Abstract
Bei dem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wellpappebögen mit veränderbarem Format wird die Wellpappenbahn (2) aus einer Heiz- und Zugvorrichtung (3) einer üblichen Wellpappenanlage (1) fortlaufend abgefördert. Sie wird in wenigstens einer Längsschneide- und Rillvorrichtung (10) auf ein gefordertes Format bearbeitet. Hierfür wird die Bahn (2) durch eine Zugvorrichtung (12) gefördert. Ein Querschneider (15) trennt nach voreingestelltem Format die Wellpappenbogen aus der Wellpappenbahn (2) heraus. Die Wellpappenbahn (2) soll bis zum Querschneider (15) für die Wellpappenbogen in Förderrichtung ohne Querteilung gefördert werden. Bei Formatwechsel wird der Wellpappenbahnbereich mit sich überlappenden Formaten durch den Querschneider (15) bogenweise herausgeschnitten und über eine Schleuse (18) zu einem Abfallbehälter (19) ausgeschleust. Bei einer bekannten Wellpappenanlage wird die Wellpappenbahn mit einer vorgegebenen Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit aus einer Heiz- und und Zugvorrichtung austretend bei Formatwechsel für die herzustellenden Wellpappenbogen durch einen Querschneider über die ganze Bahnbreite geteilt. Die Restbahn für eine bestimmte Bogenzahl einer Charge wird beschleunigt. Die aus der Heiz- und Zugvorrichtung neu zulaufende Wellpappenbahn wird verlangsamt. Dadurch entsteht zwischen ablaufender Restbahn und neu zulaufender Bahn eine Lücke. Während dieser Lücke in der Wellpappenbahn werden Längsschneide- und Rillvorrichtung und Querschneider auf das neue Format umgestellt. Nachteilig ist hierbei, daß die ablaufende Restbahn und die neu zulaufende Bahn in Förderrichtung nicht einem Zug ausgesetzt sind und daher nicht ausreichend geführt werden. Hierdurch entstehen Schnittdifferenzen am Querschneider und Schneid- und Rilldifferenzen an der Längsschneide und Rillvorrichtung. Es entstehen unnötig große Abfallmengen und ggf. Störungen im Betrieb. Besonders störend wirkt sich dies bei Wellpappenbahnen aus, die vorbedruckt und Passergenau geschnitten werden müssen.
