Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif pour explorer latéralement les zones sans poils de bandes de tissu, et en particulier de produits en tissu éponge, dans une machine textile, dans lequel la bande de tissu passe autour d'un rouleau de déviation dans la région du dispositif d'exploration et l'exploration de la zones sans poils a lieu au moyen de détecteurs photoélectriques constitués par des émetteurs et par des récepteurs qui sont fixés sur un châssis, les rayons lumineux d'exploration étant dirigés tangentiellement par rapport au rouleau de déviation, et donc par rapport à la bande de tissu à l'endroit où elle est déviée, caractérisé par le fait que le châssis (1) est guidé directement sur la surface du rouleau de déviation (3) au moyen de galets (2), le rouleau de déviation (3) étant avantageusement fixe et présentant une surface polie, et par le fait que les émetteurs (7, 8) et les récepteurs (4 à 6) du détecteur photoélectrique sont disposés sur une plaque (9) qui est fixée sur le châssis (1), tangentiellement par rapport au rouleau de déviation (3) et à distance de celui-ci.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le châssis (1) est suspendu à une tôle élastique (16) qui est dirigée tangentiellement par rapport au rouleau de déviation (3) et à distance de celui-ci, et ce, d'une manière telle que les galets (2) portent sur le rouleau de déviation (3) avec une contrainte préalable.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la plaque (9) est vissée sur le châssis (1) au moyen de vis (11) qui sont guidées dans des trous allongés (10), afin de pouvoir régler sa distance par rapport au rouleau de déviation (3) dans la direction de la flèche (14).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que la plaque (9) est aussi réglable perpendiculairement à la direction de la flèche (14) au moyen de vis (13) guidées dans des trous allongés (12).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par une pièce formant palier (15) dans laquelle le châssis (1) est monté en pouvant tourner autour d'un arbre (18) dans la direction de la flèche (20).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait que la tôle élastique (16) est fixée à une partie (17) de la machine.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que sont disposées dans le châssis (1) des buses à air qui sont alimentées par une source d'air comprimé et qui sont dirigées vers le bord de la zone pourvue de poils de manière à aligner les poils sur leurs racines.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que sont disposés sur le châssis (1) deux émetteurs (7, 8) en face desquels sont placés trois récepteurs (4 à 6), l'émetteur (8) servant à explorer, en coopération avec les récepteurs (5, 6), le bord pourvu de poils en défilement longitudinal de la zone sans poils, et l'émetteur (7) servant, en coopération avec le récepteur (4), à explorer les bords de la zone sans poils perpendiculairement à la bande de tissu (19).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que l'émetteur (8) fournit un signal en forme d'éventail qui, selon la position des bords pourvus de poils de la zone sans poils le long de la bande de tissu (19), rencontre le récepteur (5), les récepteurs (5 et 6) en même temps ou aucun des récepteurs (5, 6).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que les trois signaux possibles peuvent être exploités dans un dispositif de commande qui agit sur un organe d'asservissement de la machine textile.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que l'exploration des bords pourvus de poils dans la direction longitudinale est arrêtée lorsque l'émetteur (7) et le récepteur (4) sont en contact optique entre eux dans la région de la zone sans poils qui s'étend transversalement.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que l'on utilise à la place des galets (2) des billes qui sont montées de manière à être mobiles.
