engine is at the top, it is preferred that the rocker is designed as a two-sided lever is, then the bearing point of the rocker on the counterweight is located within the attachment points of the drive cable and suspension cable on the rocker, and both strands are led upwards.

If, on the other hand, the traction sheave of the engine is at the bottom, it is preferable that the rocker is designed in the form of a one-sided lever, in which case the rocker bearing point on the counterweight or car lies outside the attachment points of the two cables on the rocker and the drive cable is at the bottom is led.

The rocker arm can be designed in the form of a simple lever or, as preferred, with segments in the form of a segment of a circle, the carrying cable and the driving cable being each guided over peripheral circular arcs of the segments of the circle, the radii of which correspond to the lever arms a and b of the rocker.

In order to control unwanted rotary movements of the rocker due to running disturbances or counterbalance jumping, a damping element is provided between the bearing point and the rocker which dampens the unwanted rotary movements of the rocker.

So that the lever ratio of the rocker can be adjusted at the place of use of the elevator system, it is preferable that the length of the lever arms a and b of the rocker is adjustable.

The rope tensioning system according to the invention, in connection with the closed rope system and the functional separation of the ropes according to the driving and carrying function, allows the engine to be installed at any height next to or directly below or above the shaft, without the entire number of cables having to be guided through the shaft.

Fign. 1 - 4
schematisch vier verschiedene Ausführungsarten des erfindungsgemäßen Seilspannsystems.
The invention is described in more detail below in several exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 - 4
schematically four different embodiments of the rope tensioning system according to the invention.

In the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a support rope 11 attached to the upper part of a car 12 is guided via deflection rollers 25 and 26 to a counterweight 13, where it is attached to a rocker 20 of the rope tensioning system coming from above. A traction cable 10 is attached to the lower part of the car 12 and is guided from below to the counterweight 13 via a deflection roller 24, a traction sheave 23 and a further deflection roller 22. It can be seen that the drive cable 10 is attached to the rocker 20 at an attachment point 32 and the support rope 11 to the rocker 20 at an attachment point 31. The rocker arm 20 is mounted on the counterweight 13 by means of a bearing point 21.

The bearing point 21 of the rocker 20 lies outside of the attachment points 32 and 31 of the drive cable 10 and the support cable, respectively 11, so that the rocker 20 acts as a one-sided lever.

The rocker 20 has the shape of two concentric circular segments, the radius of the circular arc of the smaller segment corresponding to the lever arm b of the articulation point 31 on the rocker 20 and the radius of the larger circular segment corresponding to the lever arm a of the fastening point 32 of the drive cable 10 on the rocker 20. In this way, the drive cable 10 is guided over a circular arc with the radius a and the support cable 11 over a circular arc with the radius b so that the fastening points 32 and 31 of the support cable 11 and the drive cable 10 remain constant in their vertical orientation and thus the drive cable 10 between its deflecting roller 22 and its point of application on the rocker 20 and the support cable 11 between its deflecting roller 26 and its attachment point 31 on the rocker 20 always run vertically.

The embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is identical to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 except for the construction of the rocker 20. In Fig. 2, the rocker has the shape of a cantilever, the bearing point 21 is, however, as in the embodiment in Fig. 1 outside of the attachment points 31 and 32 of the support rope 11 and the drive rope 10. The distances a and b of the attachment points 32 of the The driving rope 10 and 31 of the supporting rope 11 on the rocker 20 determine, just as in the embodiment in FIG. 1, the cable pull ratio required on the counterweight to maintain the driving ability. The rocker 20 transmits a force component defined by the lever ratio a: b from the fastening point 32 to the traction cable 10, which acts as a load-dependent cable tensioning force for the traction cable 10.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is different than in the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 and 2 the engine above, as indicated by the position of the traction sheave 23. In this embodiment, the drive cable 10 and the support cable 11 are pulled up from the rocker 20. The rocker arm 20 is designed as a two-sided lever, the bearing point 21 of the rocker arm 20 being located on the counterweight 13 between the fastening points 32 and 31 of the drive cable 10 and the support cable 11, respectively. Starting from these attachment points 32 and 31, the drive cable 10 and the support cable 11 are each guided over circular, circular end faces of the rocker 20, the radii of which correspond to the lever arms a and b of the rocker 20. Thus, the rocker 20, like the rocker 20 of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, has the advantage that the rope pivot point remains aligned in the vertical direction even when the rocker changes angularly.

The embodiment shown in FIG. 4 corresponds to the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 with regard to the cable guide and the upper position of the engine, as represented by the traction sheave 23. Only the construction of the rocker 20 is different. It has the shape of a balance beam without the aforementioned circular arc-shaped peripheral sections.

With all based on the fig. 1 to 4 illustrated embodiments, a damping element is preferably provided for damping unwanted rotary movements of the rocker, such as can occur in the case of movement disorders, for example in counterweight jumping.

All four described and based on the fig. 1 to 4 shown embodiments of the rope tensioning system according to the invention has the advantage that the lever ratio directly determines the rope pull ratio required for the driving ability and that the latter is no longer directly influenced by the weight of the car and the counterweight. This makes lighter cars possible.

In a useful further development of the invention it can be provided that the lever ratio a: b of the rocker 20 of the rope tensioning system according to the invention can be adjusted by a suitable device, whereby an adjustment of the rope tension ratio is possible at the place of use.
