Definitions

  • the invention relates to a folding box, preferably made of cardboard, with a lower part, an upper part, a first side part connecting the lower part to the upper part by means of longitudinal folds, a second side part connected to the upper part by means of a longitudinal fold, lids adjoining the upper part or lower part by means of transverse folds on both sides , if necessary with locking flaps adjoining the cover via transverse folds, and optionally with side flaps adjoining the side parts via transverse folds and with a card part serving for hanging, the card part having a larger area than the lower part and in the assembled state of the lower part on the card part is set.
  • Blister cards basically consist of a hanging blister card and the transparent blister cover, which is usually welded to the blister card. Blister cards and associated blister hoods are used in particular as packaging when the goods to be packaged are small parts or the like which are at risk of theft. Blister cards also offer an ideal presentation option, namely the attractive hanging in so-called blister card stands or on appropriate wall brackets. In any case, packaging such as the blister card with the appropriate blister cover is indispensable for sales rooms for both strategic sales and security reasons.
  • packaging material is recyclable. This awareness is promoted by the fact that any packaging material will soon have to be taken back by the manufacturer and / or supplier of the goods. As a result, recyclable packaging material must also be considered.
  • Folding boxes made of cardboard i.e. Folding boxes with little or no plastic content can be easily refurbished with current technologies for reuse. In any case, they are environmentally friendly compared to blister cards with blister hoods made of plastic, and because of their composition they have little impact on the environment.
  • the folding box forming the starting point of the claimed teaching already represents a first possibility for replacing the blister cards in question with blister hoods.
  • these are at least internally known to the applicant as known folding boxes for several reasons.
  • On the one hand there are such types of folding boxes that - like the blister cover - are glued to a separate card part. Consequently, on the one hand, the separate card part, on the other hand, the self-contained folding box in the sense of a blister hood is to be manufactured. Since the folding box is glued onto the card part as a whole, a considerable amount of environmentally harmful adhesives is required.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of designing and developing the folding box mentioned at the outset in such a way that it is simple, i.e. can be produced in just a few steps and - if necessary - can also be filled automatically.
  • the folding box according to the invention achieves the above object by the features of claim 1.
  • the second side part is connected to an edge flap via a longitudinal fold.
  • the lower part connects directly to the card part via a longitudinal fold.
  • the edge flap is fixed on the folded-down lower part lying on the card part.
  • the lower part is opened onto the card part and at least partially glued there.
  • the first side part, the upper part and the second side part are folded back in the opposite direction, so that the edge flap can be fixed on the back of the folded lower part or glued there.
  • a box is usually used as the box material, which is refined on one side, i.e. is printed or coated.
  • the parts of the folding box are folded and fixed in such a way that the lower part rests on the front side of the card part with its finished or printed or coated front.
  • the upper part, the side parts and the edge tab are then only visible from the front.
  • the respective rear sides then correspondingly form the inner wall of the space formed between the lower part and the upper part.
  • the width of the lower part corresponds to the width of the upper part plus the width of the edge flap.
  • the space formed between the upper part and lower part would be rectangular if the side parts are identical.
  • configurations are also conceivable without further ado, according to which the space formed between the upper part and lower part is approximately trapezoidal or otherwise. In such a case, the lower part would be wider than the upper part and the edge tab together.
  • the upper part plus the edge flap or the lower part has the width of the card part in a particularly advantageous manner. Furthermore, it is in particular with regard to a special visual presentation of the goods to be packaged and with regard to an ideal suspension by the card part an advantage if the map part is longer and possibly wider than the lower part.
  • the lower edge of the lower part and the lower edge of the card part terminate together, that is to say they lie on one line.
  • the cutting or punching work is reduced on the one hand, and the material waste on folding box material is reduced on the other hand.
  • the lower edges of the lower part and the card part could be parallel to one another, but at different levels. As a result, the vertical position of the space formed by the upper part and lower part on the card part could be varied as desired.
  • the upper part has at least one recess for insight into the space formed between the upper part and the lower part.
  • two recesses connected to one another, for example via a web, could be provided.
  • the recess could be closed in a further advantageous manner with a preferably recyclable, transparent film in the sense of a viewing window, so that in particular small objects cannot fall out of the recess.
  • This room divider can be inserted into the room as an independent support and, if necessary, fixed there, but can also be designed as an integral part of the folding box.
  • the uncovered part of the front of the card part can serve as an information carrier for images and / or Serve font information.
  • the free area of the upper part ie for the area of the upper part which is not provided with recesses.
  • illustrations, on the other hand lettering of any kind can be applied in terms of printing technology, photo technology or adhesive technology.
  • the back of the card part could also serve as an information carrier for image and / or written information, with instructions for use, product information or other information preferably being provided here.
  • a passage for hanging the folding box is preferably provided in a particularly advantageous manner in the upper region of the card part.
  • This can be a so-called euro hole, so that the folding box can be arranged or hung up on corresponding wall brackets or blister card stands in the sense of a conventional blister card.
  • the position of the passage is determined in such a way that the card part with packaged goods is approximately straight, i.e. with vertical side edges, hangs. Consequently, for the exact positioning of the passage, it is imperative to know the weight and the weight distribution within the space formed between the upper part and the lower part.
  • the folding box includes a lower part 1, an upper part 2, a first side part 5 connecting the lower part 1 via longitudinal folds 3, 4 to the upper part 2, a second side part 9 connecting the upper part 2 via longitudinal folds 6, 7 with an edge flap 8, on both sides the upper part 2 via cross folds 10, 11 adjoining covers 12, 13, closing flaps 16, 17 connecting via cross folds to the covers 12, 13 as well as side flaps 20, 21, 22, 23 adjoining the side parts 5, 9 via cross folds 18, 19 Furthermore, a card part 24 serving for hanging is provided, the card part 24 having a larger area than the lower part 1.
  • the lower part 1 connects directly to the card part 24 via a longitudinal fold 25.
  • the lower part 1 is fixed on the card part 24 and the edge flap 8 on the folded-down lower part 1.
  • the parts of the folding box are folded and fixed in the illustration selected in FIG. 2 such that the lower part 1 rests with its front side on the front side of the card part 24 and that the upper part 2, the side parts 5, 9 and the edge flap 8 exclusively from the "refined" front of the folding box material are visible.
  • the figures further show that the width of the lower part 1 corresponds to the width of the upper part 2 plus the width of the edge flap 8.
  • the lower part 1 is made much narrower than the card part 24, so that the actual folding box only partially covers the card part 24.
  • Fig. 1 shows particularly clearly that the lower edge of the lower part 1 and the lower edge of the card part 24 terminate together, i.e. form a line.
  • the figures further show that the upper part 2 has a recess 26 for viewing the space formed between the upper part 2 and the lower part 1. This recess is closed with a transparent film 27 in the sense of a viewing window.
  • the card part 24 has a passage 28 in the upper region for hanging the folding box.
  • This passage 28 is designed in the form of a so-called euro hole. Due to an asymmetrical weight distribution on the one hand of the box mass and on the other hand of the goods in the box, the passage 28 is provided off-center in the embodiment chosen here. However, the passage 28 could also be arranged in the center.
