Abstract
Description
- La présente invention vise des machines à grenailler.
- L'invention se rapporte à des machines qui comprennent un châssis supportant un chariot mobile dans deux directions perpendiculaires sur lequel est montée une buse de grenaillage, celle-ci étant reliée par des tuyaux souples à une source de fluide sous pression et étant portée par un support mobile verticalement, ladite buse étant orientable.
- La buse est placée dans une cabine dans laquelle est monté un support sur lequel on fixe l'objet à grenailler.
- Ainsi, la buse peut être commandée afin que toute la surface d'une pièce soit grenaillée.
- Un des inconvénients d'une telle machine est que les différents éléments adjacents à la buse sont encombrants et qu'on ne peut envisager de grenailler l'intérieur de petites pièces.
- L'un des buts de la présente invention est de remédier à cet inconvénient.
- Les perfectionnements aux machines à grenailler, selon l'invention, visent des machines du type comportant une cabine destinée à recevoir l'objet à grenailler, un ensemble de grenaillage avec un compresseur pour envoyer, sous pression, à travers un conduit de la grenaille à une buse de projection logée dans la cabine, lesdits perfectionnements étant caractérisés en ce que la buse est portée par l'une des extrémités d'une biellette dont l'autre extrémité est solidaire d'un axe horizontal relié par une liaison cinématique à un pignon calé au voisinage de l'extrémité inférieure d'un axe creux, dont l'extrémité supérieure comporte une couronne en prise avec un pignon d'un moteur électrique, sur ledit axe creux étant, au voisinage de la couronne, montée tournante une seconde couronne en prise avec un pignon d'un second moteur électrique, ladite seconde couronne étant solidaire d'un boîtier guidé par des paliers sur l'arbre creux, ledit second élément de boîtier étant prolongé par un second corps de boîtier comportant des éléments de guidage pour la liaison cinématique et agencé de manière à pouvoir tourner autour du pignon de l'extrémité inférieure de l'axe creux de manière à commander la rotation de la buse, tandis que le premier moteur électrique commande la modification de la position angulaire de la biellette, la conduite d'alimentation de la buse traversant l'axe creux.
- Grâce à cette disposition, on réalise une machine dans laquelle tous les éléments adjacents à la buse sont très compacts de sorte qu'on peut effectuer des grenaillages à l'intérieur de petits alésages.
- Suivant une caractéristique constructive, l'axe horizontal dont une extrémité est solidaire de l'une des extrémités de la biellette comporte, à son autre extrémité, un pignon d'angle en prise avec un pignon d'angle caler sur un axe guidé par des paliers dans le second corps de boîtier et sur lequel est calé un pignon en prise avec le pignon de l'extrémité inférieure de l'axe creux.
- La buse est solidaire de l'une des extrémités d'un tuyau souple relié à l'extrémité d'une conduite rigide traversant l'axe creux et reliée par un joint tournant à l'alimentation d'abrasifs.
- La machine comporte des moyens pour couper l'alimentation des moteurs électriques afin que le débattement de la biellette ne puisse dépasser des positions angulaires supérieures à 180°. Grâce à cette disposition, on évite toute possibilité de détérioration de la machine.
- Suivant une caractéristique constructive, les moyens pour couper l'alimentation des moteurs électriques afin que le débattement de la biellette ne puisse dépasser des positions angulaires supérieures à 180°comprennent deux pignons en prise, l'un avec l'une des couronnes et l'autre avec l'autre, l'un des pignons étant relié à une vis claveté coulissante et l'autre à un écrou, la vis portant un organe susceptible de coopérer avec des organes de commande de l'arrêt des moteurs lorsque la position angulaire de la biellette dépasse des seuils déterminés.
- Il peut être prévu, des moyens de détection d'une position angulaire de référence de la biellette.
- De préférence, la machine comporte un organe de commande programmable inséré sur le circuit des moteurs électriques pour commander la position de la buse et la position angulaire de la biellette.
- Enfin, on peut prévoir des moyens pour commander un déplacement horizontal de la buse et des moyens pour commander un déplacement vertical de la buse.
- L'invention va maintenant être décrite avec plus de détails en se référant à un mode de réalisation particulier donné à titre d'exemple seulement et représenté aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels :
- Figure 1 est une vue en élévation schématique d'une machine à grenailler, selon l'invention.
- Figure 2 est une vue en plan de l'ensemble de commande de la buse.
- Figure 3 et 3A sont des vues en coupe axiale suivant la ligne 3-3 de la figure 2.
- Figure 4 est une vue en coupe suivant la ligne 4-4 de la figure 2.
- Figure 5 est une vue en élévation montrant l'ensemble portant la buse.
- Figure 5A est une vue suivant la ligne 5A de la figure 5.
- Figure 6 est un schéma explicatif du fonctionnement.
- A la figure 1, on a représenté schématiquement une machine à grenailler, selon l'invention, cette machine comprenant un bâti 1 comportant une cabine 2 dans laquelle est monté un chariot 3 guidé sur des rails 4 et pourvu d'un frein 5 pour l'immobiliser sur lesdits rails. Le chariot 3 comporte un plateau 6 destiné à recevoir la pièce à grenailler.
- Dans la cabine 2 s'étend une buse 7 de projection de grenailles. Par grenailles, on entend des matériaux sous forme de granules ayant une dureté variable suivant le travail à effectuer.
- La buse 7 est reliée par un élément tubulaire 9 à un ensemble de grenaillage 10 comprenant un compresseur, un filtre et un réservoir de grenailles. Dans le fond de la cabine, il est prévu une vis sans fin 12 pour récupérer la grenaille utilisée et qui, par un élévateur 11, est amenée à un épurateur 13 où les grains n'ayant plus la granulométrie désirée sont éliminés, les autres étant recyclés.
- La cabine 2 comporte à sa partie supérieure deux unités de guidage 17 montées sur un châssis 16 sur lesquels est guidé un ensemble 40.
- Un moteur électrique 18 comportant sur son arbre de sortie un pignon 19 entraîne, par une courroie crantée 20, un pignon 21 calé à une extrémité d'une vis à billes 22 qui coopère avec un écrou 23 solidaire à l'ensemble 40.
- L'unité de guidage 17 supporte un corps 25 dans lequel s'érige un élément tubulaire 41 avec laquelle coopèrent deux galets 26 portés par une noix 28 comportant un écrou 29 pour une vis à billes 31, sur laquelle est collée un pignon 32 entraînée par une courroie crantée passant sur un pignon 34 calée sur l'arbre de sortie d'un moteur électrique 35 (voir figures 5 et 5A). La noix 28 comporte une bride 39 qui est traversée par un manchon 27 fixé dans ladite bride. L'ensemble de commande 40 de la buse 7 (voir fig. 3) est ainsi supporté par la noix 28.
- Entre l'axe creux 43 et le boîtier 42 sont insérés des paliers 45 et 46, ledit boîtier étant solidaire d'une couronne dentée 47 entraînée par un pignon 48 calé sur l'arbre de sortie d'un moteur électrique 49 fixé sur une platine 50.
- La platine 50 est fixe et un palier 51 est inséré entre celle-ci et le boîtier 42. La platine 50 est solidaire du manchon 27 et un palier 52 est inséré entre ledit boîtier 42 et une bague 38 solidaire dudit manchon 27.
- Ainsi, lorsque le moteur 49 entraîne le pignon 48, l'ensemble du boîtier 42 peut tourner autour de l'axe creux 43.
- Le boîtier 42 est prolongé latéralement par un second corps de boîtier 56 qui s'étend parallèlement au boîtier 42 et dans lequel est guidé, dans des paliers 57, 58, 59 et 60, un axe 61 sur lequel est calé, à l'extrémité supérieure, un pignon 62 en prise avec un pignon 63 calé sur l'axe creux 43, tandis qu'à son extrémité inférieure est calé un pignon d'angle 65 en prise avec un pignon d'angle 66 calé sur un axe 67 guidé dans des paliers 68 et 69 (voir figure 3A).
- A l'extrémité de l'axe 67 opposée à celle pourvue du pignon d'angle 66 est fixée, par des vis 70, une biellette 71 dont l'extrémité libre supporte la buse 7.
- Sur l'axe creux 43 est calée une couronne 73 qui coopère avec un pignon 74 calé sur l'arbre de sortie d'un moteur 75 fixé sur la platine 50 (figure 3).
- La buse 7 est solidaire d'un tuyau souple 80 qui est fixé à l'extrémité correspondante d'un tube rigide 83 par un écrou 81 se vissant sur une vis 82 solidaire du boîtier 56. Le tube rigide 83 traverse l'axe creux 43 et est relié par un joint tournant 84 à l'ensemble de grenaillage 10. Un joint 86 est inséré entre le tuyau souple 80 et l'extrémité correspondante du tube rigide 83.
- On conçoit que lorsqu'on alimente le moteur 49, le pignon 48 entraîne la couronne 47 et le boîtier 42. Comme le second corps de boîtier 56 est solidaire du boîtier 42, ledit second corps 56 tourne autour de l'axe creux 43, le pignon 62 tourne sur le pignon 63 et l'axe 67 se trouve entraîné par les pignons 65 et 66 de sorte que la biellette 71 pivote dans un sens ou dans l'autre suivant le sens de rotation du moteur 49. La biellette 71 portant la buse 7 est aussi entraînée en rotation.
- Si on alimente le moteur 75, le pignon 74 entraîne la couronne 73 qui entraîne l'axe creux 43, qui entraîne le pignon 63 qui coopère avec le pignon 62, l'axe 61 et les pignons 65 et 66 modifiant la position angulaire de la biellette 71.
- Comme la biellette 71 ne peut être déplacée angulairement que sur 180°, c'est-à-dire depuis une position horizontale de la buse vers une position horizontale opposée, il est prévu un système de sécurité représenté en détail à la figure 4.
- La couronne 73 engrène avec un pignon 90 calé sur un axe 91 guidé dans une bague 92 et maintenue par deux épaulements 93 et 94. L'axe 91 porte une clavette latérale 96 qui coopère avec une rainure 97 d'une vis creuse 98 dont les filets 99 se vissent dans le taraudage 100 d'un écrou 101 guidé dans une bague 102 logée dans un alésage 103 de la platine 50.
- L'écrou 101 est solidaire d'une bague 104 montée sur la bague 92 et sur laquelle est calé un pignon 105 en prise avec la couronne 47.
- La vis creuse 98 est terminée par une collerette 110 et il est prévu sur un support 111 des organes 106 et 107 tels que des interrupteurs de fin de course, des détecteurs de proximité ou autres afin de commander l'arrêt des moteurs 49 et 75 lorsque la buse 7 arrive dans les deux positions extrêmes horizontales.
- Il peut être prévu sur un support 112 un détecteur 108 correspondant à la position verticale de la buse 7 et constituant une position de référence.
- La figure 6 montre schématiquement le fonctionnement de l'ensemble de commande de la buse.
- Comme on le voit sur cette figure, les moteurs 49 et 75 sont reliés à un organe de commande programmable 111 qui, à partir d'une position de référence, par exemple, la position verticale de la buse, permet de commander, d'une part, le moteur 49 pour modifier la position de la buse 7 et, d'autre part, simultanément le moteur 75 afin de modifier la position angulaire de la biellette 71 portant la buse 7. Ainsi, on peut rattraper la modification de la position angulaire de la biellette 71 engendrée par la rotation du pignon 48 du moteur 49 tout en modifiant éventuellement par le moteur 75 la position angulaire de ladite biellette 71.
- Le moteur 18 permet de commander le déplacement de l'ensemble mobile 40 et ainsi de déplacer horizontalement dans un sens et dans l'autre la buse 7, tandis que le moteur 35 permet de régler la hauteur de ladite buse 7.
- A partir de l'organe de commande programmable 111, les moteurs 49 et 75 sont commandés afin de commander, par le moteur 49, la rotation de la buse 7, le moteur 75 étant commandé simultanément afin, par la couronne 73 et les pignons 63 et 62, de rattraper la modification de la position angulaire de la biellette 71 engendrée par la rotation du pignon 62 autour du pignon 63. Bien entendu, le moteur 75 peut être commandé indépendamment afin que la biellette 71 soit amenée dans la position angulaire convenable pour le travail à effectuer.
- On conçoit que, compte tenu du montage particulier de la buse 7 et du fait que l'alimentation de celle-ci traverse l'axe 43, on réalise un ensemble compact qui permet à la buse d'accéder à des alésages présentant un petit diamètre interne.
- Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation qui vient d'être décrit et représenté. On pourra y apporter de nombreuses modifications de détail sans sortir pour cela du cadre de l'invention.
