Abstract

Einwellen-Stanzpresse, mit - einem Maschinenrahmen (1), - einer Exzenterwelle (2), die im Maschinenrahmen (1) drehbar gelagert ist, - einem Werkzeugträger (3), der im Maschinenrahmen (1) geradlinig hin- und herbewegbar geführt ist, - einer Pleuelanordnung mit Pleuelgliedern (4,5;4A,4B;5A,5B), die mit der Exzenterwelle (2) antriebsverbunden sind, - einer Hebeleinrichtung mit Hebeleinheiten (6,6A;7,7A;8,8A;9,9A), wobei jede Hebeleinheit (6,6A;7, 7A;8,8A;9,9A) bei einer ersten Stelle mit Pleuelgliedern (4,5;4A,4B;5A,5B) der Pleuelanordnung gelenkig verbunden und bei einer zweiten Stelle am Maschinenrahmen (1) gelenkig abgestützt ist und jeweils eine von diesen zwei Stellen entfernte, weitere Anlenkstelle (10,11,12,13) aufweist, - einer Stösselanordnung mit Stösseln (14,15, 16,17), die einerends an den jeweiligen weiteren Anlenkstellen (10, 11,12,13) und andererends am Werkzeugträger (3) angelenkt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebeleinrichtung vier einzelne, voneinander getrennte Hebeleinheiten (6,6A;7,7A;8,8A;9,9A) aufweist und jede Hebeleinheit einzeln und unabhängig von den anderen Hebeleinheiten mit den Pleuelgliedern (4,5;4A,4B;5A,5B) der Pleuelanordnung gelenkig verbunden bzw. am Maschinenrahmen (1) gelenkig abgestützt ist, und dass die Stösselanordnung vier zueinander parallel verlaufende Stössel (14,15, 16,17) aufweist, von denen jeweils einer bei einem Ende bei der jeweiligen weiteren Anlenkstelle an einer jeweiligen Hebeleinheit (6,6A;7,7A;8,8A;9,9A) und beim anderen Ende am Werkzeugträger (3) angelenkt ist, derart, dass der Werkzeugträger (3) der Einwellen-Stanzpresse an vier Stösseln (14,15,16,17) aufgehängt ist.

Einwellen-Stanzpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, - dass die Exzenterwelle (2) einen mittleren Exzenterabschnitt (18) und beidseitig desselben je einen weiteren Exzenterabschnitt (19,20) aufweist, - dass eine Einrichtung (24-32) zum Ausgleichen vom im Betrieb der Stanzpresse auftretenden Massenkräften vorhanden ist, welche Einrichtung mit dem mittleren Exzenterabschnitt (18) antriebsverbunden ist, - dass die Pleuelglieder (4,5;4A,4B,5A,5B) der Pleuelanordnung auf jeweils einem der weiteren Exzenterabschnitte (19,20) gelagert sind, - dass die Hebeleinheiten (6,6A;7,7A,8,8A,9, 9A) der Hebeleinrichtung einarmige Hebelpaare (6,6A;7,7A und 8,8A;9,9A) mit jeweils einem ersten (35) und einem zweiten, entgegengesetzten Ende (36) bilden, wobei die Hebelabschnitte (6,6A;7, 7A und 8,8A;9,9A) beim ersten Ende (35) über einen gemeinsamen Bolzen (21) an einem jeweiligen Pleuelglied (4,5;4A,4B;5A, 5B) und beim zweiten Ende (36) am Maschinenrahmen (1) angelenkt sind und die weitere Anlenkstelle (10,11,12,13) jeweils zwischen den beiden Enden (35;36) angeordnet ist, - dass die Stössel (14,15,16,17) bei einem Ende an der jeweiligen weiteren Anlenkstelle (10,11,12, 13) der einarmigen Hebelpaaren (6,6A;7,7A und 8,8A;9,9A) und beim anderen Ende am Werkzeugträger (3) angelenkt sind, derart, dass jedes Pleuelglied (4,5;4A,4B;5A,5B) gleichzeitig an zwei einarmigen Hebelpaaren (6,6A; 7,7A und 8,8A;9,9A) angelenkt ist, von denen jeder seinerseits mit einem der Stössel (14,15,16,17) verbunden ist. 2.
