Claims (7)

  1. Rail conducteur pour l'alimentation en courant électrique de récepteurs de courant avec un balai conducteur pour prélever du courant sur lequel on peut circuler le long du rail conducteur, comportant un profilé métallique creux (1) avec une surface de frottement (2) et un profilé isolant (3) en matière plastique sensiblement en forme de U recevant le profilé creux, ce profilé creux (1) étant réalisé à partir d'une bande métallique (4) déformée et présentant des deux côtés de la surface de frottement (2) un arrangement de barrettes (5) s'étendant à chaque fois parallèlement l'un par rapport à l'autre, qui est entouré par l'extrémité libre (6) correspondante du profilé isolant (1), caractérisé en ce que l'arrangement de barrettes (5) est composé chacun d'une rangée de languettes (7), qui sont formées par des découpes (8) dans la bande métallique (4) puis recourbées à partir de celle-ci.
  2. Rail conducteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (7) des deux arrangements de barrettes (5) sont disposées selon un espacement constant.
  3. Rail conducteur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (7) disposées des deux cotés de la surface de frottement (2) sont disposées en vis-à-vis.
  4. Rail conducteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (7) sont formées pratiquement à angle droit.
  5. Rail conducteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les coins libres (9) des languettes (7) sont arrondis.
  6. Rail conducteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que les arêtes (10) orientées vers la surface de frottement (2) sont aplanies et/ou recourbées vers l'extérieur.
  7. Rail conducteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les bords longitudinaux libres (11) de la bande métallique (4) sont tournés les uns vers les autres du côté du profilé creux (1) opposé à la surface de frottement (2).
