Hierbei besteht jedoch das Problem, dass bei den konventionellen Lackschichten sich Dickenvariationen der Lackschicht ergeben, mit der Folge, dass beim Abbrennen der oberen Lackschicht mittels des Laserstrahls unter Umständen diese obere Lackschicht in den Bereichen, in denen sie relativ dick ist, nicht vollständig abgetragen wird. Verwendet man eine höhere Laser-Leistung, kann man zwar erreichen, dass die obere Lackschicht zuverlässig auch dort, wo sie dicker ist, abgetragen wird. Diese Filme besitzen hinreichende Festigkeit, aber auch Flexibilität, um sie als Träger bei Übertragung der Dekorschicht von dem Trägerfilm auf unterschiedlich geformte Oberflächen verwenden zu können. Zum Übertragen der Dekor- bzw. Farblackschichten von dem Träger auf die zu dekorierende Oberfläche können die an sich bekannten Verfahren verwendet werden, beispielsweise Hubverfahren, Abrollverfahren, oder auch Verfahren, bei denen die entsprechende Folie in eine Spritzgiessform eingelegt und dann mit Kunststoff zur Bildung eines Gegenstandes, beispielsweise der Frontplatte eines Gerätes, hinterspritzt wird. Als Schutzlackschicht kann eine Klarlackschicht, vorzugsweise einer Dicke von 1 bis 2 µm, vorgesehensein die, wenn sie bereits von Haus aus auf der Prägefolie vorhanden ist, bei der Laser-Gravur ebenfalls abgetragen werden muss. Dabei ist allerdings in Fig. 2b der Idealzustand gezeigt, der darin besteht, dass die Abtragung der Lackschichten mittels des Laserstrahls genau bis zum Beginn der zweiten Farblackschicht 5 geht. Tatsächlich wird man im allgemeinen so vorgehen, dass noch eine geringe Menge der Farblackschicht 5 mit abgetragen wird, um sicherzustellen, dass die freigelegten Bereiche der zweiten Farblackschicht 5 ein einheitliches Aussehen besitzen. Verfahren zur Dekoration oder Beschriftung einer Oberfläche mittels Laserstrahlung, wobei auf die Oberfläche wenigstens zwei unterschiedlich gefärbte Farblackschichten übereinander aufgebracht und anschliessend wenigstens die zum Betrachter weisende erste Farblackschicht mittels der Laserstrahlung bereichsweise zur Erzeugung der Dekoration oder Beschriftung entfernt und so die unterschiedlich gefärbte zweite Farblackschicht freigelegt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass wenigstens die erste Farblackschicht (4) in einem Transferverfahren von einem Träger (1) auf die Oberfläche (8) übertragen wird.

dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die erste und die zweite Farblackschicht (4, 5) in einem Transferverfahren von einem Träger (1) auf die Oberfläche (8) übertragen werden.

dass sämtliche Lackschichten (3, 4, 5) mittels einer Transferfolie aufgebracht werden, die einen Trägerfilm (1) und auf diesem ablösbar die Lackschichten (3, 4, 5) aufweist.

Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass mindestens die erste Farblackschicht (4) mittels einer Prägefolie aufgebracht wird.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erzeugung der wenigstens zwei unterschiedlich gefärbten, übereinanderliegenden Farblackschichten (4, 5) eine Prägefolie, insbesondere Heissprägefolie, umfassend einen vorzugsweise aus Polyester bestehenden Trägerfilm (1), auf demaufeinanderfolgend eine Trennschicht (2), gegebenenfalls eine Schutzlackschicht (3), wenigstens zwei unterschiedlich farbige Farblackschichten (4, 5) sowie eine Kleberschicht (6) auf eiber Oberfläche (8) angeordnet sind, verwendet wird.A method according to claim 5, characterized in that for the production of the at least two differently colored, superimposed colored lacquer layers (4, 5) an embossing film, in particular hot stamping film, comprising a carrier film (1) preferably made of polyester, on which a separating layer (2) in succession, if appropriate a protective lacquer layer (3), at least two differently colored colored lacquer layers (4, 5) and an adhesive layer (6) are arranged on the surface (8).
