Claims (5)

  1. Un distributeur à déplacement positif du type rotatif et aseptique qui est enfermé dans une cage (1) dans laquelle est maintenu un milieu aseptique, et qui comprend un réservoir rotatif (2) dans lequel entre le produit qui doit être distribué à travers à travers une conduite d'entrée (6), une pluralité de pompes à déplacement positif (3) et une pluralité de têtes remplisseuses (4) sont solidaires de ce réservoir rotatif (2), à travers chacune de ces têtes remplisseuses (4) le produit, prélevé du réservoir rotatif (2) au moyen desdites pompes à déplacement positif (3), sort du distributeur pour être introduit dans des récipients finaux (5), caractérisé par le fait que l'espace intérieur qui comprend la totalité des zones du distributeur qui sont traversées par le produit est fermé hermétiquement par rapport à l'atmosphère extérieure et est délimité par des parois faites pour résister à une pression déterminée à l'avance.
  2. Un distributeur comme celui de la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une pluralité de soupapes de distribution (7), les curseurs (12) de ces soupapes de distribution (7) sont insérés chacun dans une tête remplisseuse (4); il comprend une pluralité de conduites de sortie (8), chacune desquelles relie le réservoir rotatif (2) à une desdites soupapes de distribution (7); il comprend une pluralité de conduites de passage (9), chacune desquelles relie une soupape de distribution (7) à une pompe à distribution positive (3) relative; chaque tête remplisseuse (4) comprend une bouche de sortie (10), cette bouche de sortie (10) qui s'ouvre et qui se ferme est déclenchée au moyen d'un obturateur (11) solidaire, de façon telle qu'il puisse glisser, avec le curseur (12) de la soupape de distribution (7) relative, cette soupape de distribution (7) est toujours en communication avec la conduite de passage (9); chaque soupape de distribution (7) peut prendre, sur commande, une première position, dans laquelle l'obturateur (11) ferme la bouche de sortie (10), et la conduite de sortie (8) est en communication avec la conduite de passage (9), et une deuxième position, dans laquelle l'obturateur (11) ouvre la bouche de sortie (10) et la conduite de sortie (8) n'est pas en communication avec la conduite de passage (9).
  3. Un distributeur comme celui de la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi inférieure dudit réservoir rotatif (2), dont l'intérieur est complètement exempt d'obstructions, est bombée avec sa convexité tournée vers le haut du côté de l'intérieur du réservoir rotatif lui-même (2); chacune desdites conduites de sortie (8) est disposée radialement par rapport au réservoir rotatif (2) et termine dans le réservoir rotatif (2) tangentiellement à sa paroi inférieure.
  4. Un distributeur comme celui de la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les parois qui délimitent l'espace intérieur comprenant la totalité des zones du distributeur qui sont traversées par le produit sont conformées de façon à résister à une pression intérieure du fluide (vapeur) de plus de 6 bars.
  5. Un distributeur comme celui de la revendication 1, du type qui comprend une pluralité de supports (28) pour lesdits récipients (5), chacun desquels est disposé au-dessous d'une tête remplisseuse (4) respective, caractérisé par le fait que des moyens de type connu sont prévus pour soulever chaque support (28) jusqu'à ce que le fond du récipient (5) qui est posé sur ledit support (28) soit en proximité de la bouche de sortie de la tête remplisseuse (4) relative.
