Die Erfindung betrifft ein Flächenheizelement, insbesondere für Sitzheizungen im Kfz-Bereich, bestehend aus im wesentlichen parallel angeordneten Heizdrähten, die an ihren Enden und/oder Umlenkstellen mit Stromzuführungsleitern verbunden sind und die in ein textiles Grundmaterial eingebettet sind sowie ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung.The invention relates to a surface heating element, in particular for seat heaters in the motor vehicle sector, consisting of heating wires arranged essentially in parallel, which are connected at their ends and / or deflection points to power supply conductors and which are embedded in a textile base material, and a method for their production.
Ein Flächenheizelement der eingangs genannten Art ist aus der DE-OS 29 48 047 bekannt. Dabei handelt es sich um ein Gewebe mit Kettfäden aus Isoliermaterial und Schußfäden aus elektrisch leitendem Draht, die zusammen eine Widerstands- oder Heizgitter bilden. Die Schußfäden sind aus einzelnen abgelenkten Drähten hergestellt, deren Enden miteinander zu einer Parallelschaltung verbunden sind. Die Parallelschaltung erfolgt über feste Anschlußelemente wie Kabelschuhe, angeschweißte Blechlaschen oder dgl, so daß das beschriebene Widerstands- oder Heizgitter in seinem Anwendungsbereich auf starre bzw. halbstarre Elemente beschränkt ist.A surface heating element of the type mentioned is known from DE-OS 29 48 047.
