Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen einer, in einem geschlossenen System innerhalb der Vorrichtung bis zum Auftragungsbereich unter Druck stehenden, fließfähigen viskosen Substanz auf ebene Flächen, Bahnen, Walzen und dgl., in beliebiger Breite mit oder ohne Verwendung von Schablonen, wobei in der Vorrichtung eine die viskose fließfähige Substanz gleichmäßig über die Auftragungsbreite verteilende Substanzzuführeinrichtung angeordnet ist, deren Austrittsöffnungen in einen Sammelraum münden, dessen Begranzungswände einen den Auftragsbereich bildenden Schlitz formen.The invention relates to a device for applying a, in a closed system within the device to the application area under pressure, flowable viscous substance on flat surfaces, webs, rollers and the like. Dies stört den gesamten Auftragungsvorgang, indem diese Dichtleiste wie eine Rakel vor der eigentlichen Rakel zu wirken beginnt. Bei den Vorrichtung gemäß des Standes der Technik ergeben sich dadurch weitere Probleme, daß bei der Zuführungs- und Breitenverteilungseinrichtung ein möglichst hoher Systemdruck aufgebaut wird, um mit möglichst geringen Austrittsquerschnitten auskommen zu können, was eine relativ große Gesamtquerschnittsdimensionierung erforderlich macht. In der EP-A 147 536 wird als Verteilungseinrichtung eine Platte mit eingearbeiteten verzweigenden Kanälen vorgeschlagen. Diese hat den Nachteil, daß sie einen zu großen Raumbedarf hat, zu schwer ist und außerdem bei dem erforderlichen hohen Druck schwer abzudichten ist. (Fig.2) Die Kanäle 21 sind an den Verteilungsstellen 12 miteinander verbunden und es ist so möglich, raumsparend eine leichtgewichtige, breitenverteilende Substanzzuführeinrichtung 8 zu gestalten. Der Sammelraum 9 endet in einem als Auftragungsbereich ausgebildeten Schlitz.
