(6), en ce que ledit châssis central (3) est pourvu de plusieurs pinces à rails (18 à 21) amovibles et rétractables pour lever et écarter les deux files d'anciens rails (R1) et pour écarter et abaisser les deux files de nouveaux rails (R2) en vue de leur installation sur les traverses, ainsi que, derrière le premier boggie interne (6), d'un organe escamotable de maintien des traverses (23) dans le ballast par appuis roulant (23) sur les extrémités desdites traverses (Tr), en ce que lesdites sources de chaleur comprennent pour chaque file de nouveaux rails (R2) un premier tunnel de chauffage par induction à moyenne fréquence (T1) monté sur le châssis avant (2), derrière le boggie avant (5), puis un deuxième tunnel de chauffage par induction à moyenne fréquence (T2) monté devant le premier boggie interne (6), ainsi qu'un tunnel de chauffage auxiliaire (T3) par induction à moyenne fréquence, monté sur le châssis central (3) devant le deuxième boggie interne (7), ces tunnels étant équipés des inducteurs (66, 69), en ce que lesdits moyens pour détacher les anciens rails (R1) se trouvent entre le boggie avant (5) et le premier boggie interne (6) et lesdits moyens pour attacher les nouveaux rails (R2) se trouvent entre le deuxième boggie interne (7) et le boggie arrière (8), en ce que ledit véhicule comporte une installation transformatrice de courant pour l'alimentation des tunnels de chauffage (T1, T2, T3) comportant au moins deux onduleurs (S1), de préférence d'une puissance de l'ordre de 50 à 150 kW chacun et deux onduleurs (S2) d'une puissance inférieure, de préférence de l'ordre de 30 à 100 kW, chacun fournissant un courant alternatif à moyenne fréquence, en ce que ledit véhicule est équipé d'une installation de refroidissement (67, 68) en boucle fermée des circuits des onduleurs (S1, S2) et des inducteurs (66, 69) des tunnels de chauffage ( T1, T2, T3), en ce que ledit véhicule comporte, par file de rails, au moins trois capteurs (39) de la température des nouveaux rails (R2) disposés respectivement devant le premier tunnel de chauffage (T1), devant le deuxième tunnel de chauffage (T2) et devant le tunnel de chauffage auxiliaire (T3), ainsi qu'un appareil de mesure de la vitesse de défilement (40) d'un nouveau rail (R2), une unité de commande électronique (71) à laquelle sont connectés lesdits onduleurs (S1, S2), ledit appareil de mesure de la vitesse de défilement (40), lesdits capteurs (39) de la température et des unités d'entrées (72, 73) pour des valeurs de consigne et des informations extérieures.Device for current at medium frequency, in that said vehicle is equipped with a cooling installation (67, 68) in closed loop of the circuits of the inverters (S1, S2) and of the inductors (66, 69) of the tunnels of heating (T1, T2, T3), in that said vehicle comprises, by line of rails, at least three sensors (39) of the temperature of the new rails (R2) disposed respectively in front of the first heating tunnel (T1), in front the second heating tunnel (T2) and in front of the auxiliary heating tunnel (T3), as well as a device for measuring the running speed (40) of a new rail (R2), an electronic control unit (71 ) to which said inverters (S1, S2), said traveling speed measuring device (40), said temperature sensors (39) and input units (72, 73) for set values are connected and outside information.
