Definitions
- the invention relates to a sales facility according to the preamble of claim 1.
- DE-OS 39 14 686.3 shows a sales system in which a larger number of compartments which can be closed by doors are arranged in a sales room.
- a dealer code of at least one dealer and a predetermined number of account numbers and possibly customer numbers of customers are stored in a memory.
- the dealer enters a dealer code identifying him into an input device, whereupon the computing unit of the system enters a subject when entering a subject reserved customer number assigned to a customer.
- the dealer enters the price of goods to be brought into the assigned compartment into the memory via the computing unit.
- the computing unit displays on the display device a compartment suitable for receiving goods and causes the door of the compartment displayed to be unlocked. After the goods have been entered into the displayed compartment, the computing unit locks the door.
- the customer has access by entering their account number and, if applicable, their customer number.
- the computing unit shows the customer the compartment occupied for him on the display device and unlocks the door of the compartment occupied for the customer. Finally, after the goods have been removed, the computing unit locks the door of the displayed compartment.
- a problem with such sales systems is that a relatively large amount of space is required to set up the compartments. More specifically, a separate room is usually required for the accommodation of the known sales system, which is lost as a sales area. Since the known system requires direct access to each subject in the human area of activity, which is from about 50 cm up to max. 2 m above the floor, the area occupied by the compartments is very large in any case.
- the production of the well-known sales system is Relatively expensive, since a separate door and a specifically controllable locking device with the corresponding control electronics are required for each compartment. As a result of the arrangement of the large number of doors, the overall system is susceptible to faults both in terms of the mechanics and in terms of the electronics which control the locking and unlocking of the doors.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a sales facility which is cheaper to produce compared to the prior art and which requires comparatively considerably less expensive sales area.
- the main advantage is that the sales facility according to the invention requires much less space or expensive sales space than the known sales system. Since sales areas are very expensive, the sales facility according to the invention can operate relatively inexpensively. It is pointed out that the sales facility according to the invention, in contrast to the known sales system, does not require its own sales room. Rather, the present sales facility installed so that the dispensing opening (s) and the necessary controls and indicators (monitor, reader, keyboard) are accessible to the customer and possibly also to the dealer in a wall, while the actual storage facility is essentially in a basement or a room behind the wall or the like. Since access to only a few removal / loading openings is required in the invention, the human operating area is significantly smaller than the above-mentioned human operating area of the prior art.
- the present sales device in such a way that one or more assembly openings are located at a location which is easily accessible to the retailer from the dispensing opening or openings.
- the dispensing openings and the above-mentioned operating and display elements in a wall of a shop accessible to the customer from the outside, while the assembly opening is accessible by the dealer directly from the shop. This can significantly shorten the dealer's journey. Since only a few dispensing openings and therefore only a few doors with corresponding locking and unlocking devices and the associated control electronics are required in the present sales facility, this is comparatively less prone to failure and also relative inexpensive to manufacture.
- the present sales facility can be cooled comparatively easily, since the entire storage facility can be accommodated in only one cooled room or shaft.
- This cooling shaft can also be cooled with prefabricated cooling units that are available on the market. Only a single cooling machine is required.
- the cooling space can be formed by converting the bearing device with insulating housing layers. Proven standard units already on the market can advantageously be used as the storage device.
- a storage device is designated 2.
- this storage device 2 which can be constructed in various ways, as will be explained in more detail later, compartments or containers for accommodating goods are generally arranged in a very small space in such a way that they can be transported or transported to at least one removal opening 4.
- the storage device 2 can be, for example, a device in which a transport device 10 according to the paternoster principle in the Y direction one above the other both on the side facing the screen wall 3 and on that of the screen wall 3 opposite side has a plurality of compartments 11 in the X-direction extending rows such that the compartments 11 of the individual rows can be moved behind the removal openings 4, which can also serve as loading openings.
- the compartments 11 are fastened, for example in a manner known per se, to a schematically illustrated conveyor device 10 ', for example an endless belt or endless chain conveyor, in such a way that, when the conveyor rotates, they can in each case maintain their position in which their compartment openings are aligned horizontally and towards the blind wall 3 or a rear or further screen wall 6.
- a schematically illustrated conveyor device 10 ' for example an endless belt or endless chain conveyor
- the compartments 11 are held rotatably about an axis 11 ′′ by arms 11 ′ on the conveyor 10.
- a dealer is shown one of the removal / loading openings 4, behind which an empty compartment 11 is located, in the manner explained in more detail later. After unlocking a door 4 'of the opening 4, the dealer can place the goods ordered by a customer in this compartment 11. In the following, the fitted compartment 11 is moved as desired after the door 4 'has been locked in further removal or fitting operations in the storage device 2.
- the door 4 ' has a locking device (not shown).
- a removal / loading opening 4 is displayed to a customer in the manner explained in more detail later, behind which the compartment 11 containing the goods ordered by him was previously moved by actuating the conveying device 10 '. After Unlocking the corresponding door 4 ', the customer can remove the goods he wants.
- doors 4 'shown schematically in FIG. 1 can be all possible doors, flaps or other devices which can be opened after the actuation of a locking device, e.g. can be swung open around a hinge (not shown) or, after actuation of the locking device, can be moved in the plane of the screen wall 3 in order to open the removal / loading opening 4.
- the compartments 11 can be removed and loaded through the openings 4 in the screen wall 3.
- the removal can take place through the openings 4 as previously described, while the loading takes place through opening 40, which are located, for example, on the rear side of the storage device 2 in the already mentioned diaphragm wall 6.
- the sales device can be arranged in such a way that the loading takes place from a shop through the screen wall 6, while the goods are removed from outside the shop through the screen wall 3.
- a storage surface 5 or 5 ' can be arranged below the openings 4 or 40.
- both the openings 4 and the openings 40 are arranged separately in the diaphragm wall 3.
- the openings 40 provided below the openings 4 are accessible from a cellar room for assembly by dealers, while the openings 4 are accessible from a sales floor above the cellar for the removal of goods by customers.
- a shelf-like device 20 as a storage device behind the cover wall 3, in the compartments of which 23 containers 21 are arranged which are suitable for receiving the goods ordered by a customer.
- These containers 21 can be gripped by the schematically illustrated gripping device 22 of a transport device 25 gripped, removed from the shelf-like device 20 (Z direction) and moved to at least one removal / loading opening 4 of the screen wall 3 (X and Y direction) such that the container 21 arranged behind the removal / loading opening 4 follows Opening the door 4 'through the removal / loading opening 4 is accessible for goods removal.
- the individual compartments 23 of the shelf-like device 20 are preferably arranged in rows (X direction) and columns (Y direction), so that each compartment 23 is accessible to the gripping device 22 by means of a coordinate-like method of the transport device 25.
- this gripping device 22 has a plate 22 ′ which can be pushed under the container and is connected to the transport device 25 via holding rods 24 or the like. By moving the transport device 25 in the Z direction, a full container 21 can therefore be removed from a compartment 23 and an empty container 21 can be brought into a compartment 23. It is pointed out that any other gripping devices 22 are also conceivable, with the aid of which it is possible to remove a container 21 from a compartment 23, to transport it behind the area of the removal / loading opening 4 and to return the container 21 to a compartment 23 are.
- the device 20A with the compartments 23A for the containers can be hollow-cylindrical form, so that the compartments 23A can be operated by a gripping device 22A, which is rotatable about a central pivot point 26 and can be raised and lowered in the Y direction.
- At least one removal / loading opening 4 is provided in an outer cover wall 3A, which covers the hollow cylinder. If a plurality of openings 4 are present, these are preferably arranged next to one another in the circumferential direction, so that they can be approached at a height when the gripping device is pivoted.
- Such sales facilities can take the form of large sales silos.
- devices are also conceivable in which the goods are stored in compartments 32 in the storage device 30.
- goods are brought to a removal opening 4, for example in accordance with coordinates.
- the goods are manually stored in the compartments 32 of a cabinet-like storage device 30, certain goods always being arranged in certain compartments 32, the addresses or coordinates of which are known.
- the removal device 31 can, for example, be moved in the X and Y direction to each compartment for the removal of goods by means of a mechanical displacement device 33, 34 (not explained in more detail).
- the removal device 31 can take up a specific product of a predetermined compartment 32, for example by taking it over into a container 35 assigned to it, and to a removal opening 4 on the side of the storage device 30 facing away from the container 35 bring one of these closing screen 3 at the location of a predetermined compartment 32 and vice versa.
- control elements in particular an input device and display elements, are provided on the cover wall, with the help of which the present sales facility can be equipped with goods by a dealer and with the help of which a customer can obtain the goods for him from the dealer equipped compartments 11 or containers 21 can empty.
- the display elements are in particular a monitor 7 and possibly lamps 12.
- the input device can e.g. include the slot 9 of a reader and / or a keyboard 8.
- Such operating and display elements and input devices are provided in the case of the separation of the removal and assembly openings 4, 40 from one another both in the area of the removal opening 4 and in the area of the assembly openings 40.
- the elements provided on the screen 6 of FIG. 1 are designated 7 ', 8', 9 '.
- the dealers of several different shops have access to a sales facility, so that all possible goods can be accommodated in the compartments 11 (FIG. 1).
- a dealer packs the goods ordered from him and goes to the placement opening 4 or 40 of the present sales facility.
- On the keyboard 8 or 8 'or in the slot 9 or 9' of a reader he enters a dealer code identifying him.
- the computing unit 50 uses the dealer code entered to check whether the dealer is authorized to equip the compartment.
- the computing unit 50 assigns the price entered via the keyboard 8 or 8 'to a specific customer on the basis of the customer number entered by the dealer via the keyboard 8 or 8'.
- the computing unit 50 determines a free compartment 11 in the case of FIG. 1 and travels this by outputting a control signal to the device 10 behind one of the assembly openings 4. Since the computing unit itself determines the free compartment 11, the respective compartment number or compartment address is available to it Available.
- the dealer is the selected opening 4 on the monitor 7 or 7 'or by excitation, for example, over the corresponding compartment arranged indicator lamp 12 or 12 'or any display means displayed.
- the computing unit 50 outputs a display signal.
- the locking device of the corresponding door 4 'or 40' is released for assembly by generating an unlocking signal.
- the dealer can now load the compartment 11 displayed to him by opening the doors 4 'or 40'.
- the door is automatically locked again. This is preferably achieved in that the locking device (not shown) is automatically locked again after a predetermined time after its unlocking.
- a customer When goods are removed, a customer enters an identification code identifying him, which is, for example, the account number and possibly also a customer number, into the computing unit via the keyboard 8 and / or via the slot 9 of the reading device.
- the computing unit 50 checks on the basis of the identification code stored in its memory whether the customer is authorized to take the goods. Thereupon, in the case of FIG. 1, the device 10 moves the compartment (s) occupied for the customer behind one or more removal openings 4 on the basis of control signals output by the computing unit 3.
- the corresponding removal openings 4 are shown to the customer on the monitor 7 or by exciting the corresponding ones Indicator lamps 12 or the other means mentioned.
- the corresponding doors 4 ' are unlocked, so that the customer can remove the goods provided for him from the corresponding compartments 11 by opening this door 4'. Since after unlocking a door 4 ', it is automatically locked again after a predetermined time has elapsed, when goods are dispensed through a plurality of doors 4' the corresponding removal openings 4 'are successively displayed to the customer, preferably by energizing the indicator lamps 12. This means that first a first door 4 'is displayed and then another door only after the automatic one Locking the first door and generating a locking signal is unlocked and displayed.
- a compartment 11 or a container 21 or a plurality of compartments or containers which contain goods provided for the customer are moved successively through the transport device 25 to the dispensing opening 4, so that the Customer can remove the goods in the manner already described. If several openings 4 are provided, the procedure is as previously described.
- the presence of an acknowledgment button 29 in the area of the removal openings 4 allows the time period between the removal of goods from one compartment to be determined. For this purpose, after the goods have been removed from a compartment, the customer actuates the acknowledgment key 29 to generate an acknowledgment signal. After the acknowledgment signal and the locking signal which are generated when the compartment is closed, the computing unit 50 causes the transport device 10, 25, 25A, 35 to be moved and goods to be brought to the same or another opening 4, which are then displayed to the customer becomes.
- doors 4 'or 40' automatically come into the closed position when they are released by the dealer or customer, so that as little cold as possible can flow out of the storage device.
- the arithmetic unit 50 contains a so-called conversion table which, because of the offset of the removal openings 4 and the assembly openings 40 ', enables address coordination.
- the storage facilities are, in particular, high-capacity high-bay (Fig. 2, 2A, 3) or large silos (Fig. 2A) facilities.
- the loading of these storage facilities with goods or the removal of goods from these storage facilities takes place via a single or relatively few removal / loading openings, which take up little sales space in a wall or the like, and are easy to use by customers or dealers.
- the idea was conceived of departing from the known system with a large number of compartments with doors and instead of assigning only one or a few removal / loading openings to a large number of compartments and controlling them in a special way by means of a computing unit.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sales facility according to the preamble of claim 1.
Nach erfolgter Wareneingabe in das angezeigte Fach veranlaßt die Recheneinheit die Verriegelung der Tür.DE-OS 39 14 686.3 shows a sales system in which a larger number of compartments which can be closed by doors are arranged in a sales room. A dealer code of at least one dealer and a predetermined number of account numbers and possibly customer numbers of customers are stored in a memory. To occupy a subject, the dealer enters a dealer code identifying him into an input device, whereupon the computing unit of the system enters a subject when entering a subject reserved customer number assigned to a customer. The dealer enters the price of goods to be brought into the assigned compartment into the memory via the computing unit. The computing unit displays on the display device a compartment suitable for receiving goods and causes the door of the compartment displayed to be unlocked. After the goods have been entered into the displayed compartment, the computing unit locks the door.
To collect the goods made available to them, the customer has access by entering their account number and, if applicable, their customer number. The computing unit shows the customer the compartment occupied for him on the display device and unlocks the door of the compartment occupied for the customer. Finally, after the goods have been removed, the computing unit locks the door of the displayed compartment.
A problem with such sales systems is that a relatively large amount of space is required to set up the compartments. More specifically, a separate room is usually required for the accommodation of the known sales system, which is lost as a sales area. Since the known system requires direct access to each subject in the human area of activity, which is from about 50 cm up to max. 2 m above the floor, the area occupied by the compartments is very large in any case. The production of the well-known sales system is Relatively expensive, since a separate door and a specifically controllable locking device with the corresponding control electronics are required for each compartment. As a result of the arrangement of the large number of doors, the overall system is susceptible to faults both in terms of the mechanics and in terms of the electronics which control the locking and unlocking of the doors.
The object of the present invention is to provide a sales facility which is cheaper to produce compared to the prior art and which requires comparatively considerably less expensive sales area.
This object is achieved by a sales facility of the type mentioned, which is characterized by the features specified in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
The main advantage is that the sales facility according to the invention requires much less space or expensive sales space than the known sales system. It is also advantageously conceivable to install the present sales device in such a way that one or more assembly openings are located at a location which is easily accessible to the retailer from the dispensing opening or openings. For example, it is conceivable to arrange the dispensing openings and the above-mentioned operating and display elements in a wall of a shop accessible to the customer from the outside, while the assembly opening is accessible by the dealer directly from the shop. This can significantly shorten the dealer's journey. Since only a few dispensing openings and therefore only a few doors with corresponding locking and unlocking devices and the associated control electronics are required in the present sales facility, this is comparatively less prone to failure and also relative inexpensive to manufacture. Another significant advantage is that the present sales facility can be cooled comparatively easily, since the entire storage facility can be accommodated in only one cooled room or shaft. This cooling shaft can also be cooled with prefabricated cooling units that are available on the market. Only a single cooling machine is required. In the simplest case, the cooling space can be formed by converting the bearing device with insulating housing layers. Proven standard units already on the market can advantageously be used as the storage device.

In the figure 1, a storage device is designated 2. In this
As is shown schematically in FIG. 1 by broken lines, the

For removal, a removal /
It is pointed out that the doors 4 'shown schematically in FIG. 1 can be all possible doors, flaps or other devices which can be opened after the actuation of a locking device, e.g. can be swung open around a hinge (not shown) or, after actuation of the locking device, can be moved in the plane of the screen wall 3 in order to open the removal /
As shown in FIG. 1, the
Depending on requirements, it is also conceivable, according to FIG. 1A, to carry out removal and fitting through one and the same screen wall 3 at separate locations. In this case, both the
Instead of the
In the manner shown in FIG. 2, it is therefore also conceivable to provide a shelf-
For example, this gripping
According to FIG. 2A, it is also conceivable for the
According to FIG. 3, devices are also conceivable in which the goods are stored in
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 3, 3 control elements, in particular an input device and display elements, are provided on the cover wall, with the help of which the present sales facility can be equipped with goods by a dealer and with the help of which a customer can obtain the goods for him from the dealer equipped
Such operating and display elements and input devices are provided in the case of the separation of the removal and
The sales process is described below in connection with FIG. 4. A customer who, for example, would like to receive certain goods outside of normal shop opening hours, places his order with a dealer who has access to the present sales facility, preferably by phone during normal shop opening hours. Appropriately, the dealers of several different shops have access to a sales facility, so that all possible goods can be accommodated in the compartments 11 (FIG. 1). After placing an order, a dealer packs the goods ordered from him and goes to the
In the case of FIG. 2, the same processes take place, an
Ansonsten laufen die Vorgänge der Figur 1 ab.In the case of FIG. 3, the dealer also enters the address or compartment number of the
When goods are removed, a customer enters an identification code identifying him, which is, for example, the account number and possibly also a customer number, into the computing unit via the
In the case of FIGS. 1, 2, 2A and 3, a
If a dealer occupies
It is preferably ensured that the doors 4 'or 40' automatically come into the closed position when they are released by the dealer or customer, so that as little cold as possible can flow out of the storage device.
If
With the present sales facility, a specialist reservation according to the German
It is pointed out that in the embodiments of FIGS. 2, 2A and 3, quasi-parallel operation is possible if there are
It is pointed out that the storage facilities are, in particular, high-capacity high-bay (Fig. 2, 2A, 3) or large silos (Fig. 2A) facilities. The loading of these storage facilities with goods or the removal of goods from these storage facilities takes place via a single or relatively few removal / loading openings, which take up little sales space in a wall or the like, and are easy to use by customers or dealers. For the first time, the idea was conceived of departing from the known system with a large number of compartments with doors and instead of assigning only one or a few removal / loading openings to a large number of compartments and controlling them in a special way by means of a computing unit.
It is pointed out that it is also conceivable to design the present sales facility in the manner described for taking goods and to carry out the stocking in a different way. For example, the goods cannot be introduced into the compartments through
